Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - TOKYO: (Lunch, dinner)

Night before Day 1: Vietravel tour leader welcomes guests at Tan Son Nhat International Airport's international terminal, taking a flight to Tokyo. Guests will spend the night on the plane.
Upon arrival at Narita airport, the Vietravel tour leader assists with immigration procedures. Guests embark on their sightseeing tour with the following locations:
- Odaiba Bay View - a vast, developed, and bustling artificial island, a source of pride for Tokyo residents. Odaiba Bay offers views of the Rainbow Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, and magnificent multi-colored buildings.
The group has lunch at a local restaurant and continues the tour:
- Asakusa Kannon Temple (or Senso-ji Temple) - an ancient temple in central Tokyo. The temple has two main gates: Thunder Gate and Hozomon Gate, connected by the Nakamise shopping street. Guests take photos with the Tokyo Skytree (exterior view) - a symbol of modern Japan. Standing 634 meters tall, the Skytree is twice as high as the Tokyo Tower. It features a light show with colors that change according to special events or seasons/festivals.
- Enjoy shopping at the bustling Ginza shopping paradise, featuring international brands and high-end fashion. This is a world-class shopping destination and Tokyo's premier shopping and entertainment district.
The group enjoys dinner at a local restaurant and checks into their hotel in Tokyo for the night.

DAY 2: TOKYO – DISNEYLAND (Breakfast, dinner)

After breakfast at the hotel and checking out, you will visit the amusement park:
- Tokyo Disneyland - the first Disney park in Asia, modeled after Disneyland in California and Magic Kingdom in Florida, Tokyo Disneyland is made up of seven themed lands and has seasonal decorations and parades. You don't need to go to distant America to have an enjoyable time at one of the most famous theme parks and the childhood paradise that everyone wants to visit. You will have lunch on your own at the park.
In the afternoon, you will meet at a designated point, and the coach will take you to Kawaguchiko, where you will relax and soak in the hot springs at the hotel. (Depending on the actual situation, the hotel may be located in Kawaguchiko or Hakone or Isawa or Atami...)

DAY 3: MOUNT FUJI - NAGOYA (Three meals)

Guests will enjoy breakfast and check out. Guests experience the Shinkansen bullet train with a speed of over 300km/h (experience time approximately 10-15 minutes - 1 train station), then the group will continue to move by car. Guests begin their exciting exploration journey:

- Visit Mount Fuji: the symbol of the Land of the Rising Sun, recognized as a World Cultural Heritage site (at the time of the actual tour, the group will visit station 5 depending on traffic conditions and actual weather conditions permitted by the Japanese government to visit the sightseeing station).

- Oshino Hakkai Old Village - a peaceful village nestled at the foot of Mount Fuji, until today has retained its traditional Japanese architectural style and hints of the nostalgic charm of the Land of the Rising Sun in memory. (Not applicable for the period from December 25, 2024 to February 20, 2025).

*For departure dates from December 25, 2024 to February 20, 2025: Guests will visit and enjoy Fujiten Ski Park - freely play in the white snow, make snowmen, ski on slides (includes entrance fee and slides).

Depending on the departure period, guests visit one of the following places:

*For departure dates from April 19, 2025 to May 20, 2025: Guests visit the Fuji Shibazakura flower festival – The shape of the flower petals is similar to cherry blossoms (sakura) and diverse colors including pink, white, light purple, and many petals with vertical stripes. Shibazakura stretches across the ground like a giant colorful carpet, guests will immerse themselves in the 160,000 m2 scenery with hundreds of thousands of Shibazakura flowers showing their beauty.

*For departure dates from June 7, 2025 to June 14, 2025: Guests visit the Ajisai no Sato hydrangea garden in the Katahara hot spring area in Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture.

*For departure dates from June 16, 2025 to July 15, 2025: Visit and enjoy Lavender flowers at Oishi Park located north of Lake Kawaguchi. From the park, guests can see the full view of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji. The park has a walking path planted with many beautiful flowers, competing in beauty throughout the seasons with a total length of 350m and many activities promise to bring tourists a lot of great experiences. This place is considered a very attractive destination for tourists when visiting Mount Fuji.

*For departure dates from July 16, 2025 to August 31, 2025: Guests experience seasonal fruit picking with fresh and super-clean fruits and enjoy them in the garden (excluding the cost of buying fruits to take out of the garden).

At the end of the tour, guests will check in to a hotel in Nagoya. (Depending on the actual situation, hotels may be arranged in Nagoya or Mei, or Hamamatsu... for convenience of the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 4: NAGOYA – KOBE- OSAKA – KANSAI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

After breakfast at the hotel and checking out, the tour group began a fascinating day of sightseeing at the following locations:
- Kobe Chinatown is a compact Chinatown located within Kobe city and is the community center for Chinese people in the Kansai region. The district has a very long and rich history. Many Chinese people from Guangdong and Fujian provinces came to establish their businesses here. Therefore, this place has a wide variety of souvenir shops, restaurants, and architectural styles with a strong Chinese character located right in Japan.
Guests enjoyed lunch with premium Kobe beef and continued their journey:
- Visiting Kobe Harborland - a commercial complex facing Osaka Bay, including shopping complexes such as Umie, Umie Mosaic or Kobe Renga Soko and a host of shopping, entertainment areas, restaurants, and hotels, making tourists feel lost in the fascinating shopping and entertainment paradise.

The group travels back to Osaka. In Osaka, the group visits Osaka Castle, recognized as a world heritage site with beautiful winding moats and unique architectural structures, each building is a museum of ancient architectural art, a source of pride for the people of Osaka and Japan.
Guests have free time to shop in Shinsaibashi - a bustling shopping center considered a "US-style" shopping destination because of its design style which closely resembles the United States, featuring goods from major global fashion brands and many fashion, cosmetic, and food shops. It has a very vibrant and bustling atmosphere. It is also a leisure and shopping destination for local people, especially Japanese young people, or in Dotonbori Area - a destination for tourists and entertainment-seekers in Osaka. It is full of eye-catching signs, bars, and restaurants serving local specialties.
Guests dine at a local restaurant and check into a hotel near Kansai Airport for rest.

DAY 5: KANSAI - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Pricing for Children

+ Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with private bed).
+ Children 12 years old and over: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you travel with 1 adult and 1 child under 12, please pay the child's price with a bed to get 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After paying, if you want to change/cancel the tour, please bring the Travel Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedures and pay the fees according to Vietravel's regulations. We do not handle cases of contacting to change/cancel tours by phone.
- For tours that are still within the cancellation period but have already applied for a visa, please pay the visa fee.
+ After depositing the tour and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: the non-refundable fee is VND 2,000,000 (air ticket deposit fee)

+ In case you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000. - If you cancel or switch to other tourist routes before the departure date of 30 days: No charge.
- If you cancel or switch to other trips from 24-29 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or switch to other trips from 20-23 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip immediately after the Embassy, Consulate has granted a visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip within 14-19 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the trip within 10-13 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the trip within 02-09 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the trip within 1 day before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
