Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – KANSAI – OSAKA – KYOTO (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Starting the journey in lively Osaka

The night before Day 1: Fly to Kansai Airport – Osaka, Japan. Overnight on the plane. Guests have a light breakfast on the plane as arranged by the airline.

• Arrive at Kansai Airport, complete immigration procedures and begin the sightseeing journey.
• Visit and take photos outside Osaka Castle.
• The group transfers to the old capital Kyoto.
• Stroll through Gion, a district steeped in traditional Kyoto culture and architecture. Guests try on a Yukata – traditional Japanese clothing – here.
• Overnight in Kyoto

DAY 2: KYOTO – HAMAMATSU (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities:

• Depart to visit Fushimi Inari, famous for its successive rows of red torii gates.
• Traditional Japanese tea ceremony experience.
• The group transfers to Hamamatsu and visits Hamamatsu Park – enjoy the seasonal flowers and changing greenery.
• Overnight in Hamamatsu (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Hamanako or Hamamatsu... to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 3: HAMAMATSU – MOUNT FUJI – KAWAGUCHIKO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Japanese culture and Mount Fuji experience.

• Visit Mount Fuji (Station 1 or Station 5 will be visited depending on traffic and on the actual weather conditions the Japanese government allows access to).
• Free time to play and experience snow at the Fujiten Snow Resort (entrance ticket and sled included. Guests pay for other snow activities and for specialised ski equipment rental at own expense. Please bring your own warm clothing such as scarves, gloves, socks, hats and warm coats).
• Check in at the hotel, dinner with the speciality snow crab legs (each guest is served one portion of snow crab legs) and an Onsen bath experience.
• Overnight in the Fuji area (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Yamanashi, Kawaguchi, Atami or Hakone to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 4: FUJI – TOKYO – NARITA (Breakfast, dinner; lunch at own expense)

Main activities: Discover Tokyo Disneyland

• Depart for the capital, Tokyo.
• Visit and enjoy Tokyo Disneyland Park.
• Guests pay for their own lunch in the park.
• Transfer to Narita and enjoy free shopping at Aeon Mall Narita.
• Dinner at a local restaurant.
• Overnight in Narita.

DAY 5: NARITA – HO CHI MINH CITY (Light breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Breakfast at the hotel or a boxed breakfast.
• Take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport.
• Take the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the program.

Pricing for Children

● Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
● Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
● Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

- Doi voi nhung tour con thoi han huy nhung da lam visa, Quy khach vui long thanh toan phi visa; sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop phi visa: phi dat coc ve may bay se khong duoc hoan lai; truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi visa, le phi va dich vu xin Visa se khong hoan lai.
- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)

- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
