Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ HANEDA

Main activities: Departure for Hokkaido

• Check in for the flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Haneda.
• Overnight on the plane. Guests have a light breakfast on the plane as arranged by the airline.

DAY 2: HO CHI MINH CITY – HANEDA – CHITOSE – SAPPORO (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Departure for Hokkaido

• Arrive at Haneda and take the connecting flight to Chitose, starting the Hokkaido discovery journey.
• Visit the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival – one of the most famous ice festivals in Hokkaido.
• Admire ice sculptures brilliantly lit against the winter scenery.
• Check in at the hotel, have dinner and stay overnight in Sapporo.

DAY 3: SAPPORO – OTARU – SAPPORO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover Otaru & Hokkaido winter experiences

• Visit the Otaru Music Box Museum.
• Free time to stroll and take photos at the famous Otaru Canal.
• Snow sledding experience at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort. (Entrance ticket and sled included. Guests pay for other snow activities and for specialised ski equipment rental at own expense. Please bring your own warm clothing such as scarves, gloves, socks, hats and warm coats).
• Visit the Sapporo Beer Museum and learn about the history of Japan's long-established beer brand.
• Overnight in Sapporo.

DAY 4: SAPPORO – FURANO – ASAHIKAWA – SOUNKYO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Winter nature & Sounkyo Ice Festival

• Transfer to the Furano area.
• Ice fishing experience at the Lake Kanayama area (depending on actual operating weather conditions)
• Visit Asahiyama Zoo – famous for its cold-climate animals.
• Visit the Sounkyo Ice Festival with ice and snow structures sparkling with lights at night.
• Japanese-style Onsen experience, overnight in Sounkyo.

DAY 5: SOUNKYO – ABASHIRI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Typical Hokkaido winter experiences

• Experience a banana boat ride on snow.
• Transfer to Abashiri – the gateway to the Okhotsk Sea.
• Visit the Okhotsk Drift Ice Museum and learn about the drift-ice phenomenon typical of the Okhotsk Sea.
• Enjoy a traditional Onsen resort.
• Overnight in Abashiri.

DAY 6: ABASHIRI – MEMANBETSU – HANEDA (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: Okhotsk Sea icebreaker ship

• Experience the icebreaker ship on the Okhotsk Sea (weather permitting, visitors have the chance to see the natural drift ice typical of the Okhotsk Sea).
• Transfer to Memanbetsu Airport. Take the flight to Haneda Airport and connect

back to Ho Chi Minh City.

• Overnight on the plane.

DAY 7: HANEDA – HO CHI MINH CITY (Overnight on the plane)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Check in for the connecting flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the program

Pricing for Children

● Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
● Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
● Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- Sau khi dong tien, neu Quy khach muon chuyen/huy tour vui long mang Ve Du Lich, Bien nhan va giay to tuy than (cua khach thanh toan) den van phong dang ky tour de lam thu tuc chuyen/huy tour theo quy dinh cua Vietravel. Hoac Quy khach co the lien he nhan vien tu van Vietravel de duoc huong dan thu tuc.
- Doi voi nhung tour con thoi han huy nhung da lam visa, Quy khach vui long thanh toan phi visa; sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop phi visa: phi dat coc ve may bay se khong duoc hoan lai; truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi visa, le phi va dich vu xin Visa se khong hoan lai.
- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)
- Sau khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 3.000.000 VND
- Truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi Visa, chi phi khong hoan lai la 3.000.000 VND.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 20 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 30 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 15-19 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-29 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 12-14 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 20-24 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
