Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – NARITA

Main activities: Departure for Japan

• Fly from Tan Son Nhat Airport to Narita, Japan.
• Overnight on the plane. Guests have a light breakfast on the plane as arranged by the airline.

DAY 2: NARITA – TOKYO (Lunch, dinner)

Arrive at Narita Airport, complete immigration procedures and collect luggage.

Main activities: Modern Tokyo and traditional culture

(*) Depending on the departure date and Japan's seasonal periods, guests visit one of the following:

- From 15/02/2027 to 28/02/2027 (Spring – Ume): See the small white-pink blossoms of the Ume (Japanese plum) at Showa Kinen Park.

- From 30/03/2027 to 08/04/2027 (Spring – Cherry blossom, Tulip): See cherry blossoms and tulips at Showa Kinen Park.

- From 15/04/2027 to 07/05/2027: See wisteria flowers – Ashikaga Park

- Other departure periods: visit and take photos in the Odaiba area.

• Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple – one of Tokyo's most famous ancient temples with the traditional Nakamise street. View the Tokyo Skytree from the Asakusa area.
• Lunch or dinner with Wagyu beef hotpot and a traditional Geisha performance.
• Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 3: TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – YAMANASHI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Admire Mount Fuji and an Onsen bath experience.

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Depart for the Fuji area and visit Mount Fuji (Station 1 or Station 5 will be visited depending on traffic and on the actual weather conditions the Japanese government allows access to).
• Departures from 15/9/2026-28/2/2027: Experience seasonal fruit picking (the cost of fruit taken out of the orchard is not included).
• Departures in the remaining periods: Visit the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai.
• Check in at the hotel, dinner with the speciality snow crab legs (each guest is served one portion of snow crab legs) and an Onsen bath experience at the hotel.
• Overnight in the Mount Fuji area. (Depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Kawaguchi, Atami or Hakone to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 4: YAMANASHI – SHIZUOKA – KYOTO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Seasonal scenery and Japanese culture

• Depart to visit seasonal attractions in the Kawaguchi area:

- Winter (25/12/2026 – 15/02/2027): Free time to play and experience snow at Fujiten Snow Resort (entrance ticket and sled included. Guests pay for other snow activities and for specialised ski equipment rental at own expense. Please bring your own warm clothing such as scarves, gloves, socks, hats and warm coats).

- Spring (28/03/2027 – 08/04/2027): Cherry blossom viewing in the Kawaguchi area.

- Other departure dates: visit Lake Kawaguchi.

*Check in and take souvenir photos at Tomei Starbucks with its famous view towards Mount Fuji. (drinks at own expense; the view of Mount Fuji may be affected by actual weather conditions)

• Experience a Japanese tea ceremony and enjoy traditional Mochi cakes
• Experience one leg of the Shinkansen high-speed train (about 10 – 15 minutes, then continue by coach) to Kyoto
• Dinner and overnight in Kyoto.

DAY 5: KYOTO – OSAKA – KANSAI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Ancient capital heritage and the icons of Osaka

• Visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple, a temple more than 1,200 years old.
• Free shopping at Aeon Mall - Kyoto.
• Try on a traditional Yukata and take photos at Toji Temple.
• Depart for Osaka and visit and take photos outside Osaka Castle.
• Transfer to Kansai and check in for the overnight stay in Kansai.

DAY 6: KANSAI – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport.
• Take the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City
• End of the program.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
• Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

- Doi voi nhung tour con thoi han huy nhung da lam visa, Quy khach vui long thanh toan phi visa; sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop phi visa: phi dat coc ve may bay se khong duoc hoan lai; truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi visa, le phi va dich vu xin Visa se khong hoan lai.
- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)

- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
