Ha Noi – Bai Dinh – Trang An – Ha Long – Yen Tu: Vietnam Under the Wings of Birds

Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: DA NANG - NOI BAI (HA NOI) – HA NOI (Lunch, dinner)

Guests gather at Da Nang Airport, Domestic Departures. The tour guide will assist guests with check-in for their flight to Ha Noi. Guests will have lunch at a local restaurant and visit famous cultural sites in the capital city:

• A tour around Hoan Kiem Lake, admiring the Turtle Tower, Ngoc Son Temple, and The Huc Bridge from the outside.
• Van Mieu: a place to worship Confucius and the wise men of Nho Giao, Quoc Tu Giam - the first university in Vietnam, tracing back to the historical roots of Confucian scholars.

Guests will have dinner and check into their hotel to rest. In the evening, guests are free to explore the 36 streets of Ha Noi.

Overnight stay in Ha Noi

DAY 2: HA NOI – NINH BINH – TRANG AN – BAI DINH (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Have breakfast and check out of the hotel. The car departs, taking you to Ninh Binh - a land known as “A place to dream of, a place to return to”, with many cultural and natural relics that are extremely special. Upon arrival, you will visit:

• Bai Dinh Pagoda - a complex of pagodas with many Vietnamese records such as the 80-ton bronze statue of the Di Lac Buddha, a corridor with 500 statues of La Han, and a 99m high Bao Thap tower...
• Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex - You will board a traditional boat to visit the magnificent limestone mountain system and flooded valleys, connected by streams that create year-round flooded caves. A highlight in the pristine and quiet space is the mossy, ancient image of the roofs of the temples, pagodas, and palaces nestled at the foot of the high mountain ranges.

Have dinner and check in to the hotel to rest. In the evening, you are free to explore Hoa Lu Ancient Town, an ancient, beautiful, and tranquil check-in space that becomes more magical and mysterious with the colors of lanterns and the Bao Thap tower on Ky Lan Lake; experience many folk games and various forms of cultural and artistic activities from ethnic groups such as water puppetry, Tac Xinh dance, Xam singing,... to acoustic performances that will take place on weekend evenings.

Overnight in Ninh Binh

DAY 3: HA LONG – THIEN CUNG CAVE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests have breakfast and check out of the hotel. The vehicle departs, taking guests to the coastal city of HaLong for sightseeing:

• Take a boat trip to cruise Ha Long Bay - A stunning and incredibly vibrant natural landscape, recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Site in 1994.
• From the boat, admire the many large and small islands in Ha Long Bay: Hon Ga Choi, Hon Lu Huong.
• Thien Cung Cave is one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long. Its magnificent and splendid beauty is due to layers of stalactites and sparkling beams of light.

The vehicle picks up guests at the pier and departs to visit and take photos outside the Quang Ninh Museum, Ca Heo Palace - Planning Palace, Fair, Exhibition and Culture of Quang Ninh, visit and purchase specialties at Hai San Huong Da Ha Long with many fresh, dried seafood items, squid cakes, etc.

Guests have dinner and check into the hotel to rest. In the evening, guests are free to explore the bustling entertainment services in the “old town” of Bai Chay - located next to Sun World Ha Long park, from street food to super cute coffee shops like Hon Gai Coffee & Lounge or relax at The Mini Bar, Brothers Pub, etc.

Overnight stay in HaLong.

Or choose some services to explore Ha Long at night (self-arrange transportation and sightseeing costs):

- Experience the Queen Cable Car service at Sun World Ha Long Complex on Ba Deo Mountain, admiring the night beauty of Ha Long city under the sparkling lights (cable car operating time is expected from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays).

DAY 4: HA LONG – NOI BAI AIRPORT – DA NANG (Breakfast, lunch)

Guests have breakfast and check out of the hotel. The vehicle takes guests to visit:

• Yen Tu Sacred Land: Guests take the cable car to visit the natural landscape of Dong Yen Tu (cable car fee is self-funded), a place that still preserves many historical relics known as the “Cradle of Vietnamese Buddhism”, visiting the One-Roof Pagoda, Hoa Yen Pagoda – the place of practice of the Buddha King Tran Nhan Tong, who gave birth to the new Truc Lam Zen Sect, located on the mountainside at an altitude of 516m. Following the footsteps of the Buddha King, visit the Dong Pagoda named Thien Truc Tu (Pagoda of the Buddha Realm), located at the highest peak of the Yen Tu range (1,068m) – the largest bronze pagoda in Vietnam.
• Stop at Hai Duong station to buy specialties: green bean cakes, Banh Khao

The vehicle departs to take guests to Noi Bai airport to check in for their flight to Da Nang City. Farewell to the guests and end the tour program at Da Nang airport.

• The itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on actual conditions.
• The sightseeing schedule (swimming, sightseeing, experiencing,...) is easily affected by the weather. This is a force majeure case, we hope guests understand and sympathize.
• Hotels may be located far from the city center during peak seasons.
• Due to objective factors during this period, the attractions may be closed and replaced by other suitable ones for the program.

Pricing for Children

+ Children under 5 years old: no service charge, parents take care of the child themselves and pay for any additional expenses (for services charged according to height...). Two adults are only allowed to accompany 1 child under 5 years old, the second child will pay according to the regulations for ages from 5 to under 12 and pay for a single room supplement. Air tickets, trains, and public transportation must be purchased as per the regulations of the carriers.
+ Children from 5 to under 12 years old: 85% of the adult tour price (no private bed). Two adults are only allowed to accompany 1 child from 5 to under 12 years old, the second child or more must purchase a single bed.
+ Children 12 years old and over: must purchase an adult ticket
+ Air tickets must be purchased according to the regulations of each airline

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

Note on transferring/cancelling the tour: After paying, if you want to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring your Tourist Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedures and incur fees as per Vietravel's regulations. Do not handle cases of contacting to transfer/cancel tours via phone. - Allowed to change to other tourist routes before the departure date 20 days: No fee.
- If cancelled or changed to other tourist routes immediately after registration from 19 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If cancelled or changed to other tourist routes from 12-14 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the trip is cancelled within 8-11 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If the trip is cancelled within 5-7 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
- If the trip is cancelled within 2-4 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
- If the trip is cancelled within 1 day before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.

- If cancelled or changed to other tourist routes immediately after registration to 19 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If cancelled or changed to other tourist routes from 12-14 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the trip is cancelled within 8-11 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If the trip is cancelled within 5-7 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
- If the trip is cancelled within 2-4 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
- If the trip is cancelled within 1 day before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.
The cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
