Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ NARITA – TOKYO (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Arrive in Tokyo – where tradition meets modernity

• The night before Day 1: The tour leader meets guests at Tan Son Nhat Airport and assists with check-in for the flight to Japan. Overnight on the plane.
• Arrive at Narita Airport, where the coach takes the group into central Tokyo.
• Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple, whose two main gates are connected by the Nakamise shopping street.
• See and take photos with the Tokyo Skytree from the Asakusa Temple area.
• Visit the Tokyo Bay area and admire the panorama of the city.
• Dinner on a cruise ship, enjoying Tokyo by night in a luxurious setting.
• Overnight in Tokyo

DAY 2: TOKYO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Culture – art – personalised experiences

• After breakfast, the group visits a fish market (Toyosu or Tsukiji depending on the time), learning about Japanese food culture.
• Visit a digital art museum – a modern interactive art space.
• In Tokyo, guests can choose one seasonal experience or shop freely to their own taste.

Spring (3–5), autumn (9–11), winter (12–2):

• Join a sushi-making class with an artisan, preparing and enjoying a traditional Japanese dish yourself

Summer (6–8):

• Perfume-making experience, keeping a personal mark through a one-of-a-kind scent
• Or free time to sightsee, shop and explore Tokyo in your own style
• Overnight in Tokyo

DAY 3: TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI – YAMANASHI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover the icons of Japan – seasonal experiences

• Depart for the Mount Fuji area – Japan's famous symbol.
• Visit Mount Fuji (the station reached depends on weather conditions).
• Depending on the departure period, guests enjoy the following suggested seasonal attractions:

Spring (March–May): flower viewing and seasonal fruit picking

Summer (June–August): Ninja experience – a signature cultural activity

Autumn (September–November): fruit picking, red foliage viewing

Winter (late December–February): strawberry picking and snow experience at Fujiten

• Check in at the hotel, dinner and an Onsen bath experience.
• Overnight in the Yamanashi area (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Kawaguchi, Atami or Hakone to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 4: YAMANASHI – KYOTO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Bullet train experience – moving into an ancient atmosphere

• After breakfast, transfer to the train station – experience the bullet train, a symbol of Japan's development and precision.
• Arrive in Kyoto – the old capital steeped in history. Visit the Arashiyama bamboo forest – a cool, green and tranquil natural space.
• Depending on the departure period, guests enjoy the following suggested seasonal attractions:

Spring (March–May): cherry blossom viewing in Kyoto

Autumn (September–November): red foliage viewing in Kyoto

Winter (December–February): possible snow scenery (weather permitting)

• Overnight in Kyoto.

DAY 5: KYOTO – OSAKA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Slow living in the old capital – experiencing cultural depth

• After breakfast, guests experience seasonal traditional Japanese clothing:

Spring (3–5), autumn (9–11), winter (12–2):

• Visit and take photos at Fushimi Inari, and join a tea ceremony – feel the spirit of "stillness" in Japanese culture
• Visit Kiyomizu-dera – an ancient temple famous for its unique architecture and long historical value

Summer (6–8):

• Yukata try-on experience in the summer atmosphere of Kyoto
• End the program in Kyoto. The group transfers to Osaka – the lively, modern city of the Kansai region.
• Overnight in Osaka

DAY 6: OSAKA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: A journey of scenery and culture in the heart of the Kansai region.

Depending on the departure period, guests can choose one of the following two experience programs:

Option 1: Sightseeing & shopping (available all year round)

• • Visit Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan
  • Enjoy the speciality Kobe beef
  • View the whole city from the Umeda Sky Building
  • Shopping at shopping centres

Option 2: Seasonal experiences (depending on the departure date)

Spring (March–May) & Autumn (September–November) – Nature and Culture:

• • Visit Nara Park
  • Enjoy a traditional Japanese-style meal

Summer (June–August) – Entertainment:

• • Have fun at Universal Studios Japan

Winter (December–February) – Snow experience:

• • Skiing experience at Mount Rokko Ski Resort
  • Overnight in Osaka

DAY 7: KANSAI ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Journey home

• Check out of the hotel and have a light breakfast at the airport
• The coach takes the group to Kansai Airport for the flight back to Vietnam.
• End of the sightseeing program.

Pricing for Children

For flight days with Vietjet Air:
+ Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no separate bed arrangements).
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with separate bed arrangements).
+ Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you travel with 1 adult and 1 child under 12, please pay the child's bed price to get 1 room.
For flight days with Vietnam Airlines:
+ Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no separate bed arrangements).
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with separate bed arrangements).
+ Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you travel with 1 adult and 1 child under 12, please pay the child's bed price to get 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring the travel ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedures and pay the fee as specified by Vietravel. We do not handle transfer/cancellation requests via phone.
- For tours with a cancellation deadline but have already applied for a visa, please pay the visa fee.
+ After depositing for the tour and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: The non-refundable amount is VND 2,000,000 (deposit fee for flight ticket)
+ After Vietravel submits the visa fee: The non-refundable amount is VND 3,000,000
+ If your visa is rejected, the non-refundable amount is VND 3,000,000 - If you cancel or change to another tour 30 days before departure, there is no charge.
- If you cancel or change to another tour 24-29 days before departure, the cancellation/change fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or change to another tour 20-23 days before departure, the cancellation/change fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour immediately after the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour within 14-19 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 10-13 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 2-9 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 1 day of departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
- Tour cancellation time is calculated in working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
* Tours on holidays are tours with durations falling on a holiday as defined.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or change to another tour 45 days before departure, there is no charge.
- If you cancel or change to another tour 34-44 days before departure, the cancellation/change fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or change to another tour 25-33 days before departure, the cancellation/change fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour immediately after the Embassy/Consulate has issued the visa, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour within 20-24 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 11-19 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 2-10 days of departure, the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 1 day of departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
