Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ NARITA

Main activities: Departure for Japan

• Fly from Tan Son Nhat Airport to Narita, Japan.
• Overnight on the plane. Guests have a light breakfast on the plane as arranged by the airline.

DAY 2: NARITA – TOKYO – ASAKUSA KANNON TEMPLE (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Touch the pulse of modern Tokyo

• Arrive at Narita Airport and visit Asakusa Kannon Temple, whose two main gates are connected by the Nakamise shopping street.
• See and take photos with the Tokyo Skytree from the Asakusa Temple area.
• Lunch or dinner with Wagyu beef hotpot and a traditional Geisha performance.
• Free time to explore Akihabara (*).

(*) Depending on the departure date and Japan's seasonal periods, guests visit one of the following instead of Akihabara:

• From 15/11 to 30/11/2026 (Autumn): Visit Meiji Jingu Gaien Ginkgo Avenue - one of Tokyo's impressive autumn-colour spots.
• From 15/02 to 28/02/2027 (Spring – Ume): See the small white-pink blossoms of the Ume (Japanese plum) at Showa Kinen Park.

Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 3: TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – YAMANASHI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Four-season nature and the icons of Japan

• Depending on the departure date and Japan's seasonal periods, guests visit one of the following:

- From 01/04 to 15/05/2026 (Spring – Tulip, Nemophila, Azalea): Enjoy Japanese spring at Showa Kinen Park (Tokyo) with tulips in April, and Nemophila and azaleas from late April to early May.

- From 01/06 to 19/06/2026 (Summer – Hydrangea): Visit the outside of Odawara Castle (Kanagawa), admiring the bright hydrangeas.

- From 20/06 to 15/07/2026 (Summer – Lavender): Visit Oishi Park, viewing the lavender fields.

- From 01/08 to 15/08 & 01/09 to 31/10/2026: Showa Kinen Park (Tokyo) with the gold of sunflowers in August and cosmos from September to October.

- From 10/11 to 30/11/2026 (Autumn): Fuji Kawaguchiko Autumn Leaves Festival and photos on the Momiji Kairo red-leaf path (about 2 km).

- From 25/12/2026 to 20/02/2027 (Winter): Fujiten Park, with free time to play and experience white snow (entrance ticket and sled included. Guests pay for other snow activities and for specialised ski equipment rental at own expense. Please bring your own warm clothing such as scarves, gloves, socks, hats and warm coats).

- Outside the periods mentioned above: Visit the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai.

• Visit Mount Fuji (Station 1 or Station 5 will be visited depending on traffic and on the actual weather conditions the Japanese government allows access to).
• Take check-in photos on the small Honcho street (Fujiyoshida).
• Check in at the hotel, dinner with the speciality snow crab legs (each guest is served one portion of snow crab legs) and an Onsen bath experience.
• Overnight in the Yamanashi area (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Kawaguchi, Atami or Hakone to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 4: YAMANASHI – KYOTO – TEA CEREMONY EXPERIENCE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover Japanese culture

• Depending on the departure date and Japan's seasonal periods, guests visit one of the following:

- August, September, October, December 2026 & January to April 2027: Seasonal fruit-picking experience at the orchard (the cost of fruit taken out of the orchard is not included).

- May, June, July and November 2026: Visit Lake Kawaguchiko.

• Japanese tea ceremony experience.
• Experience one leg of the Shinkansen high-speed train (about 10 – 15 minutes, then continue by coach).
• Overnight in Kyoto.

DAY 5: KYOTO – OSAKA – KIYOMIZU TEMPLE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: The old capital Kyoto and the city of Osaka

• Visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple.
• Traditional Yukata try-on experience and photos at Toji Temple.
• Depending on the departure date and Japan's seasonal periods, guests visit one of the following:

- From 21/07 to 20/08/2026: Heian Shrine, admiring ancient architecture and water lilies covering the pond.

- From 21/08 to 25/09/2026: Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, with a traditional rickshaw experience (2 guests per rickshaw, about 30 minutes).

- From 01/05 to 20/07/2026 & 26/09/2026 to 28/02/2027: Gekkeikan Okura Sake Museum.

• Take photos outside Osaka Castle.
• Overnight in Kansai.

DAY 6: KANSAI ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Check out of the hotel and take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport.
• Take the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the program.

Pricing for Children

+ Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
+ Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.

- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
