Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: TPHCM – NARITA (TOKYO) (Lunch, dinner)

The night before day 1: Vietravel tour leader will pick up the guests at the International Terminal to handle the check-in procedure for the flight to Narita, Japan. Guests will stay overnight on the plane.

Upon arrival at Narita airport, the Vietravel tour leader will assist with immigration procedures. Guests will begin their tour of Tokyo:

- Meiji Jingu Shrine: this is considered the most famous shrine in the Tokyo area, located in a vast park with thousands of trees from across Japan. And this is also the shrine to Emperor Meiji - the first emperor after the Tokugawa shogunate collapsed.

After that, guests will continue to visit:

- Senso-ji Temple (Asakusa Kannon Temple) - An ancient temple in Central Tokyo. The temple has two main gates, the Thunder Gate and the Hozomon Gate, connected by the Nakamise shopping street. From Asakusa Temple, guests take photos with Tokyo Skytree Tower (exterior visit) - a symbol of a "new and modern" Japan, with a height of 634 meters, twice the height of the Tokyo Tower. It is equipped with a lighting system with colors that change according to special events in Japan or depending on the season, festivals in the year.

- Guests can shop freely at the bustling Ginza shopping paradise - with clothing stores from famous global brands. It is considered one of the world's most luxurious shopping districts and a trendy entertainment paradise in Tokyo.

- Only applicable for the tour departing on January 31, 2025: Guests will visit the Marunouchi Illumination light festival - lit with hundreds of thousands of glittering golden LED lights, extending over 1.2 km along the famous Naka-Dori street. The festival usually takes place from late November to February each year, attracting many tourists to visit.

The group will have dinner at a local restaurant, check into the hotel, and rest in Tokyo

*** For departure dates from March 25, 2025 to April 10, 2025, replace Meiji Jingu Shrine with a visit to Ueno Park to view cherry blossoms. This place has thousands of cherry blossom trees, competing to show off their beauty every time the flower season arrives. The park has many large old cherry blossom trees, especially trees with sprawling canopies of tens of meters. During peak season, Ueno Park receives thousands of visitors each day to visit and admire the cherry blossoms. (Depending on the actual situation, the destination may be changed to Shinjyuku Gyoyen cherry blossom park).

*** For departure dates from April 15, 2025 to April 30, 2025, replace Meiji Jingu Shrine with a visit to Ashikaga Park to view wisteria. Ashikaga flower park has an old wisteria tree over 150 years old, with a canopy covering an entire space. This ancient tree attracts tourists from all over the world to visit and relax. At night, the ancient wisteria tree stands out even more with shimmering lights blending with the vibrant colors of the flowers.

*** For departure dates from May 1, 2025 to June 15, 2025, replace Meiji Jingu Shrine with a visit to Keisei Rose Garden to view roses. In the flower season, Keisei Rose Garden becomes a sea of vibrant roses with thousands of roses in different colors, from crimson red roses to pure white, delicate pink, or bright yellow. Each flower has its own beauty, creating a beautiful natural landscape.

DAY 2: TOKYO – KAWAGUCHIKO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, guests begin an exciting exploration journey:

- Visiting Mount Fuji: the symbol of the Land of the Rising Sun, recognized as a World Cultural Heritage Site (at the actual time, the group will visit Station 5, depending on the traffic situation and the actual weather conditions permitted by the Japanese government to visit the sightseeing station).

- Visit Oshino Hakkai Old Village - a peaceful village nestled at the foot of Mount Fuji, which has preserved its traditional Japanese architectural style and hints of the nostalgic charm of the Land of the Rising Sun. (For departure dates 20/02/2025 & 27/02/2025, this point will be visited on the third day of the program)

*** For departure dates from 01/01/2025 to 15/02/2025: Guests experience fun with white snow at Fujiten Ski Resort - playing in the white snow, making snowmen, snowboarding on slides... (only includes entrance fee and slides, guests pay separately for snow activities and ski equipment rentals).

*** For departure dates from 16/02/2025 to 28/02/2025: Guests visit and admire the Kawazu cherry blossoms in Shizuoka. This is where the earliest cherry blossoms bloom in Japan, while other areas are still immersed in the cold winter. Here, cherry blossoms have begun their magnificent season, bringing a warm and fresh atmosphere that pushes back the cold winter.

*** For departure dates from 01/03/2025 to 01/08/2025: Guests experience the "Kababus", a bus that can travel on land and water, so the bus can go to Lake Yamanaka for guests to visit and enjoy the view.

After the tour, guests enjoy dinner and check into the hotel for rest. (Depending on the actual situation, the hotel may be located in Kawaguchi or Atami or Hakone to facilitate the following day's tour program).

DAY 3: KAWAGUCHIKO – NAGOYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, guests will travel to Hamanako and experience fruit picking according to the season with fresh and super clean fruits at the garden (does not include the cost of buying fruits to take outside the garden). (Fruit varieties such as strawberries, cherries, peaches, or grapes. Depending on the departure time, there will be different fruit seasons)(not applicable for departure dates 20/02/2025 & 27/02/2025)

- Guests will experience the Shinkansen bullet train with a speed of over 300km/h from Hamamatsu Station to Toyohashi Station (the experience takes about 10-15 minutes - 1 train station), then continue by car.

- The group will travel to Nagoya and shop freely at the Jazz Dream Nagashima shopping center, one of the largest shopping centers in Japan. Here, visitors can choose to shop from luxury brands to popular local brands in Japan.

The group will have dinner at a local restaurant and check in to a hotel in Nagoya. (Depending on the actual situation, the hotel may be located in Nagoya, Mei, or Hamamatsu... for convenience of the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 4: NAGOYA – KYOTO - OSAKA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, you will travel to Kyoto and visit:

- Kinkaku-ji Temple (Golden Pavilion), one of the most prominent cultural heritage sites in Kyoto, Japan, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1994. Known for its splendor and magnificence, Kinkaku-ji shines with its two upper floors covered in gleaming golden leaf, symbolizing the unique architectural art and rich history of Japan. The temple is located in the north of Kyoto, famous for its golden architectural features. On top of the roof is a golden phoenix statue, which adds a highlight to the overall architectural design. The temple is surrounded by a lake, creating a peaceful and picturesque scenery.

- You will experience wearing Yukata and strolling through the Gion traditional district - Yukata is a type of kimono typically made from light and breathable cotton. After changing into your beautiful Yukata, you can freely stroll through the ancient streets of Gion, and imagine yourself as a true Japanese person while passing through traditional wooden houses, tranquil Zen gardens, and Japanese teahouses. (Estimated time for visiting and experience is about 1 hour 30 minutes).

- The group travels to Osaka, and visits outside the Osaka Castle, designated as an important cultural heritage by the Japanese government. Standing at 40 meters tall, the castle was the greatest architectural achievement of Osaka at that time. (Outside castle visit for photo opportunities).

The group will have dinner at a local restaurant, check into the hotel and rest in Osaka.

DAY 5: OSAKA – KANSAI– HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Guests will check out, have breakfast at the hotel or a light breakfast on the bus (box breakfast includes 1 bread and milk), and transfer to the airport for their departure. (Transfer to the airport by the hotel's shuttle bus with the Vietravel tour leader). Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, the tour concludes. Important Note for the Entire Trip:

The natural scenery may vary depending on the season and weather conditions during the visit, and the blooming of flowers can easily be affected by external weather conditions, leading to early, late, or no full bloom during the visit. This is an unavoidable circumstance, and we appreciate your understanding and consideration. Thank you.

*Depending on the actual situation, the order of the tour locations may be adjusted, but all scheduled locations will be visited.

Pricing for Children

+ Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no separate bed).
+ Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with separate bed).
+ Children 12 years old and over: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you are traveling with 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old, please pay the child's price with a bed to get 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After paying, if you want to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring the Travel Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedures and bear the costs according to Vietravel's regulations. Do not handle cases of contacting tour transfers/cancellations by phone.
- For tours that are still within the cancellation period but have already applied for a visa, please pay the visa fee.
+ After depositing the tour and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: the non-refundable fee is VND 2,000,000 (flight ticket deposit fee)
+ After Vietravel submits the visa fee: the non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000
+ In case you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is VND 3,000,000. - If you cancel or switch to other tours before the departure date of 30 days: No charge.
- If you cancel or switch to other tours from 24-29 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or switch to other tours from 20-23 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour immediately after the Embassy, Consulate has granted a visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour within 14-19 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 10-13 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 2-9 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 1 day before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
- Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays
* Holiday tours are tours that take place on one of the holidays as stipulated.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or switch to other tours before the departure date of 45 days: No charge.
- If you cancel or switch to other tours from 34-44 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or switch to other tours from 25-33 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour immediately after the Embassy, Consulate has granted a visa: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour within 20-24 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 11-19 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 2-10 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour within 1 day before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
