Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, the Vietravel leader will assist with immigration procedures. Afterwards, guests will receive a "New Day's Energy" gift package, consisting of crispy crackers and popular Korean banana milk.
The group will have breakfast and begin touring:
Nami Island - located 63 km from Seoul, Nami Island is beautiful and peaceful, featuring a diverse ecosystem with over 200 different plant species. Most prominent are the maple trees and numerous tall, upright pines, which have appeared in the film "Winter Sonata".
The group will travel to the Elysian Ski Resort, where guests can experience skiing and fun activities at this top Korean ski resort. The slopes are designed with varying gradients and distances, suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced skiers. (Ski equipment included, but specialized ski equipment not included. Guests are kindly requested to prepare warm clothing items such as scarves, gloves, socks, hats, and jackets.)
Returning to Seoul, guests will have dinner and check into a Seoul hotel for the night.
After breakfast at the hotel, the group begins its sightseeing tour:
Guests can shop at the red cypress essential oil store, the herbal medicine store & the Shilla Duty-free store.
Guests continue to visit Lotte World Park – divided into two major areas, indoors and outdoors, is the largest indoor amusement park in the world. Not only the largest, it is also extremely attractive with many activities and games that are not found elsewhere and attracts millions of tourists every year. Lotte World is one of the most attractive entertainment complexes in the world with unlimited tickets.
At the appointed time, the group gathers at the meeting point and moves to a local restaurant for dinner and overnight stay in Seoul.
Main activities: Culture and learning before departure
- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no separate bed)
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (separate bed)
- Children 12 years and older: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If a customer travels with one adult and one child under 12, please pay the child's bed price to obtain one room.
- After payment, if you want to transfer or cancel the tour, please bring the travel ticket to the tour registration office to process the transfer or cancellation and pay the fee as stipulated by Vietravel. We do not accept transfer/cancellation requests via phone.
- For tours with a cancellation period but have already obtained a visa, the customer must pay the visa fee.
- After depositing the tour and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: Non-refundable fee is 2,000,000 VND (flight deposit).
- After Vietravel submits the visa fee: Non-refundable fee is 3,000,000 VND.
- In the event of visa rejection, the non-refundable fee is 3,000,000 VND.
- If canceling or changing to another tour before the departure date is 30 days: No fee.
- If canceling or changing to another tour from 24 to 29 days before the departure date: The cancellation/change fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling or changing to another tour from 20 to 24 days before departure: The cancellation/change fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the tour is cancelled immediately after the Embassy, Consulate issues a visa: the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit.
- If canceling the tour within 14-19 days before departure: The tour cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 10-13 days before departure: The tour cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 2-9 days before departure: The tour cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 1 day of departure: The tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
- The tour cancellation time is calculated in business days, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
* Holiday tours are tours that occur on a holiday.
- If canceling or changing to another tour route before the departure date is 45 days: No fee.
- If canceling or changing to another tour from 34 to 44 days before departure: Tour cancellation/change fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling or changing to another tour from 25 to 33 days before departure: Tour cancellation/change fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling the tour immediately after the visa has been issued by the embassy, consulate: The tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling the tour within 20-24 days before departure: The tour cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 11-19 days before departure: The tour cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 2-10 days before departure: The tour cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If canceling the tour within 1 day of departure: The tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
- Tour cancellation time is calculated in working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
