Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ KANSAI – KOBE (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Starting the journey with the essence of Kobe

• The night before Day 1: fly from Tan Son Nhat Airport to Kansai (Osaka), Japan. Overnight on the plane. Guests have a light breakfast on the plane as arranged by the airline.
• Arrive at Kansai Airport and transfer to Kobe to begin the sightseeing journey.
• Visit the Sake Hakutsuru Museum (if the museum is closed when the group arrives, a visit to Kobe Chinatown will replace it).
• Lunch with Teppanyaki-grilled Kobe beef.
• Explore the lively waterfront complex Kobe Harborland.
• Overnight in Kobe.

DAY 2: KOBE – OKAYAMA – MATSUYAMA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Edo heritage and ancient hot springs

• Check out of the hotel & depart for Okayama.
• Visit the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter.
• Transfer to Matsuyama.
• Visit the outside of the Dogo Onsen hot spring area, with a history of more than 1,000 years. Traditional rickshaw experience around the neighbourhood (2 guests per rickshaw, about 30 minutes).
• Have dinner, check in and enjoy an Onsen bath.
• Overnight in Matsuyama.

DAY 3: MATSUYAMA – OZU TOWN – MATSUYAMA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Elegant architecture and Edo-era traces

• Depart for Ozu town.
• Visit Garyu Sanso Villa – a traditional architectural complex beside the Hijikawa River.
• Lunch with Ehime sea bream rice.
• Return to Matsuyama and visit Matsuyama Castle – one of the 12 castles that still keep their original Edo-era main keep – with a (round-trip) cable car experience.
• Free shopping on Okaido Street.
• Dinner, overnight and an Onsen bath experience.
• Overnight in Matsuyama.

DAY 4: MATSUYAMA – TAKAMATSU – OSAKA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Traditional gardens and modern transport

• Check out of the hotel & depart for Takamatsu.
• Visit Ritsurin Garden – one of the most beautiful traditional gardens in Japan.
• Transfer to Kobe Station and experience one Shinkansen leg (about 10 – 15 minutes, then continue by coach).

Note: The Shinkansen experience may change depending on operating conditions

• Overnight in Osaka.

DAY 5: OSAKA – KANSAI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Icons of Osaka and spiritual space

• Check out of the hotel.
• Take photos outside Osaka Castle.
• Visit Katsuoji Temple – a famous temple associated with the Daruma symbol.
• Transfer to Kansai. Free shopping at Aeon Mall Kansai.
• Have dinner and check in at the hotel.
• Overnight in Kansai.

DAY 6: KANSAI ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Breakfast at the hotel or a boxed breakfast.
• Check out of the hotel.
• Take the shuttle bus to Kansai Airport.
• Take the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the program.

Pricing for Children

● Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
● Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
● Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

- Doi voi nhung tour con thoi han huy nhung da lam visa, Quy khach vui long thanh toan phi visa; sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop phi visa: phi dat coc ve may bay se khong duoc hoan lai; truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi visa, le phi va dich vu xin Visa se khong hoan lai.
- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 12-14 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 20-24 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
