Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ KANSAI – KOBE (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Starting the Kansai journey – discovering culture and the port city of Kobe

• Guests gather at Tan Son Nhat Airport and check in for the flight to Japan. Overnight on the plane.
• Arrive at Kansai Airport and visit Katsuo-ji Temple – a temple famous for its thousands of Daruma dolls, a symbol of perseverance and luck in Japanese culture.
• Transfer to Kobe and enjoy Kobe beef – one of Japan's most famous beef brands.
• Visit the Sake Hakutsuru Museum, learning about the production of Japan's national drink and the traditional sake-drinking culture of the Kansai region.
• Check in at the hotel and rest after the long flight.
• Free time to stroll and sightsee at the Kobe Harborland complex by the port, one of Kobe's liveliest and most beautiful areas.
• Dinner at a local restaurant.
• Overnight in Kobe.

DAY 2: KOBE – KYOTO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover the ancient capital Kyoto

• Depart for Kyoto.
• Try on a traditional Japanese Yukata.
• Stroll through the Gion Old Town, which preserves the distinctive beauty of old Kyoto.
• Return to the hotel to rest.
• Have dinner and enjoy free time to experience Kyoto at night.
• Overnight in Kyoto.

DAY 3: KYOTO – UJI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover Japanese tea ceremony culture

• Visit Byodoin Temple – a representative Japanese cultural heritage site, pictured on the back of the 10 Yen coin.
• Stroll along the traditional-atmosphere Byodoin Omotesando street.
• Experience grinding Matcha by hand and learn about the long-standing green tea culture in Uji – the home of Japanese green tea.
• Lunch at a local restaurant.
• Return to the hotel to rest and relax.
• Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Kyoto.

DAY 4: KYOTO – LAKE BIWA – OTSU (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover Japan's largest lake.

• Visit Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine – famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates, symbolising prayers for peace, health and success in life.
• Transfer to Otsu City.
• Enjoy a sightseeing boat ride on the Michigan Cruise on Lake Biwa – Japan's largest freshwater lake – with a European-style buffet lunch on board.
• Check in at the hotel to rest – Onsen bath experience.
• Dinner at a local restaurant.
• Overnight in Otsu.

DAY 5: OTSU – OSAKA – KANSAI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover the icons of Osaka and shopping

• Transfer to Osaka.
• Take photos and see the outside of Osaka Castle – the city's famous historic symbol.
• Lunch with Unagi – Japanese eel rice at a local restaurant.
• Shopping at Aeon Mall Rinku.
• Check in at a hotel in the Kansai area.
• Dinner at a local restaurant.
• Overnight in Kansai.

DAY 6: KYOTO – OSAKA ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Journey home to Vietnam

• Check out of the hotel.
• The coach takes the group to Kansai Airport for the flight back to Vietnam.
• End of the sightseeing program.

Pricing for Children

For flight days with Vietjet Air:
+ Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no separate bed arrangements).
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with separate bed arrangements).
+ Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you travel with 1 adult and 1 child under 12, please pay the child's bed price to get 1 room.
For flight days with Vietnam Airlines:
+ Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no separate bed arrangements).
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with separate bed arrangements).
+ Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you travel with 1 adult and 1 child under 12, please pay the child's bed price to get 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring the travel ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedures and pay the fee as specified by Vietravel. We do not handle transfer/cancellation requests via phone.
- For tours with a cancellation deadline but have already applied for a visa, please pay the visa fee.
+ After depositing for the tour and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: The non-refundable amount is VND 2,000,000 (deposit fee for flight ticket)
+ After Vietravel submits the visa fee: The non-refundable amount is VND 3,000,000
+ If your visa is rejected, the non-refundable amount is VND 3,000,000 - If you cancel or change to another tour 30 days before departure, there is no charge.
- If you cancel or change to another tour 24-29 days before departure, the cancellation/change fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or change to another tour 20-23 days before departure, the cancellation/change fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour immediately after the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour within 14-19 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 10-13 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 2-9 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 1 day of departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
- Tour cancellation time is calculated in working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
* Tours on holidays are tours with durations falling on a holiday as defined.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or change to another tour 45 days before departure, there is no charge.
- If you cancel or change to another tour 34-44 days before departure, the cancellation/change fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or change to another tour 25-33 days before departure, the cancellation/change fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour immediately after the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour within 20-24 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 11-19 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 2-10 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 1 day of departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
