DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ BUDAPEST

Main activities: Departing to conquer the mysterious Balkans

• Gather at the international departure terminal of Tan Son Nhat Airport and check in for the flight to Budapest – the capital of Hungary
• Overnight on the plane

DAY 2: BUDAPEST (Dinner)

Main activities: Exploring the ancient beauty of the Hungarian capital

• Land in Budapest and complete immigration procedures
• Take photos with iconic landmarks such as: Empress Elisabeth Monument, Heroes' Square with the Millennium Monument, St. Stephen's Basilica, the Opera House, the Parliament Building
• Overnight in Budapest

DAY 3: BUDAPEST – VISEGRAD – SZENTENDRE – BUDAPEST (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Touching the old-world beauty along the Danube

• Travel to the town of Visegrad and take photos outside Visegrad Castle
• Visit the town of Szentendre, stroll freely around the colourful Old Town and feel the cultural blend of the Serbian, Greek and Balkan communities
• Return to Budapest, free time to explore and shop for local specialities at the Central Market Hall
• Enjoy a Danube river cruise, admiring and discovering the flow of history along the picturesque Danube and the famous bridges spanning the river such as the Chain Bridge and Elizabeth Bridge
• Overnight in Budapest

DAY 4: BUDAPEST – BRATISLAVA – VIENNA (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: A day touching Europe's historic and modern beauty

• Depart for Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia
• Visit Bratislava Castle, majestically located on a high hill by the Danube and once home to Celtic kings
• Free time to explore and shop at Designer Outlet Parndorf, home to many famous brands, and enjoy dinner there (at own expense)
• Travel to Vienna, the capital of Austria; check in and rest
• Overnight in Vienna

DAY 5: VIENNA – OSTRAVA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Exploring ancient Vienna

• Take photos with symbols of the capital Vienna such as the Hofburg Imperial Palace, Vienna City Hall, Anker Clock, Vienna Opera House and Belvedere Palace
• Continue to Ostrava - Czech Republic
• Overnight in Ostrava

DAY 6: OSTRAVA – OSWIECIM – KRAKOW (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: A reflective journey through history and time

• Depart for the Polish town of Oswiecim and visit the Auschwitz Concentration Camp Museum – a historical testimony of World War II, preserving ruins and artefacts that reflect the crimes of the Nazi German regime
• Travel to Krakow, the “former capital over 1,000 years old”, and visit Wawel Castle, notable for the Royal Treasury – home to many precious treasures and the famous coronation sword Szczerbiec of the Polish kings
• Take photos with the city's typical symbols such as: Cloth Hall, Wawel Cathedral, Krakow Barbican, St. Mary's Basilica
• Overnight in Krakow

DAY 7: KRAKOW – WARSAW (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: A journey through the royal symbols of Poland

• Travel to the capital Warsaw
• Take photos outside the magnificent Warsaw Royal Castle; St. John's Cathedral – the oldest church and a red-brick Gothic structure in the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town of Warsaw; Warsaw Ghetto – a place preserving deeply moving historical memories of the Jewish people in Poland during World War II
• Overnight in Warsaw

DAY 8: WARSAW – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: Departing for home

• Transfer to the airport and check in for the flight back to Vietnam
• Rest on the plane

DAY 9: HO CHI MINH CITY

Main activities: Concluding a heartfelt heritage journey

• Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport; the tour leader says goodbye, ending a trip full of memories

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 85% of the adult tour price (without private bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with private bed).
- Children 12 years and older: 100% of the adult tour price.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to change/cancel the tour, please bring the Tour Voucher to the tour registration office to complete the change/cancellation procedures and bear the cancellation fee according to Vietravel regulations. Cases contacting to change/cancel the tour via phone will not be handled.
- For tours that are still within the cancellation period but have already applied for a visa, please pay the visa fee.
- After depositing for the tour and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: VND 6,500,000 (air ticket deposit fee).
- If the customer is denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is VND 10,000,000. * Cancellation time is calculated on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- If cancelled or changed to other tours before 30 days prior to departure: No charge.
- If cancelled or changed to other tours 25-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour deposit as cancellation/change fee.
- If cancelled or changed to other tours 20-24 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour deposit as cancellation/change fee.
- If a tour is cancelled immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued a visa (for countries requiring visas): The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the tour is cancelled 14-19 days prior to departure: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If the tour is cancelled 10-13 days prior to departure: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If the tour is cancelled 2-9 days prior to departure: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If the tour is cancelled 1 day prior to departure: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

Tours during public holidays and festivals are those with tour times falling on public holidays and festivals as stipulated.
- If cancellation or change to other tours is before 45 days prior to departure: No charge.
- If cancellation or change to other tours is 34-44 days prior to departure: 50% of tour deposit as cancellation/change fee.
- If cancellation or change to other tours is 25-33 days prior to departure: 100% of tour deposit as cancellation/change fee.
- If a tour is cancelled immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued a visa (for countries requiring visas): The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the tour is cancelled 20-24 days prior to departure: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If the tour is cancelled 11-19 days prior to departure: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
