DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ ZURICH

Main activities: Departing for Switzerland

• The Vietravel tour leader meets guests at Tan Son Nhat Airport and assists with check-in for the flight to Zurich – Switzerland's leading economic, financial and cultural centre (transit depends on the airline).
• Overnight on the plane.

DAY 2: ZURICH – INTERLAKEN (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Exploring ancient Zurich and experiencing the art of Swiss chocolate-making

• Walk into Zurich's old town and take photos with the signature icons: the Fraumunster Church – notable for its artistic stained-glass windows; the Grossmunster Church with its iconic twin towers and Lindenhof Hill – a viewpoint over the old town and the poetic Limmat River, one of the famous filming locations of the Korean drama “Crash Landing on You”.
• Visit Lindt Home of Chocolate – the experience centre of the famous Lindt brand, where guests learn about ingredients and the techniques for making typical Swiss chocolate.
• Depart for Interlaken – a beautiful resort town between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, surrounded by the majestic Alps.
• Overnight in Interlaken.

DAY 3: INTERLAKEN – JUNGFRAUJOCH – ISELTWALD – INTERLAKEN (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Conquering Jungfraujoch and enjoying the blue lakes of Switzerland

• Combine cable car and mountain train to conquer Jungfraujoch – the attraction known as the “Top of Europe”, at an altitude of 3,454 metres in the Alps and featured in very romantic scenes of the drama “Crash Landing on You”.
• Admire the snow-capped peaks amid spectacular natural scenery and explore the unique Ice Palace with its mirror-like sparkling ice tunnels and fine ice sculptures, in a space kept below 0°C all year round.
• Return to Interlaken, take photos by Lake Brienz with its distinctive turquoise water and visit Iseltwald village – a peaceful little village nestled by the lake, notable for traditional wooden houses and poetic scenery.
• Free time to sightsee and shop at Kirchhofer – a famous chain of stores for watches, jewellery and typical Swiss products.
• Overnight in Interlaken.

DAY 4: INTERLAKEN – GRUYERES – GENEVA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Experiencing the GoldenPass scenic train and exploring Gruyere cheese culture

• Experience one section of the journey on the GoldenPass scenic train (depending on seat availability/departure time/season)
• Continue to Gruyeres – a famous medieval town associated with the cheese of the same name. Visit the Gruyere cheese factory, learning about the traditional cheese-making process from local milk and the ageing and storage techniques that create the region's distinctive flavour. Enjoy lunch with cheese fondue – melted hot cheese eaten with bread, one of the typical dishes of Swiss cuisine.
• Depart for Geneva – an elegant international city on Lake Geneva, famous as a diplomatic and financial centre.
• Overnight in Geneva.

DAY 5: GENEVA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Exploring the cinematic world of Charlie Chaplin and Chillon Castle

• Visit Chaplin’s World – an interactive museum built on the estate where Charlie Chaplin once lived, recreating the life, career and cinematic world of the legendary artist through exhibition spaces, film sets and lively film characters.
• Explore Chillon Castle – a prominent medieval building on a small rocky island on Lake Geneva, impressive for its ramparts, watchtowers, great halls and ancient rooms steeped in history. Combined with local wine tasting, learning about the distinctive vine-growing and wine-making culture around Lake Geneva.
• Overnight in Geneva.

DAY 6: GENEVA ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: Exploring Geneva's icons and departing for Vietnam

• Explore Geneva, taking photos at its signature icons: the Jet d’Eau fountain soaring above Lake Geneva; the Palais des Nations – the United Nations headquarters in Europe; the Broken Chair – an artwork with a message against landmines, and Geneva Old Town with cobbled streets, squares and elegant historic architecture.
• The group transfers to Geneva airport and checks in for the flight back to Vietnam.
• Overnight on the plane.

DAY 7: HO CHI MINH CITY

Main activities: Returning to the beloved S-shaped land

• Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport, ending a journey full of the colours of Swiss nature, culture, cuisine and people.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no separate beds)
- Children 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with separate beds)
- Children 12 years or older: 100% of the adult tour price.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you want to transfer or cancel the tour, please bring the travel ticket to the booking office to process the transfer/cancellation and pay the cancellation fee as per Vietravel's regulations. Please do not contact by phone for transfer/cancellation matters.
- For tours with a cancellation period but with a visa already processed, please pay the visa fee.
- After depositing the tour, before Vietravel submits the visa fee: 5,000,000 VND (flight deposit).
- If the visa is rejected, the non-refundable visa fee is 8,500,000 VND. * Days for tour cancellation are calculated in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- If cancelled or changed to a different tour at least 30 days before departure: No fee.
- If cancelled or changed to a different tour 25-29 days before departure: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If cancelled or changed to a different tour 20-24 days before departure: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If cancelled after the visa has been issued by the embassy (for countries requiring visas): 100% of the deposit fee.
- If cancelled 14-19 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- If cancelled 10-13 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- If cancelled 2-9 days before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- If cancelled 1 day before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

* For holiday tours, which take place on holidays.
- If cancelled or changed to a different tour at least 45 days before departure: No fee.
- If cancelled or changed to a different tour 34-44 days before departure: 50% of the deposit fee.
- If cancelled or changed to a different tour 25-33 days before departure: 100% of the deposit fee.
- If cancelled after the visa has been issued by the embassy (for countries requiring visas): 100% of the deposit fee.
- If cancelled 20-24 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- If cancelled 11-19 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- If cancelled 2-10 days before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- If cancelled 1 day before departure: 100% of the tour price.
