Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – TOKYO (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Modern Tokyo and capital icons

• The night before Day 1: fly from Tan Son Nhat Airport to Narita, Japan. Overnight on the plane. Guests have a light breakfast on the plane as arranged by the airline.
• Arrive at Narita Airport and depart to visit Meiji Jingu Shrine.
• Free time to explore Shibuya Crossing and take souvenir photos with the statue of the loyal dog Hachiko.
• Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 2: TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – KAWAGUCHIKO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Japan's iconic nature

• Visit Asakusa and take photos with the Tokyo Skytree
• Transfer to visit Mount Fuji (Station 1 or Station 5 will be visited depending on traffic and on the actual weather conditions the Japanese government allows access to).
• Visit the Momiji Corridor – the famous maple-leaf road beside Lake Kawaguchiko.
• Check in at the hotel, dinner with the speciality snow crab legs (each guest is served one portion of snow crab legs) and an Onsen bath experience.
• Overnight in the Kawaguchiko area (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Yamanashi, Atami or Hakone to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 3: KAWAGUCHIKO – SHIZUOKA – NAGOYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Japanese tea culture

• Visit the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai – a traditional village famous for its crystal-clear ponds.
• Experience the Gyokuro no Sato tea ceremony – learn the art of traditional tea drinking in Shizuoka Prefecture's famous tea region.
• Experience the Shinkansen bullet train at over 300 km/h (about 10-15 minutes, equivalent to one station, then continue by coach) – Note: The Shinkansen experience may change depending on operating conditions.
• Overnight in Nagoya

DAY 4: NAGOYA – TOKONAME (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Autumn in Japan

• Visit Obara Shikizakura – admire the unique scene of cherry blossoms blooming in autumn.
• Shopping at AEON Mall – free choice of Japanese domestic goods, specialities and souvenirs.
• Overnight in Tokoname.

DAY 5: CHUBU – HO CHI MINH CITY (Light breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Have a boxed breakfast.
• Take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport.
• Take the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the program.

Pricing for Children

● Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
● Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)

- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
