Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HA NOI ✈ CHENGDU

Main activities: Departure for Sichuan

• Fly direct from Ha Noi to Chengdu – the capital of Sichuan Province and a famous cultural and culinary centre of western China.
• Complete immigration procedures and transfer to the hotel to rest.
• Overnight in Chengdu

DAY 2: CHENGDU – SONGPAN – JIUZHAIGOU (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Three Kingdoms culture – high-speed train experience

• Jinli Ancient Street – a famous old quarter recreating the cultural space of the Three Kingdoms era with distinctive traditional architecture.
• High-speed train experience Chengdu – Chuanzhusi through the Sichuan plateau mountains.
• Songpan Ancient City – an ancient city more than 1,000 years old, once an important trading gateway between the Central Plains and Tibet.
• Overnight in Jiuzhaigou.

DAY 3: JIUZHAIGOU (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Heaven on earth

• Jiuzhaigou – a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, known as one of the most beautiful scenic areas in China.
• Five Flower Lake – a lake famous for its jade-green colour that changes with the light.
• Long Lake – the largest natural lake in the scenic area.
• Nuorilang Waterfall – one of the widest and most majestic waterfalls in Jiuzhaigou.
• The Rize, Shuzheng and Zechawa valleys, with distinctive ecosystems of lakes, waterfalls and primeval forest.
• Overnight in Jiuzhaigou.

DAY 4: JIUZHAIGOU – CHENGDU (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover the modern icons of Chengdu

• High-speed train experience to Chengdu.
• Chunxi Road – Chengdu's most famous commercial street, with more than 100 years of history.
• Check in at the Panda Climbing the Wall – Chengdu's new tourism icon.
• Free time to explore the city at night.
• Overnight in Chengdu.

Optional suggestion outside the program: Enjoy the Sichuan Opera face-changing show – a famous traditional art of Sichuan (at own expense)

DAY 5: CHENGDU ✈ HA NOI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: China's national treasure – a creative art space

• Chengdu Panda Base (electric cart included) – the world's largest giant panda research and conservation centre.
• Eastern Suburb Memory – a famous creative arts complex with a converted industrial space, street art and modern photo spots.
• Transfer to the airport and check in for the flight back to Ha Noi.
• End of the program

Notes:

• The operating sections and train times may change depending on the actual situation. In peak periods, if the number of train tickets is not enough for the group, the train journey may be replaced by a coach journey without refund to ensure the common service for the whole group. Times & the itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on actual conditions.
• The flower-blooming and red/yellow-leaf seasons are easily affected by outside weather conditions. This is a force majeure case; we ask for your understanding.
• Hotels may be about 1 – 1.5 hours' drive from the city centre in peak seasons, Golden Week (30/4; 01/5), public holidays, Tet….

IMPORTANT NOTICE on completing tax obligations before leaving the country. To ensure smooth departure, guests who are business owners, household business owners, or individuals with personal income tax (PIT) obligations should proactively complete all tax obligations before leaving the country. Under current regulations, customs authorities may check tax payment status on the electronic system. To avoid disruption at departure, please check your personal tax information yourself by downloading and using the Etax Mobile app. In recent times, there have been many cases of people unable to leave the country because they had not completed their tax obligations to the State. Vietravel therefore recommends that you check carefully and complete the necessary taxes before the trip so your travel plans are not affected. Vietravel is not responsible if you are refused departure because you have not completed your tax obligations.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (NO separate bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with separate bed)
- In case of only one adult and one child under 12 years old - the child pays 100% of the tour price for two people to share one room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

After payment, if you wish to cancel your tour, please bring your ID card and paid invoice to Vietravel's office to cancel the tour. The company does not accept cancellations by phone.
Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
1. In case you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is 2,000,000 VND. Excluding airline ticket refund fee (Applies according to the conditions of each airline).
2. Vietravel staff can only advise on visa applications according to the regulations of the Embassy and cannot guarantee visa approval as visa issuance is decided by the Embassy.
3. Regulations on tour cancellation/refund conditions are implemented according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Tourism Tickets attached to the contract. - Before departure from 25 days (working days): 25% of the tour fee
- Before departure 14 - 24 days (working days): 50% of the tour fee
- Before departure 10 - 13 days (working days): 70% of the tour fee
- Before departure 2-9 days (working days): 90% of the tour fee
- Before departure 1 day (working days): 100% of the tour fee

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Before departure from 45 days (working days): 25% of the tour fee
- Before departure 30 - 44 days (working days): 50% of the tour fee
- Before departure 25-29 days (working days): 70% of the tour fee
- Before departure 10 - 24 days (working days): 90% of the tour fee
- Before departure 1 - 9 days (working days): 100% of the tour fee
For holidays: Cancellation fees will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers abroad.
