Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: NHA TRANG - NOI BAI AIRPORT - HA NOI (Lunch, dinner)

Guests gather at Vietravel 100 Quang Trung, Nha Trang. A vehicle and tour guide will take guests to Cam Ranh Airport to assist with check-in for the flight to HaNoi.

Upon arrival in HaNoi, the group will have lunch and check into the hotel to rest. Afterwards, visit:

- Dong Xuan Market: A market with a history spanning hundreds of years, dating back to the Nguyen Dynasty. Not only do vendors come to stock up, but the market also attracts many tourists to visit and buy goods. From the market, guests can walk to O Quan Chuong to take commemorative photos of the only remaining O gate, which is a vestige of the city gate.

- Hoan Kiem Lake: Also known as Ho Guom Lake, it's located in the city center. It attracts many domestic and international tourists. Here, the group will continue to visit the outside of the Turtle Tower, Ngoc Son Temple, The Huc Bridge…

After dinner, guests will return to the hotel and check in to rest. In the evening, guests can freely explore Ha Noi 36 Streets or independently experience local specialties in Ta Hien Street.

- Night tour “Decoding Thang Long Imperial Citadel” with exciting experiences: Incense offering ceremony, taking photos with maids and guards in ancient costumes, watching art performances on the archaeological glass floor of Doan Mon,… Additionally, guests can participate in the “Decoding Thang Long Imperial Citadel” game with a decoder card featuring an impressive laser show and meaningful gifts.

DAY 2: HA NOI - YEN TU - HA LONG (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests have breakfast and check out of the hotel. The vehicle departs to take guests on a sightseeing tour:

- Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (not open on Mondays and Fridays and during the annual maintenance period from June 15th to August 15th) visit and learn about the life and career of the father of the nation at Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House, Ho Chi Minh Museum, One Pillar Pagoda.

Continuing the journey, the vehicle departs to take guests to the coastal city of Ha Long along National Highway 18, stopping for lunch on the way and visiting the sacred land of Yen Tu:

- Visit and take photos of Nuong Village and have lunch at Com Que
- Guests take the cable car to visit the natural landscapes of Dong Yen Tu (cable car costs are self-funded), a place that still retains many historical relics known as the “Cradle of Vietnamese Buddhism”, visiting Mot Mai Pagoda, Hoa Yen Pagoda - the place of practice of King Tran Nhan Tong, who gave birth to the new Truc Lam Zen Sect, located halfway up the mountain at an altitude of 516m. Following the footsteps of the Buddhist King, visit Dong Pagoda, also known as Thien Truc Tu (Pagoda of the Buddha Realm), located at the highest peak of the Yen Tu range (1,068m) - the largest bronze pagoda in Vietnam.

Guests check into the hotel and have dinner. In the evening, guests are free to explore the bustling entertainment services in the “old town” of Bai Chay - located next to Sun World Ha Long park, from street food to super cute coffee shops like Hon Gai Coffee & Lounge or relax at The Mini Bar, Brothers Pub, etc.

Or choose some services to explore Ha Long at night (self-funded transportation and entrance fees):
- Experience the Queen Cable Car service at Sun World Ha Long Complex on Ba Deo Mountain, admire the night view of Ha Long city under the glittering lights (cable car operating time is expected from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays).

DAY 3: HA LONG BAY – NINH BINH (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests have breakfast and check out of the hotel. The vehicle departs, taking guests to visit:

- Take pictures outside Quang Ninh Museum, Ca Heo Palace - Planning Palace, Fair, Exhibition and Culture of Quang Ninh.

- Take a boat trip to visit Ha Long Bay - A stunningly beautiful and vibrant natural landscape, recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Site in 1994.

- Visit Thien Cung Cave is one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long. The majestic and splendid beauty is created by layers of stalactites and sparkling rays of light. From the boat, admire the large and small islands in Ha Long Bay: Ga Choi Islet, Lu Huong Islet.

- Visit and shop for specialties at Hai San Huong Da Ha Long with many famous items such as Ha Long hand-chopped squid, braised pork with shrimp paste, shrimp floss, dried squid, anchovies, yellow croaker,..

Guests have dinner and check into the hotel to rest.

Overnight in Ninh Binh.

DAY 4: NINH BINH – BAI DINH – TRANG AN – THUNG NHAM (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

The tour group enjoys breakfast at the hotel, after which the vehicle will take guests to visit the following locations.

· Bai Dinh Pagoda - a complex of pagodas with many Vietnam records such as the bronze statue of the Laughing Buddha weighing 80 tons, the corridor with 500 statues of Arhats, the 99m high Bao Thap tower...

· Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex - Guests will board traditional boats to visit the scenic limestone mountain system and flooded valleys, connected by streams that create year-round flooded caves. Interspersed in the pristine, tranquil space are the images of mossy, ancient roofs of temples and pagodas nestled at the foot of the high mountain ranges.

Guests have lunch and rest. In the afternoon, the vehicle and tour guide will visit:

· Thung Nham Tourism Area: visit the orchard – enjoy picking and tasting seasonal fruits; check-in at the flower island “Thung Nham’s flower Paradise”; learn about the story of the moving Banyan tree, Linh Than Temple, and Dai Goi Temple – a spiritual area with many historical sites associated with the reigns of King Dinh and King Le; Guests will take a boat trip to visit the “heart of the heritage” - Thung Nham bird garden, home to about 40,000 birds of 46 species such as herons, storks, egrets, coots, etc.

In the evening, guests are free to explore Hoa Lu Ancient Town, an ancient and beautiful, serene check-in space that becomes more magical and surreal with the colors of lanterns and the Bao Thap tower on Ky Lan Lake; experience many folk games and various forms of cultural art from ethnic groups such as water puppetry, Tac Xinh dance, Xam singing,... to acoustic performances held on weekend evenings.

DAY 5: HA NOI - NOI BAI AIRPORT - NHA TRANG (Breakfast, lunch)

The tour group enjoys breakfast at the hotel, checks out, and departs for the capital city, HaNoi. Visit Van Phuc Silk Village.

· Van Phuc Silk Village is also known as Ha Dong Silk Village, located in Van Phuc Ward - Ha Dong - Ha Noi. Existing for over 1000 years, Van Phuc Silk Village is one of the most beautiful silk villages in Vietnam. Upon entering the village, visitors will admire the walking path decorated with colorful umbrellas. Along both sides of the path are shops selling various products such as scarves, Ao Dai, bags, clothes, etc., with a wide variety of designs for visitors to choose from. If you want to wear an Ao Dai for photos, the shops also offer Ao Dai rental services.

After the visit, the tour guide takes guests to the airport for their flight back to Nha Trang City. Upon arrival at Cam Ranh Airport, a car will pick up the group and take them back to the original meeting point.

- Sightseeing schedules (swimming, sightseeing, experiencing, etc.) are easily affected by the weather. This is a force majeure case, we hope you understand and sympathize.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 5 years old: no service fee is charged, parents take care of their children and pay for any extra costs (for services charged according to height...). Two adults can only accompany 1 child under 5 years old, the second child will pay a fee according to the regulations for children from 5 to under 12 years old and a single room supplement. Air tickets, trains, and public transport tickets are purchased according to the regulations of the transport units.
- Children from 5 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (without a private bed). Two adults can only accompany 1 child from 5 to under 12 years old, the second child and above must buy a single bed.
- Children from 12 years old and above: buy one ticket like an adult
- Air tickets must be purchased according to the regulations of each airline

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

After paying, if you want to change/cancel the tour, please bring the Tour Voucher to the tour registration office to complete the change/cancellation procedures and pay the fee according to Vietravel's regulations. Do not handle cases of contacting to change/cancel the tour via phone. - Allowed to switch to other tourist routes before the departure date 20 days: No cost.
- If canceling or switching to other tourist routes immediately after registration from 15-19 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling or switching to other tourist routes from 12-14 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling the trip within 8-11 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If canceling the trip within 5-7 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
- If canceling the trip within 2-4 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
- If canceling the trip within 1 day before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

Applies to tours taking place on one of the holidays according to regulations
- Allowed to change to other tourist routes before the departure date 30 days: No cost.
- If canceling or switching to other tourist routes immediately after registration from 25-29 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling or switching to other tourist routes from 20-24 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling the trip within 17-19 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If canceling the trip within 8-16 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
- If canceling the trip within 2-7 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
- If canceling the trip within 1 day before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.
*The cancellation time of the trip is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
