Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - DONG THAP - TRAM CHIM RAMSAR SITE - MY PHUOC THANH ECO-TOURISM - "THE CUISINE OF THE RED LOTUS LAND" (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests gather at Vietravel (190 Pasteur, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City), have breakfast, and depart for Tam Nong District (Dong Thap Province) to visit the Tram Chim National Park - a Ramsar site, internationally important, ranked 2,000th globally and 4th in Vietnam:

• Experience a motorized boat tour to explore the unique wetland ecosystem of the Dong Thap Muoi region; listen to the guide share historical information, and about the region's bird, fish, and animal species.
• Ascend a 18-meter observation tower, admire the seasonal lotus fields amidst rice paddies, grasslands, and vast areas of reeds, creating a picturesque landscape.

The group has lunch and relaxes in the bamboo and reed houses.

Depart for Cao Lanh City, visiting:

• The Tomb of Nguyen Sinh Sac, including the Ho Chi Minh House, the tomb of Nguyen Sinh Sac and the former Hoa An village, which recreates the village where Nguyen Sinh Sac once lived.
• My Phuoc Thanh Eco-tourism, nestled between lotus fields and rice paddies, offering visitors opportunities to view Long Hau boats decorated as unique dining tables.
• Savor the finest local cuisine of "the land of the red lotus", meticulously arranged on bamboo mats, including: lotus-wrapped spring rolls; grilled catfish with lotus sprouts; stir-fried lotus root with shrimp; lotus leaf rice; and Southern Vietnamese folk pastries...

Overnight stay in Cao Lanh (Dong Thap Province)

DAY 2: XEO QUIT - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)

After checking out and having breakfast at the hotel, the car will take the group to visit Xeo Quit - a typical base area of the floodplains and experience the beautiful scenery with the following experiences:

• Riding a three-leaf boat along the canals, covered by the shade of pristine mangrove forests with trees around 50 years old, with stems covered in green creepers;
• Listen to the guide introduce and visit the historical battlefield sites (bomb craters, secret bunkers, combat bunkers);
• Breathe in the fresh air of a poetic space, take pictures with the beautiful sung nia pond, shady streets, and enjoy the delicious glutinous rice with sesame.
• Enjoy lunch with dishes reflecting the unique Southern culture made from fish, vegetables, combined with delicious dragon blood rice.

The car will take the group back to Ho Chi Minh City, concluding the tour at the original pick-up point.

Note:

- Vietravel's program is a package tour, no discount policy applied, priority entry to attractions (if any) for children, the elderly, and war veterans. Therefore, Vietravel will not refund the difference for these preferential customers.

- Breakfast includes a bowl + a cup. The hotel does not have TWN rooms. Guests who need 2 beds should choose a room for 4 people with two 1.6m beds and pay an additional fee of 200,000 VND per person.

Pricing for Children

Children under 5 years old: No service fee, parents take care of the child and pay for any arising expenses (for services that are charged based on height...). Two adults can only accompany 1 child under 5, the second child will pay according to the rules for ages 5 to under 12 and a single room supplement. In case guests are staying at Vinpearl Can Tho, the price for children aged 4-under 5 is the same as for children aged 5-under 12.

Children aged 5-under 12: Must buy 50% of the tour package including transportation, meals according to the program, and entrance fees for attractions with age/height restrictions (note: the child sleeps with parents). Two adults can only accompany 1 child aged 5-under 12, and any subsequent child must buy a single bed.

Children aged 12 and above: Must purchase the full tour package like adults, including transportation, hotel, meals according to the program, and entrance fees according to the rules of the attractions.

Note: If you need to buy your own entrance fees, we are happy to advise you to choose an F&E tour or a private group tour. In this type of tour, you can choose your own services according to your needs.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

After payment, if you wish to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring the travel voucher to the tour registration office to process the transfer/cancellation and incur fees as per Vietravel's regulations. Transfer/cancellation requests will not be handled via phone. •
Can be transferred to other tours 20 days before departure: No cost.

If canceling or transferring to other tours from 15-19 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.

If canceling or transferring to other tours from 12-14 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.

If canceling the tour from 8-11 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
•
If canceling the tour from 5-7 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
•
If canceling the tour from 2-4 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
•
If canceling the tour 1 day before departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

If canceling or transferring to other tours from 25-29 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour deposit.

If canceling or transferring to other tours from 20-24 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour deposit.

If canceling the tour from 17-19 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.
•
If canceling the tour from 8-16 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.
•
If canceling the tour from 2-7 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.
•
If canceling the tour 1 day before departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.
Tour cancellation time is calculated in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
