Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HA NOI - CHENGDU (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Check in at the art flower manor

• Fly to Chengdu; the flight may include a connection depending on the airline
• Visit Man Hua Manor and take photos in the art flower gardens
• Dinner at a local restaurant
• Overnight at a 4-star hotel in Chengdu

DAY 2: CHENGDU - JIUZHAIGOU (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Old town – high-speed train – Tibetan culture experience

• Visit Jinli Ancient Street and explore Wide and Narrow Alleys
• Lunch at a restaurant
• Take the high-speed train Chengdu – Songpan/Huanglong
• Join a Tibetan copper-pot hotpot feast
• Overnight at a 4-star hotel in Jiuzhaigou

DAY 3: JIUZHAIGOU (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Heaven on earth – multicoloured lakes

• Enter the Jiuzhaigou scenic area
• Ride an electric cart to see the lakes and multi-tiered waterfalls, explore the valleys and take scenic photos
• Lunch inside the scenic area, free time to sightsee and take photos
• Dinner at a local restaurant

Optional suggestion outside the program: sign up for the Jiuzhai Eternal Love show (at own expense)

DAY 4: JIUZHAIGOU – CHENGDU (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Tibetan culture

• Visit a Tibetan ethnic cultural village
• Free shopping at a silver store
• Take the high-speed train back to Chengdu
• Sichuan hotpot dinner, free time to explore the city at night
• Overnight at a 4-star hotel in Chengdu
• Optional suggestion outside the program: sign up for the Sichuan Opera face-changing show (at own expense)

DAY 5: CHENGDU – PANDA PARK - LESHAN (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Icon of China – creative space

• Visit the Panda Park to see China's national treasure and learn about the life of pandas in a natural reserve (electric cart included)
• Check in at the Dongjiao Memory creative cultural area
• Travel to Leshan by coach
• Dinner at a local restaurant and check in
• Overnight at a 4-star hotel in Leshan

DAY 6: LESHAN – CHENGDU – HA NOI (Breakfast, lunch, light dinner)

Main activities: Buddhist wonder – shopping street

• Boat trip to see the Leshan Giant Buddha
• Lunch at a local restaurant
• Transfer to Chengdu by coach
• Visit Chunxi Road and check in at the Panda Climbing the Wall
• Light dinner
• Fly back to Ha Noi. End of the program

1. Notes:

• The operating sections and train times may change depending on the actual situation. In peak periods (September - November), if the number of train tickets is not enough for the group, the train journey may be replaced by a coach journey without refund to ensure the common service for the whole group. Times & the itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on actual conditions.
• The flower-blooming and red/yellow-leaf seasons are easily affected by outside weather conditions. This is a force majeure case; we ask for your understanding.
• Hotels may be about 1 – 1.5 hours' drive from the city centre in peak seasons, Golden Week (30/4; 01/5), public holidays, Tet….
• The program has 4 compulsory shopping stops; if you skip one of them, a charge of $20/stop applies: local specialities/gemstones, a latex store, a silver store, traditional Chinese medicine…
• Guests must complete their tax obligations before leaving the country

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (NO separate bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with separate bed)
- In case of only one adult and one child under 12 years old - the child pays 100% of the tour price for two people to share one room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

After payment, if you wish to cancel your tour, please bring your ID card and paid invoice to Vietravel's office to cancel the tour. The company does not accept cancellations by phone.
Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
1. In case you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is 2,000,000 VND. Excluding airline ticket refund fee (Applies according to the conditions of each airline).
2. Vietravel staff can only advise on visa applications according to the regulations of the Embassy and cannot guarantee visa approval as visa issuance is decided by the Embassy.
3. Regulations on tour cancellation/refund conditions are implemented according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Tourism Tickets attached to the contract. - Before departure from 25 days (working days): 25% of the tour fee
- Before departure 14 - 24 days (working days): 50% of the tour fee
- Before departure 10 - 13 days (working days): 70% of the tour fee
- Before departure 2-9 days (working days): 90% of the tour fee
- Before departure 1 day (working days): 100% of the tour fee

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Before departure from 45 days (working days): 25% of the tour fee
- Before departure 30 - 44 days (working days): 50% of the tour fee
- Before departure 25-29 days (working days): 70% of the tour fee
- Before departure 10 - 24 days (working days): 90% of the tour fee
- Before departure 1 - 9 days (working days): 100% of the tour fee
For holidays: Cancellation fees will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers abroad.
