Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: CAM RANH - HO CHI MINH CITY - NARITA (OVERNIGHT ON THE PLANE) (Lunch, dinner)

Dear guests, please gather at 100 Quang Trung, Vietravel Nha Trang. The vehicle will pick you up and take you to Cam Ranh Airport for check-in on your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, you will continue your journey to Narita (overnight flight).

DAY 2: NARITA - KAWAGUCHIKO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Upon arrival at Narita Airport, guests will complete immigration procedures. The group then travels to Kawaguchiko. Guests will visit:
- Mount Fuji: a symbol of the Land of the Rising Sun, recognized as a World Cultural Heritage Site (at the time of this tour, the group will visit either Station 1 or Station 5 depending on the traffic situation and the actual weather conditions permitted by the Japanese government).
- Oshino Hakkai Ancient Village - a peaceful village nestled at the foot of Mount Fuji. It retains its traditional Japanese architectural style and evokes a sense of ancient Japan.
Following the tour, guests will check into their hotel in Kawaguchiko, enjoy dinner, and rest. Guests can experience an onsen bath at the hotel.
(Depending on the actual situation, the hotel may be located in Kawaguchi, Atami, or Hakone to facilitate the following day's itinerary).

DAY 3: KAWAGUCHIKO - YOKOHAMA - TOKYO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast and check out of the hotel, Guests will depart for Yokohama, visiting:
-Minato Mirai: This is Yokohama's main sightseeing area, facing Yokohama port with skyscrapers, large commercial buildings, and historic architecture lining the streets. Here, there is a harmonious blend of modern and traditional sites.
- Visiting Yokohama Landmark Tower with Sky garden: From the 3rd floor lobby to the Sky garden by elevator, it takes about 40 seconds. Here, tourists can enjoy a 360-degree view of Yokohama city from above.
- Taking photos outside Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse is a shopping area built of red bricks since the early 20th century. It is a symbol of Yokohama. Guests can freely visit and shop here. Guests enjoy dinner and transfer to Tokyo, overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 4: TOKYO - NARITA (Light breakfast)

Breakfast and check out of the hotel, guests embark on a sightseeing tour.
- Odaiba Bay - a vast, developed, and bustling artificial island, a source of pride for Tokyo residents. Visit Odaiba Bay to admire the Rainbow Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, and the vibrant buildings. Guests stroll through Odaiba Seaside Park overlooking Tokyo Bay, relax on the lush green lawns, and explore the entertainment complex and bustling shopping district here.
After lunch, guests continue their sightseeing tour, exploring Tokyo with the following locations:
- Asakusa Kannon Temple (or Sensoji Temple) - an ancient temple in Central Tokyo. The temple has two main gates, the Thunder Gate and the Hozomon Gate, connected by Nakamise shopping street. Guests stroll and shop in this historic and bustling district dating back to the 17th century.
- Taking photos with Tokyo Skytree (exterior visit) - a symbol of a "new and modern" Japan. With a height of 634 meters, the tower is twice the height of the Tokyo Tower and features a lighting system with colors that change depending on special events in Japan or according to the season, festivals during the year.
- Indulge in shopping at the bustling Ginza shopping paradise, featuring fashion stores from world-renowned brands. This is considered one of the world's premier luxury shopping districts and Tokyo's upscale entertainment paradise.
The group has dinner and checks into their Narita hotel.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (without a separate bed)
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a separate bed)
- Children 12 years and older: 100% of the adult tour price.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you want to transfer or cancel the tour, please bring your travel ticket to the tour registration office to proceed with the transfer/cancellation process and bear the cost as per Vietravel regulations. Transfer/cancellation requests via phone will not be handled.
- For tours with a cancellation deadline but have already obtained visas, guests must pay the visa fee.
- After depositing a tour deposit and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: non-refundable cost is 2,000,000 VND (deposit fee for air tickets)
- After Vietravel submits the visa fee: non-refundable cost is 3,000,000 VND
- If your visa application is rejected: non-refundable cost is 3,000,000 VND. - If cancellation or transfer to another tour is made 30 days prior to departure: No cost.
- If cancellation or transfer to another tour is made 24-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If cancellation or transfer to another tour is made 20-23 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the tour is cancelled immediately after the embassy/consulate issues the visa: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the tour is cancelled from 14 to 19 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour price.
- If the tour is cancelled from 10 to 13 days prior to departure: 70% of the tour price.
- If the tour is cancelled from 2 to 9 days prior to departure: 90% of the tour price.
- If the tour is cancelled 1 day prior to departure: 100% of the tour price.
The tour cancellation period is calculated in business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

Applies to tours occurring during holidays.
- If cancellation or transfer to other itineraries is made 45 days prior to departure: No cost.
- If cancellation or transfer to other itineraries is made from 34 to 44 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour deposit.
- If cancellation or transfer to other itineraries is made from 25 to 33 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the tour is cancelled immediately after the embassy/consulate issues the visa: 100% of the tour deposit.
- If cancellation or transfer to other itineraries is made from 20 to 24 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour price.
- If cancellation or transfer to other itineraries is made from 11 to 19 days prior to departure: 70% of the tour price.
- If cancellation or transfer to other itineraries is made from 2 to 10 days prior to departure: 90% of the tour price.
- If the tour is cancelled 1 day prior to departure: 100% of the tour price.
