DAY 1: HA NOI – BERLIN

Main activities: Departing for Europe

• Gather at Noi Bai Airport and check in for the flight to Berlin
• Rest and use the amenities on the plane

DAY 2: BERLIN – DRESDEN (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Exploring the historic capital of Germany

• Land in Berlin and complete immigration procedures
• Visit and take photos outside Checkpoint Charlie, the Berlin Wall and the Reichstag building
• Free time to sightsee and shop at the Dong Xuan Centre
• Travel to Dresden, check in and rest

DAY 3: DRESDEN – PRAGUE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: A journey to the city of 100 golden towers

• Visit and take photos outside the Zwinger Palace, the Procession of Princes mural and the Elbe River
• Depart for Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic
• Visit and take photos outside the Church of Our Lady Victorious, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, the Prague Astronomical Clock and Golden Lane
• Overnight in Prague

DAY 4: PRAGUE – CESKY KRUMLOV (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Wandering into a fairy-tale village

• Visit the Prague Castle complex with its iconic architecture
• Travel to Cesky Krumlov
• Stroll through the Old Town; take photos outside Cesky Krumlov Castle and St Vitus Church
• Overnight in Cesky Krumlov

DAY 5: CESKY KRUMLOV – SALZBURG (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: The music city of Salzburg

• Depart for the music city of Salzburg
• Visit and take photos outside the Makartsteg love bridge, Hohensalzburg Fortress, Mirabell Palace and Getreidegasse old street
• Free time to sightsee and shop at Designer Outlet Salzburg with many famous brands
• Overnight in Salzburg

DAY 6: SALZBURG – HALLSTATT – VIENNA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: The tranquillity of Hallstatt – the most beautiful village in Austria

• Travel to the fairy-tale village of Hallstatt
• Stroll around Marktplatz; take photos at Hallstatt Church and Lake Hallstatt
• Depart for Vienna, the capital of Austria
• Take photos outside St Stephen's Cathedral and stroll around Maria-Theresien-Platz
• Overnight in Vienna

DAY 7: VIENNA – BUDAPEST (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: A journey to the "Pearl of the Danube"

• Visit the Schloss Belvedere palace complex
• Travel to Budapest, the capital of Hungary
• Take photos outside the Hungarian Parliament, Buda Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion
• Overnight in Budapest

DAY 8: BUDAPEST (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Admiring Hungarian architectural wonders

• Take photos at Andrassy Avenue and St Stephen's Basilica
• Enjoy a Danube River cruise to admire the beauty of the city
• Experience a mineral bath at Szechenyi Thermal Bath – one of the largest thermal bath complexes in the world
• Overnight in Budapest

DAY 9: BUDAPEST – HA NOI (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: Farewell to Eastern Europe with beautiful memories

• Free time to sightsee and shop at the WestEnd City Center with many famous brands
• Mingle with local life at the flea market
• Transfer to the airport and check in for the flight back to Vietnam
• Rest and use the amenities on the plane

DAY 10: HA NOI

Main activities: End of the journey

On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, the coach takes the group back to the original meeting point. End of the programme, farewell and see you again

• The order of destinations may change depending on actual conditions.
• Times in the programme are for reference only and will be updated precisely each day by the Vietravel guide according to actual conditions.
• If the group has fewer than 15 guests, the tour will not depart. The company will advise guests to move to a nearby departure date or notify any additional cost needed to run the group.
• Blooming flowers are easily affected by weather conditions and may bloom earlier or later. This is a force majeure situation; we kindly ask for your understanding.
• During European peak seasons such as Golden Week and holidays, hotels may be about 1 to 1.5 hours by road from the city centre.

OPERATIONAL AND DRIVING COMPLIANCE NOTES IN EUROPE

• Total daily driving time is scheduled not to exceed 9 hours, in compliance with European Union traffic and labour regulations.
• After 4.5 hours of continuous driving, the driver must take a break of at least 45 minutes (which may be split into 15 + 30 minutes) to ensure safety and health while operating.
• The entire journey complies with speed limits, gives priority to pedestrians and cyclists, and picks up and drops off guests at the designated points of each country.
• In case of bad weather or unavoidable traffic situations, the group will proactively adjust the route or shorten sightseeing and shopping time to ensure safety and the driver's required rest periods.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
- Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
- If only 1 guest (adult) travels with 1 child (under 12), please pay 100% of the tour price to have a private bed for the child and a private room for the two of you.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring your Travel Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedure and pay the tour cancellation fee in accordance with Vietravel's regulations. Requests to transfer/cancel a tour by phone are not handled.
- Cancellation time is counted in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and Tet.
- For guests who register early and cancel before the visa application is submitted: the non-refundable fee is VND 5,000,000 per guest.
- If the visa application has been submitted, please pay a fee of VND 10,000,000 (including visa fee, document translation, airline ticket deposit, etc.)
- If you are granted a Schengen visa (before Vietravel issues airline tickets) but for any reason cannot join the group, please pay a fee of VND 40,000,000 per person; Vietravel will notify the Embassy to cancel your Schengen visa.
If the group does not have enough guests (minimum 15) granted Schengen visas, Vietravel will advise joining a nearby departure date. If you cannot join the new departure date, the non-refundable fee is the visa fee of about VND 5,000,000 per guest for US tours and VND 6,000,000 per guest for Europe and Australia tours.
- 30 days or more before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- 20 - 29 days before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the trip is cancelled right after the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- 14 - 19 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- 10 - 13 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- 02 - 09 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 90% of the tour fare.
- Within 01 day before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour fare.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Holiday and Tet tours are tours whose dates fall on one of the public holidays or Tet as stipulated.
- 45 days or more before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- 31 - 44 days before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the trip is cancelled right after the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- 25 - 30 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- 11 - 24 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- Within 10 days: the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour fare.
For holiday and Tet tours: cancellation penalties depend on the regulations of the airlines and overseas service partners.
