DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – HA NOI – PHU THO: XOAN SINGING OF THE ANCESTRAL LAND (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Memories of an ancient village

Pick-up at Noi Bai Airport, then visit:

Listen to heartfelt Xoan singing, a heritage art performed by artisans in the 300-year-old Hung Lo communal house.
Stroll through the ancient village, visit a 200-year-old house and traditional rice-noodle and rice-cracker workshops.
Join in wrapping and tasting hot, fragrant banh chung in the ancestral land, and take your own home.
Visit a Muong sour-meat workshop and taste OCOP-certified specialties.
Dinner featuring uniquely prepared Thanh Son goat.
Photo stop at Thap Quay Coffee, the spot for night views over Thanh Son (at own expense).

DAY 2: PHU THO: SUNRISE OVER THE "TEA OASIS" & HEALING HOT SPRINGS (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: Long Coc Tea Hills – tea culture – Thanh Thuy hot-spring resort.

Breakfast and travel to the Long Coc Tea Hills, glistening in the early mist.
Free time to stroll, soak up the lush green surroundings and capture "priceless" photos on some of Vietnam's most beautiful tea hills.
Try the traditional art of hand-roasting tea, feeling the warmth of the fire and the rustic aroma rising with every stir.
Sip rich tea at leisure and listen to stories of "the life of tea, the life of people" amid unspoilt nature.
Enjoy a rustic meal in a Muong stilt house.
In the afternoon, recharge at Lynn Times Thanh Thuy, a leading hot-spring complex in the North.
Immerse yourself in a Japanese Onsen world (Ohayo Onsen, Sauna) with rare natural radon mineral water to heal the mind.

DAY 3: PHU THO – HA NOI: FROM "VILLAGE MEALS" TO "ROYAL DELICACIES" (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Thanh Thuy – Duong Lam Ancient Village – exploring Ha Noi.

Take peaceful photos in a Yukata/Kimono beside the KOI pond (at own expense).
Step back into the old Northern countryside at Duong Lam Ancient Village and visit Mong Phu village gate beside the 300-year-old banyan tree.
Lunch of authentic Vietnamese countryside cuisine at "Bep Lang", with mia chicken and fragrant roast pork.
Watch rustic shadow puppetry telling of the village's founding ancestors.
Complimentary herbal foot soak, relaxing in the peaceful setting of an old Vietnamese village (30 minutes).
Warm up with heritage Ha Noi cha ca (grilled fish) served with Mach Trang rice noodles, once offered to the King.
Check in at the hotel to rest, or free time to explore Ha Noi's Old Quarter.

DAY 4: HA NOI – NOI BAI – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Free choice of the heritage train "Ha Noi Five City Gates – from Thang Long to the land of Quan Ho" – Michelin dining – Noi Bai Airport.

Breakfast at the hotel.

Free time to explore Ha Noi as you wish (at own expense; contact and book in advance).

Option 1: Depart for Ha Noi Station to board the heritage train "Ha Noi Five City Gates – The Hanoi Train" on the "Thang Long – Kinh Bac" route, a unique way to discover the capital's cultural heritage. On board:

Ride this unique double-decker train, admiring the scenery, taking souvenir photos and discovering heritage along the way.
Step into different performing-arts spaces such as cheo, quan ho, xam singing, ca tru and modern music…
Complimentary drinks and light snacks on board (seasonal).
Photo stop at Long Bien Bridge, an iconic symbol of Ha Noi.
Visit Do Temple, also known as the Temple of the Eight Ly Kings, a complex honouring the first eight kings of the Ly Dynasty, built in the reign of King Ly Thai To. Located in Dinh Bang ward, Tu Son city, it is a long-standing cultural and historical symbol.
Enjoy Bac Ninh quan ho folk songs at the water pavilion.
Try traditional crafts such as Dong Ho painting and making "husband and wife" cakes…

Option 2: Bat Trang Pottery Village – Centre for Vietnamese Craft Village Essence – ride an electric car through the ancient lanes of this pottery village, over 1,000 years old. Shape clay and create your own piece at the "I Am an Artisan" workshop (guests take home their own creation).

The coach picks guests up for lunch with authentic home-style Vietnamese flavours at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university.
Stroll around Tran Quoc Pagoda, Ha Noi's oldest pagoda at more than 1,500 years old, nestled beside poetic West Lake.
Transfer to Noi Bai Airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

• Under 5: no service charge (parents pay any extras). 2 adults may bring 1 child under 5; a second child pays the 5-to-under-12 rate plus a single-bed supplement.
• From 5 to under 12: 75% of the adult tour price, no separate bed. 2 adults may bring 1 child aged 5 to under 12; a second child pays a single-bed supplement.
• 12 and over: charged as adults
• Air, rail and public transport tickets follow the carriers' rules.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to change or cancel the tour, please bring your Travel Ticket to the office where you registered to complete the change/cancellation procedure and pay the fees set by
Vietravel. Changes or cancellations by phone cannot be processed.
- Cancellation time is counted in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays/Tet. - Change to another tour more than 20 days before departure: free of charge.
- Cancellation or change 15–19 days before departure: 50% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation or change 12–14 days before departure: 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation 8–11 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 5–7 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 2–4 days before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- Cancellation within 1 day of departure: 100% of the tour price.

- Cancellation or change 25–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation or change 20–24 days before departure: 100% of the tour deposit.
