Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – NARITA – TOKYO – FUJI (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Tokyo icons and a journey to the Phu Si region

• Night before day 1: fly from Tan Son Nhat airport to Narita, Japan. Overnight on the plane. Enjoy a light breakfast on the plane as arranged by the airline.
• Arrive at Narita airport, complete immigration procedures.
• Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple – Tokyo's most famous ancient temple. Take photos with Tokyo Skytree from the Asakusa area.
• Free time for shopping in Ginza.
• Move to the Phu Si area.
• Check into the hotel, have dinner with snow crab leg specialty (Each guest will be served one portion of snow crab leg) and experience an Onsen bath.
• Overnight in the Yamanashi area (Depending on the actual situation, the hotel may be arranged in Kawaguchi or Atami or Hakone to facilitate the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 2: PHU SI – MATSUMOTO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Mount Fuji and ancient village

• Visit Mount Fuji Station 1 or Station 5 (visit station depends on weather conditions and actual regulations).
• Explore Oshino Hakkai ancient village.
• The group continues the journey to the Matsumoto area.
• Have dinner and stay overnight in Matsumoto.

DAY 3: MATSUMOTO – SHIRAKAWAGO – GIFU (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activity: Seasonal autumn experience and UNESCO Shirakawago World Heritage Site

• Depart for the Japanese Alps area.
• Depending on the departure time, you will visit one of the following places:
• From early October to November 8, 2026: visit Kamikochi – one of the most beautiful valleys in Japan, famous for its majestic mountain scenery, the clear blue Azusa River, and vibrant autumn leaves.
• From November 10 to the end of December 2026: experience the Shin-Hotaka Ropeway to enjoy panoramic views of the Japanese Alps.
• Continue the journey to Shirakawago Ancient Village – UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site with its distinctive Gassho-zukuri thatched-roof houses.
• Travel to the Gifu area and stay overnight.

DAY 4: GIFU – KYOTO – OSAKA – KANSAI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main Activities: Traditional Kyoto and Modern Osaka

• Visit Fushimi Inari Shrine with its thousands of famous red Torii gates.
• Travel to Osaka, visit and take photos outside Osaka Castle.
• Free time for shopping in Shinsaibashi district.
• Enjoy dinner with Kobe beef specialty.
• Overnight stay in the Kansai area.

DAY 5: KANSAI – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activity: End of journey

• Have breakfast at the hotel or a box breakfast.
• Transfer to the airport by hotel shuttle bus.
• Board the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of program.

Pricing for Children

● Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult tour price.
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of adult tour price (no separate bed).
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of adult tour price (with separate bed).
● Children 12 years old and above: 100% of adult tour price.
Note: If you are traveling with 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old, please pay the child price with a bed to get 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to transfer/cancel the tour, please bring your Tour Voucher, Receipt, and identification documents (of the paying guest) to the tour registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedures according to Vietravel's regulations. Alternatively, you can contact a Vietravel consultant for procedure guidance.
- For tours within the cancellation period but where a visa has already been processed, please pay the visa fee; after depositing for the tour and before Vietravel submits the visa fee: the airline ticket deposit fee will not be refunded; if your visa is rejected, the visa application fees and services will not be refunded.
- The tour cancellation period is calculated for working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- After depositing for the tour and before Vietravel submits the visa: the non-refundable cost is 2,000,000 VND (airline ticket deposit fee).
- After Vietravel submits the visa: the non-refundable cost is 3,000,000 VND.
- If your visa is rejected, the non-refundable cost is 3,000,000 VND. - If canceling or transferring to other tours 20 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asian routes) and 30 days before the departure date for other routes: No cost incurred.
- If canceling or transferring to other tours 15-19 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asian routes) and 25-29 days before the departure date for other routes: The transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling or transferring to other tours 12-14 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asian routes) and 20-24 days before the departure date for other routes: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling the tour immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling or transferring the tour within 08-11 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asian routes) and 14-19 days before the departure date for other routes: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If canceling or transferring the tour within 05-07 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asian routes) and 10-13 days before the departure date for other routes: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If canceling or transferring the tour within 02-04 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asian routes) and 02-09 days before the departure date for other routes: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If canceling or transferring the tour within 01 day before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If canceling or transferring to other tours 30 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asian routes) and 45 days before the departure date for other routes: No cost incurred.
- If canceling or transferring to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asian routes) and 34-44 days before the departure date for other routes: The transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling or transferring to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asian routes) and 25-33 days before the departure date for other routes: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling the tour immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If canceling or transferring the tour within 17-19 days before the departure date (for Southeast Asian routes) and 20-24 days before the departure date for other routes: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
