Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - VINH LONG - TU BUOI POTTERY WORKSHOP - COCONUT HOUSE - CAN THO ECO RESORT (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests will gather at Vietravel (190 Pasteur, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) to depart for the Mekong Delta along two expressway routes: Trung Luong - My Thuan, offering views of rice paddies and lush greenery alongside the road, and the My Thuan 2 Bridge - a significant national project, 1.9km long, connecting Vinh Long and Tien Giang provinces.

Upon arrival in Vinh Long, guests will visit:

• Tu Buoi Pottery Workshop - meticulously crafted traditional southern Vietnamese pottery decorations embellish the three-bay two-gable house; admire the famous " "ancient artifacts" of the southern land.

Traveling to the Vinh Long Passenger Port, the group will board a tourist boat to cross the Co Chien River to Cu Lao An Binh to visit:

• Traditional Southern Vietnamese Coconut House - explore a meticulously constructed complex with over 4000 unique old coconut trees; enjoy delicious Mekong Delta cuisine served in unique coconut bowls.
• Visit a coconut candy and jam production facility - observe the traditional production process and sample various candies and jams.
• Visit a seasonal fresh vegetable garden (bitter melon, cucumbers, greens, beans, pumpkins, gourds…) Guests can choose and purchase their produce by the kilogram.
• Indulge in Vinh Long's top-rated Vietnamese culinary specialty in an impressive coconut bowl:
• Only in Vinh Long, snakehead fish is prepared in a unique way as the 'fish simmered in vinegar' dish. In particular, the fresh, sweet fish from the Co Chien River is remarkable.
• Crispy fried fish cake (Tau Hu Ky) - a specialty from the My Hoa fish cake village, which has endured for a hundred years and is now recognized as one of Vietnam's outstanding dishes.

Departing to Can Tho along the new My Thuan - Can Tho Expressway, guests will check into the Cantho Eco Resort - a relaxing resort space close to the Mekong Delta's natural waterways.

In the afternoon, guests can freely relax and enjoy the resort's amenities:

• Enjoy the Can Tho's largest saltwater swimming pool.
• Explore the seasonal flower and vegetable gardens, folk game zone in the water, waterslide park, and the unique Sasuke play area…
• Capture stunning photo albums showcasing the unique blend of rustic and modern features of the Mekong Delta, from "Style Indochine".

Overnight stay at Cantho Eco Resort

DAY 2: CAN THO - MEKONG DELTA FRUITS - CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)

In the morning, the group took a boat tour on the Mekong River in Can Tho, visiting Cai Rang Floating Market, a unique market form found at river junctions of the Mekong Delta region that has been recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Experience the "Immerse yourself in the fruit ecosystem of the Mekong Delta" tour in Phong Dien land

• Lightly glide on the traditional sampan boats across the river or a local "xe lam" vehicle for a tour through the lush seasonal fruit orchards;
• Guests can personally harvest and savor the sweet fruits directly in the orchard.

Check out of the hotel and travel to Phi Yen Eco-tourism site for lunch in a serene rural setting.

Depart for Ho Chi Minh City, ending the trip at the original pick-up point.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 5 years old: no service fee, parents take care of the child themselves and pay for any extra costs (for services charged by height…). Two adults can only accompany 1 child under 5 years old, the second child will pay the fee according to the regulations for children from 5 to under 12 years old and a single room supplement. Specifically, if guests stay in Vinpearl Can Tho, the ticket price for children from 4 to under 5 years old is calculated at the same price as children from 5 to under 12 years old.


• Children from 5 to under 12 years old: must buy 50% of the package tour including transportation, meals as per the program, entrance fees for paid attractions by age/height (note that the child sleeps with the parents). Two adults are only allowed to accompany 1 child from 5 to under 12 years old, the second child and above must buy a single bed.


• Children 12 years and older: must buy a full tour ticket like adults including transportation, hotel, meals as per the program, entrance fees according to the regulations of the attractions.


• Note: If you need to buy your own entrance fees, we are happy to advise you to choose an F&E tour or a private group tour, with this type of tour you can choose the services according to your needs.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

After paying, if you want to change/cancel the tour, please bring the Tour Voucher to the tour registration office to complete the change/cancellation procedure and pay the fee according to Vietravel's regulations. Do not handle cases of contacting to change/cancel tours via phone.

• Can be transferred to other tours 20 days before departure: No charge.


• If canceled or transferred to other tours from 15-19 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of tour deposit.


• If canceled or transferred to other tours from 12-14 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of tour deposit.


• If the trip is canceled within 8-11 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.


• If the trip is canceled within 5-7 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.


• If the trip is canceled within 2-4 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.


• If the trip is canceled within 1 day before departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

• Can be transferred to other tours 30 days before departure: No charge.


• If canceled or transferred to other tours from 25-29 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of tour deposit.


• If canceled or transferred to other tours from 20-24 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of tour deposit.


• If the trip is canceled within 17-19 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 50% of the tour price.


• If the trip is canceled within 8-16 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 70% of the tour price.


• If the trip is canceled within 2-7 days before departure: Cancellation fee: 90% of the tour price.


• If the trip is canceled within 1 day before departure: Cancellation fee: 100% of the tour price.

Trip cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
