Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – NOI BAI – PHU THO – NGHIA LO (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: From the land of Xoan singing to the Muong Lo valley

• Arrive at Noi Bai and travel to Phu Tho, the sacred ancestral land. Visit the 300-year-old Hung Lo communal house, meet Xoan singing artisans and feel Northern village life through old houses, traditional crafts and local specialties such as cassava cake and free-range hill chicken.
• Continue to Nghia Lo for highland cuisine and join the lively Thai Xoe dance, a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
• Overnight in Nghia Lo.

DAY 2: NGHIA LO – MU CANG CHAI – SA PA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Following the golden season over the Northwest passes

• Depart for Mu Cang Chai, passing through Tu Le, famous for its new-season sticky rice, xoi and fragrant com (young green rice) of the Northwest mountains.
• Admire soft layers of terraced rice fields in the golden sun, picture-perfect harvest scenery at Lim Mong village and along the La Pan Tan – Che Cu Nha – Ze Xu Phinh route, with a photo stop at Mam Xoi Hill.
• The journey becomes even more impressive as you conquer Khau Pha Pass and O Quy Ho Pass, two of the Northwest's legendary "Four Great Passes".
• Arrive in Sapa and check in. Evening: free time to stroll the town, see the Sapa Stone Church, taste highland specialties at the night market and feel the lively pace of the misty mountain town.
• Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 3: SA PA – FANSIPAN LEGEND – FREE AFTERNOON (Breakfast, lunch; dinner at own expense)

Main activities: Touching the clouds of Fansipan amid highland culture

• Ride the Muong Hoa mountain train through the misty valley to Fansipan Legend. Here the journey opens with Ban May (Cloud Village), showcasing the life, music and local culture of the Hmong, Dao and Tay peoples.
• Free time: stroll the ancient rose garden, ride a horse through the forest or conquer the 3,143 m Fansipan summit by cable car, visiting sacred temples and admiring the majestic sea of clouds from the "Roof of Indochina" (cable car at own expense).
• Buffet lunch at Fansipan Legend, overlooking the sea of clouds from an impressive height.
• Afternoon: free time to try mountain specialties such as thang co and green-pepper grilled chicken, or relax with a Red Dao herbal bath overlooking the Muong Hoa Valley.
• Overnight in Sapa.

Notes:

• If Fansipan is not operating, the program will visit Rong May Glass Bridge instead; entrance tickets not included.
• The Muong Hoa mountain train ticket is complimentary and non-refundable/non-exchangeable if guests do not join or it is cancelled due to weather, road conditions or supplier notice.

DAY 4: SA PA – LAO CAI – NOI BAI – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: Farewell amid the clouds of Sa Pa

• Visit Moana Sa Pa for striking photos among the clouds: the sky bed, bubble houses and the "thousand-star hotel".
• After lunch, transfer to Noi Bai Airport.
• The Northwest rice-season journey ends at Tan Son Nhat Airport.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 5 years old: no service charge, parents take care of the child themselves and pay for any additional costs (for services charged by height...). Two adults are only allowed to bring 1 child under 5 years old, the second child will pay a fee according to the regulation for children from 5 to under 12 years old and a single room supplement. Air tickets, trains, and public transport tickets are purchased according to the regulations of the transport providers.
- Children from 5 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed). Two adults are only allowed to bring 1 child from 5 to under 12 years old, the second child or more must buy a single bed.
- Children 12 years and older: purchase a ticket like an adult

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

After paying, if you want to change/cancel your tour, please bring your Tourist Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the change/cancellation procedure and bear the fee according to Vietravel's regulations. Do not handle cases of contacting tour changes/cancellations by phone.
- The cancellation time of the tour is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. - Allowed to switch to other tourist routes before the departure date 20 days: No charge.
- If you cancel or switch to other tours immediately after registration from 15-19 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or switch to other tours from 12-14 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour within 8-11 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 5-7 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 2-4 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 1 day before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Allowed to switch to other tourist routes before the departure date 30 days: No charge.
- If you cancel or switch to other tours immediately after registration from 25-29 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or switch to other tours from 20-24 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour within 17-19 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 8-16 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 2-7 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 1 day before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.
