Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ KANSAI – WAKAYAMA – OSAKA (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: A different start with the Wakayama touch

• The night before Day 1: fly from Tan Son Nhat Airport to Kansai, Japan. Overnight on the plane. Guests have a light breakfast on the plane as arranged by the airline.
• Arrive at Kansai Airport and depart for Wakayama.
• Visit and watch the traditional tuna-cutting show at Kuroshio Market (Note: the tuna-cutting show time depends on the market schedule and may change by day).
• Explore Kishi Station and experience one local train leg to Wakayama Station (about 30 minutes, then continue by coach).
• Transfer to Osaka, visit and take photos outside Osaka Castle.
• Overnight in Osaka.

DAY 2: OSAKA – KYOTO – NAGOYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Immerse yourself in the rhythm of the ancient capital

• Depart for Kyoto.
• Try on a traditional Yukata and stroll through Gion Old Town.
• Visit Fushimi Inari Shrine.
• Continue to Nagoya or a nearby area.
• Have dinner and check in at the hotel (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Nagoya, Mei or Hamamatsu... to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 3: NAGOYA – KAWAGUCHIKO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Icons of Japan and seasonal nature

• Depart for Kawaguchiko.
• Visit Mount Fuji (the group may visit Station 1 or Station 5 depending on traffic or on the actual weather conditions the Japanese government allows access to).
• Explore the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai.
• Depending on the departure date and Japan's seasonal periods, guests visit one of the following:
  • From 04/06 to 09/06/2026 & 1/10/2026 to 30/11/2026: Japanese tea ceremony experience
  • From 17/06 to 05/07/2026 & from 23/07 to 28/08/2026: Seasonal fruit-picking experience (the cost of fruit taken out of the orchard is not included).
  • From 09/07 to 16/07/2026: Visit Oishi Park, viewing the lavender fields and the beauty of Mount Fuji in summer.
• Check in at the hotel, dinner with the speciality snow crab legs (each guest is served one portion of snow crab legs) and an Onsen bath experience.
• Overnight in the Yamanashi area (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Kawaguchi, Atami or Hakone to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 4: KAWAGUCHIKO – TOKYO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Modern and ancient Tokyo in harmony

• Transfer to Tokyo.
• Visit the outside of the Tokyo Imperial Palace.
• Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple, whose two main gates, Kaminarimon and Hozomon, are connected by the Nakamise shopping street.
• See and take photos with the Tokyo Skytree from the Asakusa Temple area.
• Free shopping on Ginza Street.
• Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 5: TOKYO – SHIBUYA – NARITA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: The contemporary rhythm of Japan's capital

• Visit Meiji Jingu Shrine.
• Free time to explore Shibuya Crossing.
• Transfer to Narita and enjoy free shopping at Aeon Mall Narita.
• Overnight in Narita.

DAY 6: NARITA ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Breakfast at the hotel or a boxed breakfast.
• Check out of the hotel.
• Take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport.
• Take the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the program

Pricing for Children

● Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
● Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
● Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

Hoac Quy khach co the lien he nhan vien tu van Vietravel de duoc huong dan thu tuc.
- Doi voi nhung tour con thoi han huy nhung da lam visa, Quy khach vui long thanh toan phi visa; sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop phi visa: phi dat coc ve may bay se khong duoc hoan lai; truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi visa, le phi va dich vu xin Visa se khong hoan lai.
- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 20 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 30 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 15-19 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-29 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 12-14 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 20-24 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
