Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: NHA TRANG - NOI BAI AIRPORT (HA NOI) - SAPA (Lunch, dinner)

Guests assemble at Vietravel Khanh Hoa - 100 Quang Trung. A vehicle and a tour guide will escort the group to Cam Ranh Airport to assist with check-in procedures for the flight to Ha Noi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, a Vietravel vehicle and tour guide will pick up guests and depart for Sapa via the Ha Noi - Lao Cai expressway. Guests will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Upon arrival, guests will visit:

• • Cat Cat Village - beautiful like a painting in the old Sapa town, attracting visitors with its suspension bridge, waterfall, waterwheel, and vibrant flowers. Visiting the homes of the Mong, Dao, and Giay ethnic groups, visitors will be amazed by the dreamy beauty of one of Sapa's most beautiful ancient villages. Guests will enjoy a H'Mong cultural performance.

Guests will enjoy dinner and check in to their accommodation or take a stroll around the city, enjoying the Sapa Stone Church. Guests are free to savor local delicacies at Sapa's night market, such as grilled armpit pork, roasted eggs, apple wine, and interact with local ethnic groups.

DAY 2: SAPA - FANSIPAN LEGEND - O QUY HO PASS (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Good morning! Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. The shuttle will take you to Sun Plaza to experience the latest mountain train in Vietnam, the Muong Hoa Mountain Train, with a total length of nearly 2000 meters, offering a breathtaking view of the pristine forest and the Muong Hoa valley. Upon arriving at the Fansipan Legend resort, feel free to explore:

• Conquer the majestic Fansipan peak at 3,143 meters high via cable car (own expense).
• Visit the Trinh Temple for prayers or seek blessings and peace for your family at Bich Van Pagoda, both nestled within the spiritual landscape on top of Fansipan.

Continue your journey, enjoy your lunch, and visit:

• Conquer O Quy Ho Pass - the most beautiful, majestic, and longest pass among the Four Great Mountain Passes in Northern Vietnam.
• O Quy Ho Heaven Gate Tourist Area - one of the most beautiful locations in Sapa for cloud-gazing and watching the sunset.

Important Notes:

• In case Fansipan is not operational, it will be replaced by a visit to the Rong May Glass Bridge (entrance fee not included).
• The complimentary Muong Hoa Mountain Train experience is non-refundable and cannot be substituted with other services in case you do not participate or have to cancel due to objective reasons such as weather, road conditions, or announcements from the service provider.

DAY 3: SAPA - LAO CAI - HA NOI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests enjoy breakfast and check out of the hotel. The vehicle will take you back to Ha Noi, stopping along the way for souvenir shopping and lunch at a local restaurant. Upon arrival in Ha Noi, check in to the hotel and relax or explore Hoan Kiem Lake, viewing Turtle Tower, Ngoc Son Temple, and The Huc Bridge; enjoy a beer at the Ta Hien Western Quarter.

Suggested programs: (Programs with fixed days of the week, guests arrange their own transportation and expenses).

• Ngoc Son Temple Night Tour – Explore the mysterious beauty of the sacred temple in the heart of Hoan Kiem Lake.
• Double-decker bus tour – Experience the evening atmosphere and admire the vibrant lights of Ha Noi.
• Enjoy Ha Noi specialties: cold snail noodles, crispy fried river prawns, Trang Tien ice cream, etc.

DAY 4: HA NOI - HA LONG (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests enjoy breakfast and check out. The vehicle departs to take guests to visit:

• Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (not available on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and during annual maintenance periods from June 2nd to August 15th). Visit and learn about the life and work of the nation's patriarch at Uncle Ho's Hall, the Ho Chi Minh Museum, and the One-Pillar Pagoda.

Continuing the journey, the vehicle takes guests to Ha Long, along the way visiting Yen Tu Scenic Area:

• Guests take the cable car to enjoy the natural scenery of Dong Yen Tu (cable car costs are borne independently). This place preserves many historical sites and is known as the "Birthplace of Vietnamese Buddhism", visiting the One-Roof Pagoda and Hoa Yen Pagoda – places where King Tran Nhan Tong, who established the Truc Lam Zen School, practiced meditation, located on a mountainside at 516m. Every year from February to March, Yen Tu Mountain will put on a beautiful, golden robe of "Golden Apricot Trees", attracting thousands of tourists to enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Yen Tu mountain range.

Upon arrival in Ha Long, guests enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and check into their hotel for rest. In the evening, guests are free to explore the vibrant entertainment activities in "Old Quarter" Bai Chay – located next to Sun World Ha Long park, from street food to adorable cafes like Hon Gai Coffee & Lounge, or have fun at The Mini Bar and Brothers Pub.

Guests have free time to rest at the resort or choose to participate in one of the following itineraries (travel and experience costs are borne independently):

• Experience the Queen Cable Car at Sun World Ha Long Complex on Ba Deo Mountain, admire the beautiful night views of Ha Long City under the twinkling lights (cable car operating hours are tentatively from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays).

DAY 5: HA LONG - NINH BINH (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

• Thien Cung Cave is one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long. Its magnificent beauty is due to the stunning stalactites and shimmering light.
• From the boat, admire the numerous islands in Ha Long Bay: Ga Choi Island, Lu Huong Island.

After the tour, the car will pick you up from the pier and take you to Ninh Binh - a land renowned as "A Dream Destination" with many rich cultural and natural attractions.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and check into your hotel. In the evening, you can freely explore Hoa Lu Ancient Town, a beautiful and atmospheric place for taking photos. The scenery becomes more magical with the lanterns and the Bao Thap on Ky Lan Lake. Experience various folk games and cultural performances, such as water puppet shows, Tac Sinh dances, xam singing, and acoustic performances on weekend evenings.

DAY 6: NINH BINH - NOI BAI AIRPORT - NHA TRANG (Breakfast, lunch)

Guests enjoy breakfast and check out of the hotel. A vehicle will take guests on a tour of:

• • Trang An Scenic Area: Guests take a traditional boat to explore the magnificent limestone mountains and submerged valleys. These are connected by streams, creating year-round submerged caves. Scattered amidst this pristine and tranquil landscape are ancient pagodas, temples, and residences nestled at the foot of the high mountains.
  • Bai Dinh Temple: This temple complex boasts several Vietnamese records, including an 80-ton bronze statue of the Laughing Buddha, a corridor featuring 500 statues of the La Han, and a 99-meter high pagoda.

A vehicle takes guests back to Ha Noi for their flight. Upon arrival at Cam Ranh Airport, a vehicle will transfer the group back to the original meeting point.

• • The itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on the actual situation.
  • The sightseeing schedule (swimming, flower viewing, experiences, etc.) is very susceptible to weather conditions. This is an unavoidable circumstance. We appreciate your understanding and forgiveness.

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances during this period, some destinations may be closed and replaced with suitable alternatives in accordance with the program.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 5 years old: no service fee is charged, parents take care of the child and pay for any additional costs (for services charged according to height…). Two adults can only accompany 1 child under 5 years old, the second child will pay the fee according to the regulations for ages from 5 to under 12 years old and a single room supplement. Air tickets, trains, public transport tickets are purchased according to the regulations of the transport units.
- Children from 5 years old to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed). Two adults can only accompany 1 child from 5 to under 12 years old, the second child onwards must buy a single bed.
- Children from 12 years old and older: buy one ticket like an adult
- Air tickets must be purchased according to the regulations of each airline

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After paying, if you want to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring the Tour Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedures and bear the fees according to Vietravel's regulations. Do not handle cases of contacting to transfer/cancel the tour by phone.
- The time to cancel the trip is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. - Transfer to other tourist routes before the departure date of 20 days: No charge.
- If canceled or transferred to other tourist routes immediately after registration from 15-19 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If canceled or transferred to other tourist routes from 12-14 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling the tour within 8-11 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 5-7 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 2-4 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 1 day before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.

- Transfer to other tourist routes before the departure date of 30 days: No charge.
- If canceled or transferred to other tourist routes immediately after registration from 25-29 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If canceled or transferred to other tourist routes from 20-24 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling the tour within 17-19 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 8-16 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 2-7 days before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 1 day before the departure date: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.
