DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - NOI BAI AIRPORT (HA NOI) - SAPA (Lunch, dinner)

Guests gather at Tan Son Nhat Airport (domestic terminal), where the tour guide assists with check-in for the flight to Ha Noi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, Vietravel’s vehicle and guide will pick up guests for the Ha Noi – Lao Cai expressway to Sapa. Guests will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Upon arrival, guests will visit:

• Cat Cat Village - beautiful like a painting amidst the ancient streets of Sapa. The village attracts tourists with its suspension bridges, waterfalls, water wheels, and vibrant floral displays. Visiting the houses of the Mong, Dao, and Giay ethnic groups, guests will marvel at the enchanting beauty of one of Sapa’s most beautiful ancient villages. Here, guests will witness a H’Mong cultural performance.

Guests will enjoy dinner and check into their hotel. Or, guests can stroll through Sapa town and admire the Sapa Stone Church. Guests can also freely experience local delicacies in the Sapa night market such as grilled pork, grilled eggs, peach wine, and interact with the local ethnic people.Overnight in Sapa

DAY 2: SAPA - FANSIPAN LEGEND - O QUY HO PASS (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Dear guests, enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The car will take you to **Sun Plaza** to experience the **Muong Hoa Mountain Train**, the most modern in Vietnam, with a total length of nearly 2000m, admiring the colorful scenery of the pristine forest and Muong Hoa valley. Arriving at the **Fansipan Legend Tourist Area**, you are free to explore:

• **Conquer Fansipan peak** at 3,143m high by cable car (own expense).
• Praying at Trinh Temple or seeking blessings for family happiness at Bich Van Meditation Temple, part of the spiritual landscape on Fansipan peak.

Continuing the trip, you will have lunch and visit:

• Conquer the **O Quy Ho Pass** - the most beautiful, majestic and longest pass in the Four Great Passes of Northern Vietnam.
• **O Quy Ho Sky Gate Tourist Area** - one of the best places to watch clouds and sunsets in Sapa.

- The free Muong Hoa Mountain Train experience will not be refunded and cannot be replaced by other services if you do not participate or have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or announcements from the service provider.

DAY 3: SAPA - LAO CAI - HA NOI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests enjoy breakfast and check out of the hotel. The vehicle departs to take Guests back to Ha Noi, stopping for local specialties and lunch at a local restaurant. Upon arrival in Ha Noi, guests check into the hotel or have free time to explore Hoan Kiem Lake, visit the surrounding Turtle Tower, Ngoc Son Temple, and The Huc Bridge. Overnight stay in Ha Noi

DAY 4: HA NOI - HA LONG (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Dear guests, enjoy breakfast and check out. The car will take you to visit:

• Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (not visiting on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and during the annual maintenance period from June 10th to August 12th) visit and learn about the life and career of the national father at President Ho Chi Minh's House, Ho Chi Minh Museum, and One Pillar Pagoda.

Continuing the journey, the car will take you to Ha Long, on the way visiting Yen Tu Scenic Area:

• Guests can take the cable car to explore the natural beauty of Dong Yen Tu (cable car fee self-paid), a place preserving many historical relics, known as the "Birthplace of Vietnamese Buddhism." Visit One Roof Temple, Hoa Yen Temple – the place of meditation of the Buddha Hoang Tran Nhan Tong, who founded the new Truc Lam Zen School, located on the hillside at 516m altitude. In February and March each year, Yen Tu Mountain will wear the golden robe of the "Golden Old Man," attracting thousands of tourists to enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Yen Tu range.

Upon arrival in Ha Long, guests will have lunch at a local restaurant and check into a hotel. In the evening, guests can explore the bustling entertainment activities in the "Old Quarter" of Bai Chay – located next to Sun World Ha Long Park, from street food to cafes like Hon Gai Coffee & Lounge, or have fun at The Mini Bar, Brothers Pub,..

Stay overnight in Ha Long

Guests can relax at the resort or choose to participate in one of the following tours (transport and experience fees self-paid)

• Experience the Queen Cable Car at Sun World Ha Long Complex on Ba Deo Mountain, enjoy the night view of Ha Long City with its beautiful lights (cable car operating time is estimated from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays).

DAY 5: HA LONG - NINH BINH (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests have breakfast and check out of the hotel. A vehicle takes guests to the boat dock to embark on a Ha Long Bay cruise. The stunning and vibrant natural scenery of Ha Long Bay, recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage site in 1994.

• Thien Cung Cave is one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long. Its majestic and magnificent beauty is due to the stunning stalactites and glittering light displays.
• From the boat, guests can enjoy views of various large and small islands in Ha Long Bay: Ga Choi Island, Lu Huong Island.

After the tour, the vehicle picks up guests at the dock and takes them to Ninh Binh, a land renowned as a "place to dream of, a place to long for" with rich cultural and natural attractions.

Upon arrival, guests enjoy a local meal at a restaurant and check into the hotel. In the evening, guests are free to explore the ancient Hoa Lu town, a beautiful and atmospheric place for taking photos. The area becomes even more enchanting with the colorful lanterns and the Bao Thap on Ky Lan Lake; experience various folk games and art forms such as water puppetry, Tac Sinh dance, folk singing, and acoustic performances on weekend evenings.

DAY 6: NINH BINH - NOI BAI AIRPORT (Breakfast, lunch)

Guests enjoy breakfast and check out of the hotel. The car takes guests to visit

• Trang An Tourist Area - Guests take traditional boats to visit the magnificent limestone mountain system and the flooded valleys, interconnected by streams, creating year-round flooded caves. Scattered in the pristine and tranquil environment are the images of ancient and revered pagodas, temples, and mansions nestled at the foot of the high mountain ranges.
• Bai Dinh Pagoda, a complex of pagodas with many Vietnamese records, such as an 80-ton bronze statue of Buddha, a corridor with 500 statues of Bodhisattvas, a 99-meter-high pagoda...

Continuing the journey, the car takes Guests to Noi Bai Airport for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City. Guests are seen off and the tour program ends at Tan Son Nhat Airport.

• The itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on the actual conditions.
• Tour schedules (beach, flower viewing, experience,...) are very easily affected by weather. This is an unavoidable situation, we hope Guests understand and sympathize.
• Hotels may be located far from city centers during peak seasons.
• Due to objective factors during this period, the tourist spot may be closed and replaced by a suitable alternative.
  

Pricing for Children

- Children under 5 years old: no service fee is charged, parents take care of the child and pay for any additional costs (for services charged according to height…). Two adults can only accompany 1 child under 5 years old, the second child will pay the fee according to the regulations for ages from 5 to under 12 years old and a single room supplement. Air tickets, trains, public transport tickets are purchased according to the regulations of the transport units.
- Children from 5 years old to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed). Two adults can only accompany 1 child from 5 to under 12 years old, the second child onwards must buy a single bed.
- Children from 12 years old and older: buy one ticket like an adult
- Air tickets must be purchased according to the regulations of each airline

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After paying, if you want to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring the Tour Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedures and bear the fees according to Vietravel's regulations. Do not handle cases of contacting to transfer/cancel the tour by phone.
- The time to cancel the trip is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. - Transfer to other tourist routes before the departure date of 20 days: No charge.
- If canceled or transferred to other tourist routes immediately after registration from 15-19 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If canceled or transferred to other tourist routes from 12-14 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling the tour within 8-11 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 5-7 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 2-4 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 1 day before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Transfer to other tourist routes before the departure date of 30 days: No charge.
- If canceled or transferred to other tourist routes immediately after registration from 25-29 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If canceled or transferred to other tourist routes from 20-24 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling the tour within 17-19 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 8-16 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 2-7 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 1 day before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.
