• Gather at Tan Son Nhat Airport and check in for the flight to the seaside city of Nice

Main activities: Taking the high-speed train to the capital of the land of bulls

• Visit Retiro Park – the “green lung” of Madrid
• Take photos with the Cibeles Fountain and statue, the largest flag in Spain and the Las Ventas Bullring

• Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport, complete procedures and end a meaningful trip.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 85% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
- Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring your Travel Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedure and pay the tour cancellation fee in accordance with Vietravel's regulations. Requests to transfer/cancel a tour by phone are not handled.
- For tours still within the cancellation period but for which a visa has been processed, please pay the visa fee.
- After the tour deposit is paid and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: VND 5,000,000 (airline ticket deposit fee).
- If a visa application is refused, the non-refundable fee is VND 8,500,000. - Cancelling or transferring to other tours 30 days before the departure date: no charge.
- Cancelling or transferring to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit
- Cancelling or transferring to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the trip is cancelled right after the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- Cancelling the trip 14-19 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- Cancelling the trip 10-13 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- Cancelling the trip 02-09 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- Cancelling the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Cancelling or transferring to other tours 45 days before the departure date: no charge.
- Cancelling or transferring to other tours 34-44 days before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- Cancelling or transferring to other tours 25-33 days before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
