Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ NARITA – TOKYO (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Arrive in Tokyo – viewing the city from 350 m

• Take the flight to Narita Airport, where a coach and a local guide meet the group and transfer to central Tokyo.
• Visit the Tokyo Skytree – one of Japan's modern icons. From the 350 m observation deck, visitors can take in the panorama of the vast capital Tokyo.
• Lunch at a local restaurant with a special grilled Wagyu beef menu.
• Check in at the hotel from 15:00 and rest after the flight.
• Dinner at a local restaurant with the famous pufferfish (Fugu) hotpot – one of Japan's signature culinary specialities.
• Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 2: TOKYO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover where history meets modernity in the capital Tokyo

• Visit Asakusa Kannon (Sensoji) Temple – Tokyo's oldest and most famous temple.
• Stroll through the Kaminarimon gate and the traditional Nakamise shopping street.
• Take photos outside the Tokyo Imperial Palace – the official residence of the Emperor of Japan.
• Lunch at a local restaurant with Japanese grilled eel rice.
• Return to the hotel to rest and relax.
• Experience a cruise on the Symphony Cruise in Tokyo Bay, watching the sunset.
• Dinner on the cruise ship.
• Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 3: TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – HAKONE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover the icons of Japan

• Depart for the Mount Fuji area – Japan's famous symbol.
• Visit Mount Fuji (the station reached depends on weather conditions).
• Lunch at a local restaurant with the signature Gyu Katsu beef.
• Visit the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai
• Experience a boat ride on Lake Ashi, enjoying the peaceful natural scenery of the Hakone area and, in good weather, a distant view of Mount Fuji.
• Early hotel check-in, dinner and an Onsen bath experience.
• Overnight in the Hakone area

DAY 4: HAKONE – ODAWARA – KYOTO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: High-speed train experience – moving into an ancient setting

• Transfer to Odawara Station and ride the Shinkansen bullet train to Kyoto.
• Arrive in Kyoto and have lunch with a Kyoto Tofu set at a local restaurant.
• Wear a traditional Yukata and stroll through the famous Gion Old Town.
• Dinner at a local restaurant.
• Check in and rest at a hotel in Kyoto.

DAY 5: KYOTO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Slow living in the old capital – experiencing cultural depth

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Depart to visit: Arashiyama Bamboo Forest – one of Kyoto's most famous sights (traditional Japanese rickshaw experience)
• Lunch at a local restaurant and return to the hotel for a midday rest.
• Japanese tea ceremony experience, learning the essence of Japanese hospitality culture.
• Dinner with Wagyu beef at a local restaurant.
• Overnight in Kyoto.

DAY 6: KYOTO – OSAKA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: A journey through the scenery and culture at the heart of the Kansai region.

• Depart for Nishinomiya to visit the Asahi Beer Museum, learning about the history and traditional brewing process of Japanese beer.
• Continue to Osaka and take photos outside Osaka Castle – the historic symbol of the city.
• Shopping at Shinsaibashi
• Dinner with a seafood hotpot with snow crab legs at a local restaurant.
• Overnight in Osaka.

DAY 7: KANSAI ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: Journey home

• Check out of the hotel and have a light breakfast at the airport
• The coach takes the group to Kansai Airport for the flight back to Vietnam.
• End of the sightseeing program.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
• Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.

- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)

- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 17-19 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 20-24 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
