Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – KOBE – OSAKA (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Starting the journey in the Kansai region

• The night before Day 1: The group flies to Kansai Airport - Osaka, Japan. Overnight on the plane. Guests have a light breakfast on the plane as arranged by the airline.
• Arrive at Kansai Airport, complete immigration procedures and depart for sightseeing.
• Visit the Kobe Harborland port area.
• Visit the Sake Hakutsuru Museum (if the museum is closed when the group arrives, a visit to Kobe Chinatown will replace it).
• Lunch with the Kobe beef speciality.
• Transfer to Osaka.
• Visit and take photos outside Osaka Castle.
• Free shopping at Shinsaibashi
• Overnight in Osaka.

DAY 2: OSAKA – KYOTO – NAGOYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover the old capital Kyoto and seasonal colours

• The group departs for Kyoto.
• Visit the Golden Pavilion Kinkakuji.
• Experience a Japanese tea ceremony.

• Depending on the departure date, guests visit one of the seasonal programs:

- From 06/01 to 09/02/2027 & 03/03/2027:

* Visit Heian Jingu Shrine

* Admire the Nabana no Sato Illumination festival of lights.

- From 10/03 to 17/03/2027:

* Visit Heian Jingu Shrine.

* Stroll through Gion Old Town, preserving Kyoto's traditional beauty.

- From 10/02 to 24/02/2027:

* Visit Umenomiya Taisha Shrine, famous for its early-spring plum blossoms.

* Admire the Nabana no Sato Illumination festival of lights.

• Transfer and overnight in Nagoya (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Nagoya, Mie or Hamamatsu... to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 3: NAGOYA – MOUNT FUJI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Bullet train experience and discovering the icons of Japan

• Experience one leg of the Shinkansen bullet train (about 10 – 15 minutes, then continue by coach). – Note: The Shinkansen experience may change depending on operating conditions.
• Depending on the departure date and Japan's seasonal periods, guests visit one of the following:

• From 06/01 to 16/02/2027: Free time to play and experience snow at Fujiten Snow Resort (entrance ticket and sled included; other rides and specialised ski equipment rental at own expense. Please prepare suitable warm clothing).
• From 17/02 to 03/03/2027: See the early-blooming Kawazu cherry blossoms at Higashi Oyama.
• From 10/03 to 17/03/2027: Explore the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai.

• After lunch, guests continue sightseeing:
• Visit Station 1 of Mount Fuji (depending on traffic and on the actual weather conditions the Japanese government allows access to).
• Check in at the hotel, dinner with the speciality snow crab legs (each guest is served one portion of snow crab legs) and an Onsen bath experience.
• Overnight in the Yamanashi area (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Kawaguchi, Atami or Hakone to suit the next day's sightseeing program)

DAY 4: YAMANASHI – TOKYO – NARITA (Breakfast, lunch; dinner at own expense)

Main activities: Discover the capital Tokyo

• Depart for the capital, Tokyo.
• See Odaiba Bay – a bustling artificial island.
• Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple. Take photos with the Tokyo Skytree from the Asakusa Temple area.
• Transfer to Narita, with free time to shop and dinner at own expense at Aeon Mall Narita.
• Overnight in Narita.

DAY 5: NARITA – HO CHI MINH CITY (Light breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Check out of the hotel.
• Breakfast at the hotel or a boxed breakfast.
• Take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport.
• Take the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the program.

Pricing for Children

● Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
● Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
● Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

- Doi voi nhung tour con thoi han huy nhung da lam visa, Quy khach vui long thanh toan phi visa; sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop phi visa: phi dat coc ve may bay se khong duoc hoan lai; truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi visa, le phi va dich vu xin Visa se khong hoan lai.
- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)
- Sau khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 3.000.000 VND

- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
