Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HA NOI – PARIS (Overnight on the plane)

Main activities: Departing for Europe

• Gather at the international departure terminal of Noi Bai Airport and check in for the flight to Paris
• Overnight on the plane

DAY 2: PARIS (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Exploring the City of Light

• Land in Paris and complete immigration procedures
• Take photos outside the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysees Avenue, Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Eiffel Tower, and admire the beauty of Place de la Concorde from afar
• Overnight in Paris

DAY 3: PARIS (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Continuing to explore Paris – art, culture & signature experiences

• Visit the exterior of and take photos with the Louvre Museum and Pont des Arts
• Enjoy a Seine River cruise and admire the beauty of the city
• Free time to explore and shop at Galeries Lafayette or the Marais district
• Overnight in Paris

DAY 4: PARIS – BRUGES – BRUSSELS (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: A journey through fairy-tale Bruges & lively Brussels

• Depart for the fairy-tale city of Bruges
• Free time to stroll and admire the beauty of the picturesque canals and famous architectural works
• Travel to Brussels, the capital of the Kingdom of Belgium
• Take photos outside the Atomium, Grand Place, the Manneken Pis statue and Brussels City Hall
• Overnight in Brussels

DAY 5: BRUSSELS – ZAANSE SCHANS – AMSTERDAM (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Journey to the canal city and typical Dutch culture

• Depart for Amsterdam, the “City of Canals”
• Stroll through Dam Square and take photos outside the Royal Palace
• Visit Zaanse Schans village and learn about the production process at a wooden clog and cheese factory
• Overnight in Amsterdam

*From 20/03 to 10/05, guests will not visit Zaanse Schans village and will instead visit the Keukenhof Tulip Festival

DAY 6: AMSTERDAM – COLOGNE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Giethoorn ancient village & the journey to old Germany

• Visit Giethoorn, the “village without roads”, and ride a wooden boat winding through the canals around the village
• Travel to the ancient city of Cologne
• Take photos outside Cologne Cathedral and City Hall, and stroll through the Old Town
• Overnight in Cologne

DAY 7: COLOGNE – FRANKFURT (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Journey to Germany's modern financial centre

• Depart for Frankfurt on the picturesque River Main
• Free time to stroll around Romerberg Square and the Old Town, and take photos outside City Hall, Frankfurt Cathedral, the European Central Bank and the Eiserner Steg bridge
• Overnight in Frankfurt

DAY 8: FRANKFURT – HA NOI (Breakfast)

Main activities: Closing the Western Europe journey.

• The group transfers to the airport and checks in for the flight back to Ha Noi
• Rest and use the amenities on the plane

DAY 9: HA NOI

Main activities: Concluding a heartfelt heritage journey

Arrive at Noi Bai Airport, where the coach and tour leader take the group back to the original pick-up point, say goodbye and end the trip.

- The itinerary may change in order of destinations depending on actual conditions.

- Times in the program are for reference only and will be updated accurately each day by the Vietravel tour guide according to actual circumstances

- If the group has fewer than 15 guests, the tour will not depart. The company will advise guests to transfer to a nearby departure date or notify them of the additional costs needed for the group to depart.

- Blooming flowers are easily affected by weather conditions and may bloom earlier or later. This is a force majeure situation; we kindly ask for your understanding.

- During European peak seasons such as Golden Week and holidays, hotels may be about 1 to 1.5 hours by road from the city centre.

- OPERATIONAL AND DRIVING COMPLIANCE NOTES IN EUROPE

• Total daily driving time is scheduled not to exceed 9 hours, in compliance with European Union traffic and labour regulations.
• After 4.5 hours of continuous driving, the driver must take a break of at least 45 minutes (which may be split into 15 + 30 minutes) to ensure safety and health while operating.
• The entire journey complies with speed limits, gives priority to pedestrians and cyclists, and picks up and drops off guests at the designated points of each country.
• In case of bad weather or unavoidable traffic situations, the group will proactively adjust the route or shorten sightseeing and shopping time to ensure safety and the driver's required rest periods.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
- Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price
- If only 1 guest (adult) travels with 1 child (under 12), please pay 100% of the tour price to have a private bed for the child and a private room for the two of you.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring your Travel Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedure and pay the tour cancellation fee in accordance with Vietravel's regulations. Requests to transfer/cancel a tour by phone are not handled.
- Cancellation time is counted in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and Tet.
- For guests who register early and cancel before the visa application is submitted: the non-refundable fee is VND 5,000,000 per guest.
- If the visa application has been submitted, please pay a fee of VND 10,000,000 (including visa fee, document translation, airline ticket deposit, etc.)
- If you are granted a Schengen visa (before Vietravel issues airline tickets) but for any reason cannot join the group, please pay a fee of VND 40,000,000 per person; Vietravel will notify the Embassy to cancel your Schengen visa.
If the group does not have enough guests (minimum 15) granted Schengen visas, Vietravel will advise joining a nearby departure date. If you cannot join the new departure date, the non-refundable fee is the visa fee of about VND 6,000,000 per guest for US tours and VND 6,000,000 per guest for Europe and Australia tours.
- 30 days or more before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- 20 - 29 days before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the trip is cancelled right after the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- 14 - 19 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- 10 - 13 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- 02 - 09 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 90% of the tour fare.
- Within 01 day before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour fare.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Holiday and Tet tours are tours whose dates fall on one of the public holidays or Tet as stipulated.
- 45 days or more before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- 31 - 44 days before the departure date: the transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the trip is cancelled right after the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- 25 - 30 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- 11 - 24 days before the departure date: the tour cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- Within 10 days: the tour cancellation fee is 100% of the tour fare.
For holiday and Tet tours: cancellation penalties depend on the regulations of the airlines and overseas service partners.
