Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HA NOI – INCHEON (1 dinner)

DAY 2: SEOUL - EVERLAND (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests have breakfast at the hotel, then visit:

- Everland Theme Park: one of the 10 largest theme parks in the world. Guests can freely participate in activities in the park with themed areas such as: Global Fair - A European-style grand hall; American Adventure & European Adventure - an amusement area with adventurous games like T-Express, Roll-Xtrain roller coaster, Ferris wheel, etc.; Legendary Land - making tourists feel like they are lost in a fairy tale; Zoo Topia - with many animals such as lions, bears, tigers, giraffes, zebras, and pandas.

The group has lunch, then continues the tour:

- Seoul Folk Village Museum: a leading museum showcasing Korean folk culture, attracting 3 million visitors annually. The museum has over 98,000 artifacts that fully and comprehensively depict the country's major events, festivals, and traditional intangible cultural values, as well as the daily lives of South Koreans.

- Visiting the Gwanghwa Sidae light art exhibition space

DAY 3: SEOUL – NAMI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests will have breakfast at the hotel.

After breakfast, the company's tour bus will take you to visit:

- Nami Island: a beautiful small island, located in Chuncheon, about 63km northeast of Seoul (travel time ~ 1h30m, 2h30m if traffic is heavy). The island has a crescent shape, appearing like a giant boat on the surface of the picturesque Chuncheon River. Notably, automobiles are not allowed on this island, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. This is the filming location for many famous Korean TV dramas, most notably the drama "Winter Sonata."

Lunch at a restaurant. In the afternoon, the group will return to Seoul:

- Shopping at the Korea Ginseng Center, Shilla Duty Free cosmetic store

- Shopping at the agricultural products store

DAY 4: SEOUL – NAMSAN TOWER (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Guests have breakfast at the hotel.

After breakfast, the company's tour bus will take you to visit:

- Gyeongbokgung Palace: This is the main residence of the royal family during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). The palace has 7225 rooms with magnificent royal architecture, elegant halls. Gyeongbokgung Palace is considered a famous work of art with unique style and architecture, and the most beautiful in Seoul.

- Presidential Office - The Blue House, also known as Cheongwadae: is the residence and workplace of the South Korean President (visit and take pictures from a distance).

- National Museum of Korean Traditional Culture: a leading museum exhibiting Korean folk culture.

Lunch at the restaurant. Continuing the afternoon program:

- Enjoy the Hero Painting show

- Bukchon Hanok Village: considered the most beautiful old village in Seoul, with about 900 traditional Korean houses (Hanoks), which were once the homes of noble families and Joseon Dynasty officials, well-preserved. Here, tourists can stroll along narrow streets, admiring the beauty of architecture from centuries ago.

- Namsan Tower: built in 1969 as the first broadcasting tower and radio station in South Korea. Since opening to the public in 1980, the tower has become a very attractive tourist spot for both South Koreans and tourists. (Entrance fee to the tower not included).

DAY 5: SEOUL – HA NOI (Breakfast, lunch)

The tour group has breakfast at the hotel. After that, the guests will check out. The tour bus will take the group to visit:

Shopping at the duty-free shops, red pine essential oil,

- Freedom Park, located next to the Chinatown, is a proud symbol of Incheon.

- Chinatown.

- Songwol-dong Historic Street, which focuses on street art for children.

- Hongdae district: is a familiar district for South Korean young people, with a vibrant and romantic atmosphere. Hongdae is where unique coffee shops, warm-toned display rooms, accessory stores, fashion shops, live music coffee shops, clubs, and attractive street food are concentrated.

Afterwards, continue to visit Cheng-Ha store to buy souvenirs until the time to depart for Vietnam. Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, the car and tour guide will take the group back to the initial gathering point, concluding the sightseeing tour.

Notes:

- The schedule and itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on actual conditions.

- Flower-blooming seasons, autumn foliage seasons are easily affected by external weather conditions. This is an unavoidable case, we hope you will understand and be patient.

- Hotels may be located far from the city center about 1-1.5 hours by car during peak seasons in South Korea such as Cherry Blossom, Golden Week (April 30th - May 1st), holidays, and Tet.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 years old to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (NO separate bed).
• Children from 2 years old to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with separate bed)
• In case only 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old travel - the child will pay 100% of the tour price so that 2 people can share 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

After paying, if you want to cancel the tour, please bring your ID card and paid invoice to Vietravel office immediately to cancel the tour. The company does not accept cancellations by phone.
Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
In case you do not get a Visa:
1. Vietravel will refund the deposit after deducting the Visa fee (VND 3,000,000); airfare according to airline regulations and tour service fees from service providers.
2. In case you register for the tour together but one, two people... (such as husband/wife, friends, relatives...) in the group are denied a visa, for customers who do not get a visa, the above fees will be charged, but for those who go together will cancel the tour, the cancellation fee will be calculated according to the regulations.
3. Late Visa: unable to depart
- Non-refundable Visa fee VND 3,000,000
- Vietravel will assist in working with partners on the airfare and service penalties. Customers will pay the remaining amount as required. - Before the departure date from 30-45 days (working days): 30% of the tour deposit will be charged
- Before the departure date from 24-29 days (working days): 50% of the tour deposit will be charged
- Before the departure date from 20-24 days (working days): 100% of the tour deposit will be charged
- Before the departure date from 14-19 days (working days): 50% of the tour price will be charged
- Before the departure date from 10-13 days (working days): 70% of the tour price will be charged
- Before the departure date from 2-9 days (working days): 90% of the tour price will be charged
- Before the departure date 1 day (working days): 100% of the tour price will be charged

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Before the departure date from 45 days (working days): 100% of the tour deposit will be charged
- Before the departure date from 30 days (working days): 50% of the tour price will be charged
- Before the departure date from 25 days (working days): 100% of the tour price will be charged
- Before the departure date from 10 days (working days): 90% of the tour price will be charged
- Before the departure date from 9 days (working days): 100% of the tour price will be charged
* Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
* In case the guest arrives late for the departure time, it will be considered as a cancellation 1 day in advance.
* Public holidays tours are tours that fall on public holidays, according to government regulations.
* For holidays: The cancellation fee will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers abroad.
