Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – KANSAI – OSAKA (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Starting the journey in lively Osaka

The night before Day 1: Fly to Osaka, Japan. Overnight on the plane.

• Arrive at Kansai Airport and depart for Kobe.
• Visit Kobe Harborland.
• Visit the Sake Hakutsuru sake museum – learn about the production of Japan's national drink.
• Lunch with the speciality Kobe beef
• Return to Osaka, visit and take photos outside Osaka Castle.
• Free shopping at Shinsaibashi.
• Overnight in Osaka.

DAY 2: OSAKA – KYOTO – NAGOYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover the old capital Kyoto with seasonal highlights

• Free time to stroll and sightsee in the Arashiyama bamboo forest.
• Guests experience a rickshaw ride – a unique experience combining tradition with comfort, culture and nature. (2 guests per rickshaw, about 30 minutes, plus about 30 minutes of free time to stroll the bamboo forest)
• Visit Biwako Valley, viewing the whole of Lake Biwa – Japan's largest freshwater lake – and Tanuki Mura – Shigaraki pottery village famous for its Tanuki mascot, a symbol of luck and prosperity.

(For groups departing on 25/11 and 12/12/2026 only, the two attractions above will be replaced by Uzumasa Kyoto Village (Toei Kyoto Studio Park) – Kyoto's famous period-drama film studio, recreating an Edo-era old town with traditional architecture – because Biwako Valley is temporarily closed.)

• Overnight in Nagoya (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Nagoya or Hamamatsu... to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 3: NAGOYA – MOUNT FUJI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Japanese culture and Mount Fuji experience.

• Experience one leg of the Shinkansen bullet train (about 10 – 15 minutes, then continue by coach). – Note: The Shinkansen experience may change depending on operating conditions.
• Experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony.
• Visit the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai.
• Visit Station 1 of Mount Fuji (depending on traffic and on the actual weather conditions the Japanese government allows access to).
• Check in at the hotel, dinner with the speciality snow crab legs (each guest is served one portion of snow crab legs) and an Onsen bath experience.

DAY 4: YAMANASHI – TOKYO – NARITA (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: Discover the capital Tokyo

• Depart for the capital Tokyo.

Depending on the departure date and Japan's seasonal periods, guests visit one of the following:

• Departures from 04/11/2026 to 25/11/2026: Visit and view the red autumn leaves around Lake Kawaguchiko.
• Departures on 07/10/2026, 28/10/2026, 12/12/2026: Visit the Fujiyama Sky Deck observation deck, viewing the whole Fuji Five Lakes area and Mount Fuji (weather permitting).
• Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple and take photos of the Tokyo Skytree.
• Visit and take photos at Odaiba Bay.
• Transfer to Narita, free shopping and dinner at own expense at Aeon Mall Narita.
• Overnight in Narita.

DAY 5: NARITA ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport.
• Take the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City
• End of the program.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
• Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
• Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
