DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – HA NOI – SAPA (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: An artistic masterpiece in the mountain town

• Meet at Tan Son Nhat Airport for the flight to Ha Noi.
• The journey crosses the roads of the Northwest to misty Sapa.
• In the cool air, Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery blends French haute couture style with the enchanting spirit of the highlands.
• As the town lights up, stroll around the Stone Church, soak up the bustle of the night market and enjoy fragrant grilled dishes amid Sapa's signature mist.
• Overnight in Sapa

DAY 2: SAPA – FANSIPAN – VILLE DE MONT (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Up to the "Roof of Indochina"

• After breakfast in the misty mountain town, ride the Muong Hoa train through deep-green valleys and primeval forest, then take the cable car through a sea of clouds to Fansipan, the highest peak in Indochina.
• Lunch at Van Sam restaurant, Fansipan Legend.
• As the golden sunset spreads across the Northwest, the day ends with a refined dinner at Tus De Liab – Ville De Mont.
• Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 3: SAPA – HA NOI – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: Farewell among the highland villages

• In the early mist of the mountain town, stroll through Cat Cat Village, where flowing water and turning waterwheels meet simple Hmong houses among bright flowers.
• After lunch in the elegant setting of Silk Path Grand Resort, leave the misty mountain town and return to Ho Chi Minh City, ending your mountain retreat with unforgettable memories.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 5 years old: 50% of the adult price (without private bed). Two adults are only allowed to bring 1 child under 5 years old; the second child will pay the fee according to the regulations for children from 5 to under 12 years old and a single room surcharge.
- Children from 5 - under 12 years old: 75% of the adult price (without a private bed). Two adults are only allowed to bring 1 child from 5 - under 12 years old, the second child and above must buy a single bed.
- Children from 12 years old and above will be charged as adults.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After paying, if you want to change/cancel the tour, please bring the Travel Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the change/cancellation procedure and bear the fee according to Vietravel's regulations. Do not handle cases contacting to change/cancel tours via phone. - Allowed to change to other tourist routes before the departure date 20 days: No cost.
- If you cancel or change to other tourist routes immediately after registration from 15-19 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or change to other tourist routes from 12-14 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip within 08-11 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Allowed to change to other tourist routes before the departure date 30 days: No cost.
- If you cancel or change to other tourist routes immediately after registration from 25-29 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or change to other tourist routes from 20-24 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour within 17-19 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 08-16 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 02-07 days before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 1 day before the departure date: Tour cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.
- The tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
