DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – KANSAI – OSAKA

Main activities: Discover lively Osaka

The night before Day 1: fly from Tan Son Nhat Airport to Kansai – Japan. Overnight on the plane.
Arrive at Kansai Airport and complete immigration procedures.
Transfer to central Osaka.
Free time to explore the Namba – Dotonbori – Shinsaibashi area, Osaka's liveliest downtown complex of shopping, dining and the city's signature check-in spots.
Transfer to Kyoto.
Check in at the hotel and stay overnight in Kyoto.

DAY 2: KYOTO (Breakfast)

Main activities: Kyoto cultural space

Visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest.
Take photos at Togetsukyo Bridge – the symbol of the Arashiyama area.
Free lunch in the Higashiyama area.
Free time to try a Kimono or Yukata.
Explore Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka – streets that carry the strong imprint of Kyoto.
Visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its vermilion torii gates.
Free dinner in the Pontocho area.
Overnight in Kyoto.

DAY 3: KYOTO – FUJI (Breakfast, dinner)

Main activities: Journey to Mount Fuji

Shinkansen experience from Kyoto to Mishima.
Visit Chureito Pagoda – a famous spot with a view toward Mount Fuji.
Free time to rest at the Starbucks Kawaguchiko area (drinks at own expense), which has a view of Mount Fuji.
Explore the Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor – a standout autumn route around Lake Kawaguchiko.
Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight in the Mount Fuji area.

DAY 4: FUJI – TOKYO (Breakfast)

Main activities: Modern icons of Tokyo

Visit the Meiji Jingu Gaien ginkgo avenue.
Explore the Harajuku district.
Take photos at Shibuya Crossing and the Shibuya Sky area.
Free time to enjoy Tokyo Tower at night
Overnight in the Narita area.

DAY 5: NARITA – HO CHI MINH CITY (Light breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

Early hotel check-out
Transfer to Narita Airport.
Take the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
End of the program.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
• Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

Hoac Quy khach co the lien he nhan vien tu van Vietravel de duoc huong dan thu tuc.
- Doi voi nhung tour con thoi han huy nhung da lam visa, Quy khach vui long thanh toan phi visa; sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop phi visa: phi dat coc ve may bay se khong duoc hoan lai; truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi visa, le phi va dich vu xin Visa se khong hoan lai.
- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)
- Sau khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 3.000.000 VND
- Truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi Visa, chi phi khong hoan lai la 3.000.000 VND. - If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 20 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 30 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 15-19 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-29 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 12-14 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 20-24 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
