Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – VAN DON – HA NOI (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discovering Ha Noi and local cuisine

• Vietravel coach and tour guide pick up guests at Van Don Airport.
• Lunch, then depart for Ha Noi.
• Enjoy "West Lake shrimp cakes", a famous Hanoian dish.
• Evening: free time to wander the 36 streets, sip egg coffee in the glittering Old Quarter and feel the capital's unique night-time rhythm.
• Overnight in Ha Noi.

• Journey 1: "Decoding Thang Long Imperial Citadel" (19:00 every Friday and Saturday)

Explore the Citadel at night with an incense ceremony, photos with palace maids and guards in ancient costume, performances on the glass floor over the Doan Mon archaeological site and an exciting laser puzzle game.

• Journey 2: "Temple of Literature by Night" (18:30 every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday)

Modern projection technology recreates history and culture, immersing visitors in the magical, shimmering atmosphere of the Temple of Literature at night.

• Journey 3: "Sacred Night" at Hoa Lo Prison (19:00 every Friday and Saturday)

A journey back in time to relive the nation's heroic years and feel the indomitable spirit of revolutionary soldiers through moving stories.

On other days, guests may choose:

• Double-decker bus tour – enjoy the night air and Ha Noi's streets lit up in lights.
• Discover traditional Vietnamese therapies at Sen Tai Thu to relax, recharge and rejuvenate.

DAY 2: HA NOI – NINH BINH (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Bai Dinh Pagoda, a rowing-boat ride and the beauty of Trang An

• Breakfast at the hotel and an early departure for Ninh Binh.
• Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, a large complex famed for its grand architecture and spiritual atmosphere among peaceful mountains.
• Take a rowing boat along the river, admiring Trang An's majestic mountain scenery.
• Enjoy the famous "goat feast" of the ancient capital, with dishes such as lime-cured goat, roasted goat, goat hotpot with fermented rice, goat spring rolls… (menu may vary).
• Evening: free time for folk games and lively cultural activities in Hoa Lu Old Town, or a boat ride on Ky Lan Lake (at own expense).
• Or watch the live show "Reed Flag Hero", vividly recreating the nation's heroic founding spirit (at own expense).
• Overnight in Ninh Binh.

DAY 3: NINH BINH – HA LONG (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Ha Long Bay cruise

• Breakfast at the hotel and depart for Ha Long.
• Cruise Ha Long Bay, explore the magical Thien Cung Cave and admire thousands of islands in jade-green water.
• Lunch on board amid the bay's spectacular scenery.
• Shop for specialties at OCOP Central Ha Long (at own expense).
• Evening: free time in lively Bai Chay, with fireworks and the 3D Mapping show at the Lighthouse (at own expense), or stroll the Vui Fest Ha Long night market.
• Overnight in Ha Long.

DAY 4: HA LONG – VAN DON – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: Check-out, transfer to Van Don Airport, end of the journey

• Breakfast at the hotel and early check-out.
• Transfer to Van Don Airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City; end of the program. We look forward to welcoming you on future journeys.

Pricing for Children

• Under 5: free of service charges (parents pay any extras). 2 adults may bring 1 child under 5; a second child pays the 5-to-under-12 rate plus a single-bed supplement.
• From 5 to under 12: 75% of the adult tour price, no separate bed. 2 adults may bring 1 child aged 5 to under 12; a second child pays a single-bed supplement.
• 12 and over: charged as adults.
• Air, rail and public transport tickets follow the carriers' rules.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to change or cancel the tour, please bring your Travel Ticket, receipt and ID (of the paying guest) to the office where you registered to complete the procedure according to Vietravel's regulations. Alternatively, contact a Vietravel consultant for guidance.
- Cancellation time is counted in working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays/Tet. - Change to another tour more than 20 days before departure: free of charge.
- Cancellation or change 15–19 days before departure: 50% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation or change 12–14 days before departure: 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation 8–11 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 5–7 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 2–4 days before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- Cancellation within 1 day of departure: 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Change to another tour more than 30 days before departure: free of charge.
- Cancellation or change 25–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation or change 20–24 days before departure: 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancellation 17–19 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 8–16 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- Cancellation 2–7 days before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- Cancellation within 1 day of departure: 100% of the tour price.
