Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – TOKYO (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Modern Tokyo and the capital's icons

• The night before Day 1: fly from Tan Son Nhat Airport to Narita, Japan. Overnight on the plane. Guests have a light breakfast on the plane as arranged by the airline.
• Arrive at Narita Airport and depart to visit Odaiba Bay.
• Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple, whose two main gates are connected by the Nakamise shopping street.
• See and take photos with the Tokyo Skytree from the Asakusa Temple area.
• Take photos outside the Imperial Palace of Japan.
• Free shopping at Ginza.
• Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 2: TOKYO – OSHINO HAKKAI – KAWAGUCHI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Ancient village and seasonal experiences

• Depart for the Mount Fuji area.
• Visit the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai.
• Depending on the departure date and Japan's seasonal periods, guests visit one of the following:

* From 25/12 to 15/02: Free time to play and experience snow at Fujiten Snow Resort (entrance ticket and sled included. Guests pay for other snow activities and for specialised ski equipment rental at own expense. Please bring your own warm clothing such as scarves, gloves, socks, hats and warm coats).

*From 16/02 to 28/02: See the early-blooming Kawazu cherry blossoms

*From 01/03 to 25/04 & 16/07 to 31/10 & 1/12 to 20/12: Seasonal fruit-picking experience at the orchard (the cost of fruit taken out of the orchard is not included).

*From 26/04 to 07/05: See the Fuji Shibazakura moss phlox.

*From 08/05 to 19/06 & 01/11 – 30/11: Boat ride on Lake Yamanaka at the foot of Mount Fuji.

*From 20/06 to 15/07: See the lavender at Lake Kawaguchi.

• Free shopping at Gotemba Outlet.
• Check in at the hotel, buffet dinner with the speciality snow crab legs (each guest is served one portion of snow crab legs) and an Onsen bath experience.
• Overnight in the Yamanashi area (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Kawaguchi, Atami or Hakone to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 3: MOUNT FUJI – NAGOYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Mount Fuji and tea ceremony.

• Visit Mount Fuji (Station 1 or Station 5 will be visited depending on traffic and on the actual weather conditions the Japanese government allows access to).
• Japanese tea ceremony experience in Shizuoka and a Yukata try-on experience there.
• Continue the journey to Nagoya or a nearby area.
• Shinkansen bullet train experience. Note: The Shinkansen experience may change depending on operating conditions.
• Dinner and hotel check-in (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Nagoya, Mie or Hamamatsu... to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 4: NAGOYA – KOBE – OSAKA – KANSAI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Lively Kobe and Osaka

• Depart for Kobe and visit Kobe Chinatown.
• Lunch with Kobe beef.
• Explore the lively waterfront complex Kobe Harborland.
• Return to Osaka and take photos outside Osaka Castle.
• Free shopping at Shinsaibashi or Dotonbori.
• Overnight in the Kansai area.

DAY 5: KANSAI ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport.
• Take the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the program.

Pricing for Children

● Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
● Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
● Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.

- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
