A vehicle will take you to visit and shop for famous specialties at the **fish sauce factory**, **Duc Thanh specialty**, the **Phu Quoc pearl production facility** - displaying various genuine pearl jewelry cultivated in Phu Quoc.
The group will depart for the airport to catch a flight back to Da Nang city. The program concludes, and we look forward to welcoming you on future journeys.
- Children under 5 years old: no service fee, parents are responsible for the child and pay any extra costs (for services charged by height…). Two adults are only allowed to accompany 1 child under 5, the second child will pay the fee as stipulated for children aged 5 to under 11 and a single room supplement. Air tickets, trains, and public transport are purchased according to the regulations of the transport companies.
- Children aged 5 to 11: 85% of the adult tour price (no separate bed). Two adults are only allowed to accompany 1 child aged 5 to under 12, the second child onwards must purchase a single bed.
- Children aged 5 to 11: 100% of the adult tour price (with separate bed).
- Children aged 12 and over: purchase one adult ticket.
For Vietnamese Citizens: Children 14 years and older and adults need to bring their original valid Citizen ID/Passport with clear images (Citizen ID validity not exceeding 15 years from the issuance date)/Original birth certificate (for children under 14), children over 14 must have a Citizen ID or Passport for airline check-in procedures.
- For Foreigners/Overseas Vietnamese: Must bring a valid original Passport or green card with Visa and re-entry permit to Vietnam for airline check-in.
- When registering for the tour, please bring your original Citizen ID/Passport or provide your full and accurate name, matching each character on your Citizen ID/Passport/Birth Certificate (for children under 14) in order: Surname/Middle name/Given name. Customers providing names according to a specific identification document must bring that document on tour as per airline regulations.
- In case of incorrect name provision, late arrival, please bear the cost of changing or repurchasing tickets according to the airline's regulations (if seats are available).
- If you fly with Vietjet and Jetstar, tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable; incorrect names result in 100% loss according to airline regulations. Children's airfare is 100% of the adult fare.
- If you fly with Vietnam Airlines, promotional airfare is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-cancellable, and incorrect names result in 100% loss according to airline regulations. For Vietnam Airlines tickets, if the outbound leg is not flown, the return leg is automatically cancelled. Children's airfare is 90% of the adult fare.
- Airfare and flight times are subject to change by the Airline (Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet, Jetstar) without prior notice.
- As flights depend on airlines, flight times may change in some cases without prior notice. Depending on the actual situation, the program and sightseeing spots may flexibly change the order of locations to suit flight times and weather conditions. Vietravel will not be responsible for ensuring sightseeing spots in case of:
+ Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes…
+ Security incidents: terrorism, protests
+ Aviation incidents: technical problems, security, rescheduling, cancellation, delays.
- If the above cases occur, Vietravel will consider refunding the cost of unvisited attractions as possible (after deducting services already performed…) and is not responsible for compensating any other costs.
- After completing airline check-in and receiving your boarding pass, please keep it carefully and pay attention to boarding on time. Vietravel is not responsible if customers lose their boarding pass and do not board according to the airline's schedule.
- Check-in time at hotels: after 2 PM and check-out before 12 PM
- Hotel/resort rooms may have rooms that are not close together, not on the same floor, double or twin beds not as requested, depending on the actual situation of each hotel/Resort.
- If you participate in a tour as a single traveller, you are required to pay a single room supplement to stay in a single room. If the group also has single travellers of the same gender and wish to share a room with you, Vietravel will refund the single room supplement.
- If you travel as a group of 3 people, Vietravel will provide one room for 3 people with one 1.6m double bed and one mobile extra bed (0.8 - 1.2m) or one single mattress depending on the hotel/Resort. If you wish to stay in separate rooms, please pay the single room supplement.
- Baggage information for the tour: Carry-on baggage under 7kg/person - Dimensions: not exceeding 56cm x 36cm x 23cm, liquids with a volume not exceeding 100ml. Checked baggage: 20kg/person - Dimensions: not exceeding 119cm x 119cm x 81cm. Items not accepted as checked baggage or transported in baggage as per airline regulations
- Gathering information: At Da Nang International Airport, Domestic Departures, 2 hours before the flight (for weekdays), 2.5 hours before (for holidays),
- Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by their Parents or relatives over 18. If travelling alone, they must have parental authorization (confirmed by the local authorities) to Vietravel.
- Female guests aged 55 and over and male guests aged 60 and over: should have a relative under 55 years old (in good health) accompany them. Guests aged 70 and over: Must be accompanied by a relative under 55 years of age (in good health) and submit a medical examination certificate, confirming their fitness to travel from a doctor + a health commitment form as per the company's regulations. For safety reasons, we limit and do not accept guests aged 80 and over. Guests over 80 years of age do not have insurance.
- Pregnant guests please inform the tour sales staff at the time of booking. Note that a doctor's opinion is required before the tour. They are responsible for their own health and that of their fetus during the entire duration of the tour.
- Guests needing invoices please provide invoice information to the sales staff when registering, invoices will not be issued after the tour is completed.
- This is a package tour, Vietravel is not responsible for refunding the cost difference for customers who are entitled to exemptions or preferential treatment such as young children, elderly people, or those who have contributed to the revolution… Exemptions and preferential policies (if any) only apply to individual customers of sightseeing spots.
- Complimentary tickets will not be refunded if the customer does not participate or shows are cancelled due to objective reasons announced by the organiser.
- Please carefully review the Ticket Sale Terms before booking your trip. In case of not booking directly but having a relative make the booking on your behalf, please update the information from the person who registered.
