Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: NOI BAI AIRPORT - HA GIANG (Lunch, dinner)

Guests gather at Tan Son Nhat Airport (domestic terminal), where the tour guide assists with check-in for the flight to Ha Noi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, a Vietravel vehicle and guide will transfer you to Ha Giang, famed for Shan Tuyet tea, honey wine, and historical sites. It's also a land of peach blossoms, pear blossoms, traditions, and the bustling atmosphere of local markets. Upon arrival, take memorable photos atthe Zero Milestone - marking the starting point of the "Happiness Road" connecting Ha Giang and four mountainous districts in the highlands.

The vehicle will take you to your hotel for check-in and dinner, or you can enjoy Shan Tuyet tea, Bach Ha honey, and a bowl of Au Tau porridge (at your own expense).

DAY 2: HA GIANG - QUAN BA - YEN MINH - DONG VAN (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests enjoy breakfast and check out of the hotel. The coach and guide take guests to explore the Dong Van Karst Plateau Global Geopark (covering four northern districts of Ha Giang province, 2,356 km²) with impressive stops:

• View the Quan Ba Twin Mountains, a symbol of the highland plateau's beauty, and walk to Quan Ba Heaven's Gate to admire picturesque Tam Son town and breathe the fresh, cool air all year round.

After lunch, guests continue to visit:

• Tham Ma Slope, a road winding like a soft silk ribbon along the mountains.
• Lung Cam Cultural Village – Sung La Valley: nicknamed the "red rose" of the stone plateau, charming visitors with its simple, rustic beauty. It was the setting of "Pao's Story", winner of the Vietnam Cinema Association's Best Feature Film award, where guests learn about Hmong culture.
• The Vuong Family Mansion (Meo King's Palace), a beautiful, rare and unique architectural work of the stone plateau.
• Conquer the Lung Cu Flag Tower on Dragon Mountain, the nation's northernmost point, with a 54 m² flag symbolising Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups. From above, admire green terraced fields and the villages of Lo Lo Chai and Then Pa, with two distant lakes facing each other that locals call the "dragon's eyes".

Note: The Lung Cu Flag Tower visit will be cancelled if the weather is unfavourable.

DAY 3: DONG VAN - MEO VAC - CAO BANG (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests enjoy breakfast and check out of the hotel. A vehicle will take guests on a sightseeing tour:

• Ma Pi Leng Pass – Nho Que River – Tu San Gorge: Ma Pi Leng Pass is renowned as one of the "four great mountain passes" in the northern mountainous region of Vietnam.
• Panorama Cafe Ma Pi Leng - one of the popular check-in spots located on Ma Pi Leng Pass, attracting tourists to take photos and enjoy coffee in a scenic setting encompassing the Nho Que River (does not include beverages).

Alternatively, guests can choose the following experiences (fees are self-funded):

Option:

• Guests can take a transfer to the **Tu San Gorge, enjoying the beauty of the gorge over the gentle Nho Que River** like a jade silk ribbon with a winding flow crossing the Tu San Gorge, known as the deepest gorge in Southeast Asia (Estimated price: VND 120,000 per adult; VND 60,000 per child, including boat and transfer from the ticket office to the boat dock).
• Stop to take souvenir photos at the **Pa Vi Community Cultural and Tourist Village**, located at the foot of Ma Pi Leng Pass, next to the green Nho Que River. The village attracts visitors with its impressive entrance design shaped like a giant Mong flute, homestays embodying the culture and style of the Mong people, and more.

Continue the journey to Cao Bang. Guests will have lunch at a local restaurant in Bao Lac. Upon arrival in Cao Bang, guests will check into their hotel and enjoy dinner.

Note: Due to the ongoing repair of the road leading down to the river, the boat tour on the Nho Que River is temporarily suspended until further notice.

DAY 4: BAN GIOC WATERFALL - NGUOM NGAO CAVE - KHUOI KY STONE VILLAGE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests have breakfast and check out of the hotel. The car will take you to visit:

• Ban Gioc Waterfall - one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Vietnam, with a natural border with China. The beautiful and majestic waterfall with the surging water flowing all year round originates from the Quai Son River, a dark green jade-colored river. It is most beautiful during the harvest season (September), the road leading to the waterfall is brightly lit with golden colors, and the white water is soft like fairy hair, which makes the scene more poetic and majestic.
• Phat Tich Truc Lam Ban Gioc Temple: built in the traditional Vietnamese style on an area of 3 hectares, this is the first temple built in the northern border of the country.

Guests have lunch and continue visiting:

• Nguom Ngao Cave - a large cave formed from the long-term weathering of limestone; entering the cave, visitors seem to enter a magical world, overwhelmed by the colorful stalactites, the charming stone statues with various shapes resembling people, trees, animals..., the stalactites hanging down or growing up from the ground are extremely vivid
• Khuoi Ky Stone Village: with the concept that stone is the origin of life and the center of the universe, the Tay people in Trung Khanh always preserve the stilt houses, living around the stones, which has created a highlight for the village, viewed from afar, like a solid picture amidst the majestic sky and mountains. Coming here for a homestay and enjoying a cup of coffee amidst the mountain scenery will give you an unusual sense of peace.

The car will take you back to Cao Bang city for dinner at a local restaurant, buy local specialties: Mien dong, black stone, lap workshop, ... Guests check in to the hotel to rest.

DAY 5: CAO BANG - PAC BO HISTORICAL SITE - BA BE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests have breakfast and check out of the hotel. The coach takes guests to visit:

• Pac Bo Historical Site, where President Ho Chi Minh once lived and worked in a poetic, charming setting. He named the clear stream in front of the cave Lenin Stream, and the majestic mountain beside it Karl Marx Mountain.
• Kim Dong Historical Site, honouring the heroic martyrs who protected revolutionary cadres during the resistance war.

After lunch, guests travel to Bac Kan, check in and rest at Ba Be.

DAY 6: BA BE - BAC CAN - HA NOI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests go to the boat dock for a sightseeing tour:

• Ba Be Lake(2 hours) - Explore a charming and vibrant landscape. The clear, mirror-like lake water captivates visitors. Nature and people blend together harmoniously. Visit Ao Tien, Den An Ma, and Hon Ba Goa. Boats stop on the lake. Guests can interact with Tay people by singing and playing the Tay guitar, or participate in kayaking around Hon Ba Goa Island (own expense).

The group departs for Ha Noi. Guests have dinner, check into the hotel, and have free time to explore the Ha Noi Old Quarter at night.
