DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – HA NOI – MU CANG CHAI (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Into the terraced rice fields

• Meet at Tan Son Nhat Airport for the flight to Ha Noi.
• From Noi Bai, cross the great Khau Pha Pass to Mu Cang Chai, where terraced fields shine gold at harvest or glisten in the water-pouring season.
• Hidden among green hills, Garrya Mu Cang Chai Resort is a peaceful retreat with unique bamboo architecture blending into nature.
• At sunset, Tu Le young sticky rice flavours a highland dinner, ending the first day in calm mountain surroundings. Or enjoy the Underground Sport Bar and Screening Room.
• Overnight in Yen Bai.

DAY 2: MU CANG CHAI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: A symphony of earth and sky

• Start the day in the morning mist with yoga and meditation in a tranquil space.
• Continue to La Pan Tan's Mam Xoi Hill and Horseshoe Hill, whose terraced curves look like brushstrokes across the Northwest sky.
• Afternoon: optional paragliding to see the highlands from above, a treatment at 8elements Spa or afternoon tea against the sunset mountains.
• As lights appear across the valley, a private dinner at Charcoal Grill ends a day of nature and highland culture.
• Overnight in Yen Bai.

DAY 3: MU CANG CHAI – PHU THO – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: Where Xoan singing comes alive

• Leaving the terraced rice fields behind, enjoy a simple home-style meal in peaceful Muong Lo before continuing to Phu Tho, the ancestral land.
• Under the roof of the 300-year-old Hung Lo communal house, Xoan singing brings you close to the depth of Northern culture.
• Old houses, traditional crafts and the chance to wrap your own steaming banh chung end the journey on a simple, heartfelt note before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

Pricing for Children

● Children under 5: no service charge; parents take care of the child and pay any extras. 2 adults may bring only 1 child under 4; a second child pays the 4-to-under-12 rate plus a single-room supplement. Air, rail and public transport tickets follow the carriers' rules.
● Children from 5 to under 12: 75% of the package price, including transport, meals per the program and entrance tickets by age/height; sharing a bed with parents. 2 adults may bring only 1 child; each additional child must buy a single bed.
● Children 12 and over: charged as adults.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to change or cancel the tour, please bring your Travel Ticket to the office where you registered to complete the change/cancellation procedure and pay the fees set by Vietravel. Changes or cancellations by phone cannot be processed.
- For tours using promotional airfares, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed or rescheduled; cancelling the tour forfeits the airfare according to airline rules.
- Transfer to another tour 20 days or more before departure: no charge.
- Cancellation or transfer to another tour 15-19 days before departure: cancellation fee of 50% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation or transfer to another tour 12-14 days before departure: cancellation fee of 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation 08-11 days before departure: cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 05-07 days before departure: cancellation fee of 70% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 02-04 days before departure: cancellation fee of 90% of the tour price.
- Cancellation within 1 day of departure: cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Transfer to another tour 30 days or more before departure: no charge.
- Cancellation or transfer to another tour 25-29 days before departure: cancellation fee of 50% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation or transfer to another tour 20-24 days before departure: cancellation fee of 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation 17-19 days before departure: cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 08-16 days before departure: cancellation fee of 70% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 02-07 days before departure: cancellation fee of 90% of the tour price.
- Cancellation within 1 day of departure: cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price.
Holiday and Tet tours are tours that take place on any of the official public holidays or Tet days.
Cancellation periods are counted in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and Tet.
