Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HA NOI – SHANGHAI (Dinner)

06:30: Vietravel's vehicle will pick up the group at the designated location and transfer them to Noi Bai Airport, for flight VN530 (10h10 - 14h15) to Shanghai. Arrival at Shanghai Airport.

14:15: Upon arrival at Shanghai airport, after immigration, the vehicle and guide will pick up the group and take them to visit:

Shanghai East Bund Park, to observe the Huangpu River from across the river; also known as Pudong New Area, a clear demonstration of China's rapid development.

The group will admire the Oriental Pearl Tower, 468m tall, and the Shanghai Tower, 632m, the tallest building in China and the second tallest in the world. (Does not include tower entrance fees).

18:00: Dinner at a restaurant.

Afterwards, the group can freely stroll and shop on Nanjing Road, known as the premier shopping street in China, with more than 600 shopping centers, stores for dining and entertainment.

Overnight in Shanghai.

DAY 2: SHANGHAI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

07:00: Guests have breakfast at the hotel.

08:00: Experience a double-decker bus tour of Shanghai.

10:00: Visit the world's largest Starbucks Coffee shop.

11:30: The group has lunch at a restaurant.

13:30: The group continues the afternoon tour:

• Old Town Xintiandi: This place embodies the traditional culture of Shanghai. A pedestrian street with integrated commercial, entertainment, and dining services. The old street is dominated by gray-blue colors with reddish-brown walls and tiles, full of ancient charm. This is a combination of traditional beauty and modern architecture.
• Financial & Commercial District: Lu Jia Chui - located in the western part of the Pudong New Area of Shanghai. It forms a peninsula on a bend of the Huangpu River, where the river flows from north to east.

Guests can choose to experience Disneyland(price reported at the time).

18:00 Dinner at a restaurant and return to the hotel to rest.

Evening:Guests can participate in a cruise on the Huangpu River to admire the beautiful scenery of the west and east sides of Shanghai under the colorful lights of the skyscrapers along the riverbanks, or take the subway to explore Shanghai at night (expenses self-paid).

Overnight stay in Shanghai.

DAY 3: SHANGHAI - WUTUAN (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

07:00 Guests have breakfast and check out of the hotel.

08:00 The tour starts with a visit to:

• Wukang Road - a road steeped in Shanghai's rich history. Here, ancient houses intertwine with historical architecture. This mansion district was once home to many famous figures in Chinese history, including renowned actors.

10:00 Guests depart for Wutuan (West).

12:00 The group has lunch at a restaurant, then visits: Wutuan (West), the largest ancient water town in China with over 1300 years of history, evident in its ancient stone bridges, stone-paved streets, and exquisite wood carvings. Preserving its architecture and customs from over 1,000 years ago, Wutuan has become a must-visit tourist destination. Guests have free time to explore local cuisine, architecture, and take photos in Wutuan.

18:00 Guests have dinner and return to the hotel for rest.

DAY 4: WUZHEN – HANGZHOU (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

07:00: Breakfast at the hotel, the group will enjoy the beauty of O Tran early in the morning, then depart to Hangzhou.

12:00: The group has lunch at a restaurant.

13:30: The group departs for a West Lake Cruise in Hangzhou, considered the most beautiful and poetic among the more than 36 lakes with the same name in China, admiring Qua Son, Duan Qiao, Truong Qiao, To De, Bach De, Tam Dan An Nguyet, and Hoa Cang Quan Ngu (outside) associated with legends of Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai, Thanh Xa and Bach Xa, and the works of poet Li Bai.

16:00: Guests can experience Afternoon Tea and Hanfu at the West Lake Villa (Self-funded).

1. Experience at the Chayuancun tea village: Hanfu experience + afternoon tea + making lacquerware fans (available only during summer): 100 RMB/person.

2. At Manjuelong on the West Lake side: Hanfu experience + afternoon tea + snacks + lacquerware fan making + gift of sachet: 230 RMB/person.

18:30: Guests have dinner and check in to the hotel or relax, stroll, or buy options to watch the famous "Songcheng Celestial Ancient Love" art show (self-funded).

DAY 5: HANGZHOU – BEIJING (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

06:30: Guests enjoy breakfast and then check out of the hotel. After that, transfer to the train station to Beijing. (The itinerary and lunch will be arranged depending on the train schedule)

In the afternoon, guests will visit:

• Summer Palace - The summer palace of Ming and Qing emperors, featuring Empress Dowager's Palace, Incense Tower, Kunming Lake, and Wan Shou Hall. This place is also known as "Qingyi Garden", located in Beijing, China. It was built in 1888 at a cost of approximately 30 million taels. After 10 years of construction, it was officially renamed Summer Palace.

18:00: The group will have dinner at a restaurant and check into the hotel for rest.

DAY 6: BEIJING (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

07:30: After breakfast, the tour will visit:

• The Great Wall - the only wonder that can be seen from the moon - Guests experience the exciting feeling of walking on this masterpiece path. This is also a famous architectural work and cultural symbol of China. It was built to protect the country from attacks and invasions from outside forces. Guests will have a deeper understanding of Chinese culture and history by visiting here.

12:00: The group will have lunch at a restaurant.

13:30: The group travels to visit:

• Tiananmen Square - the political center of China: The Great Hall of the People, Monument to the Heroes, Mao Zedong Memorial Hall (outside)
• Forbidden City - a symbol of Chinese politics, with 9999 magnificent halls, the largest in the world, the ruling place of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
• Tongren Pharmacy (If guests want to buy medicine).

18:00: Dinner at a restaurant.

The car and tour guide will take guests to visit the Wangfujing pedestrian street for shopping - one of the four busiest areas of Beijing city, alongside Dashilan, Xidan and Liulichang. Wangfujing always attracts domestic and international tourists. Besides bustling shopping malls, tourists can also experience the past with some old shops, hidden in a small corner of Wangfujing.

Overnight stay in Beijing.

Note: Due to the regulations of Beijing, a maximum of 30,000 visitors are allowed to visit the Forbidden City in one day, which limits the number of international visitors and prioritizes domestic visitors. Besides, online ticket purchases are only possible after Chinese visas have been issued, which may not be possible. If ticket purchase is unsuccessful, we will replace the Forbidden City with the Wangfu Palace or Tiananmen Park.

DAY 7: BEIJING – HA NOI (Breakfast, lunch)

07:00 Guests have breakfast at the hotel.

Guests can relax and explore, shop in the area near the hotel until check-out time.

11:30 The group has lunch at a restaurant.

13:00 The vehicle takes the group to the airport to catch flight VN513 (15h50 – 18h20) back to Ha Noi. After immigration, the vehicle will pick up the group and take them to the city center. The program ends.

• • The schedule and itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on actual conditions.
  • Flowering seasons, golden or red leaf seasons are easily affected by external weather conditions. This is an unavoidable circumstance, so we ask for your understanding and sympathy.
  • Hotels may be located far from the city center, about 1-1.5 hours by car during peak seasons, Golden Week (April 30; May 1), holidays, and Tet (Lunar New Year)….

Dear Customers, To ensure a smooth departure process, you, as business owners or individuals with a personal income tax (PIT) obligation, need to actively complete all tax obligations before departure. According to current regulations, customs authorities can check tax payment status on the electronic system. Therefore, to avoid disruptions during departure, please check your personal tax information by downloading and using the Etax Mobile application. In recent times, many cases have been unable to depart due to not having fulfilled tax obligations to the state. Therefore, Vietravel recommends that you actively check and complete the necessary taxes before your trip to ensure that your travel plans are not affected.

Important Note: Vietravel is not responsible for cases where guests are denied departure due to failure to fulfill tax obligations.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (NO private bed).
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with private bed)
• In case of only 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old - the child pays 100% of the tour price so that 2 people can share 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

After paying, if you want to cancel the tour, please bring your Citizen ID and payment invoice to the Vietravel office to complete the cancellation procedure. The company does not accept cancellations by phone.
The tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
1. In case you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is VND 2,000,000. Excluding airfare refund fees (Applicable according to the conditions of each airline).
2. Vietravel staff can only advise on visa applications according to the regulations of the Embassy and cannot guarantee visa approval as visa issuance is decided by the Embassy.
3. Regulations on tour cancellation/refund conditions are implemented according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Tourism Tickets attached to the contract. - Before departure date from 25 days (working days): 25% tour fee penalty
- Before departure date 14 - 24 days (working days): 50% tour fee penalty
- Before departure date 10 - 13 days (working days): 70% tour fee penalty
- Before departure date 2- 9 days (working days): 90% tour fee penalty
- Before departure date 1 day (working days): 100% tour fee penalty

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Before departure date from 45 days (working days): 25% tour fee penalty
- Before departure date 30 - 44 days (working days): 50% tour fee penalty
- Before departure date 25 – 29 days (working days): 70% tour fee penalty
- Before departure date 10 - 24 days (working days): 90% tour fee penalty
- Before departure date 1 - 9 days (working days): 100% tour fee penalty
For holidays: The cancellation penalty cost will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers abroad.
