Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ TOKYO (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Modern Tokyo and the capital's icons

• The night before Day 1: fly from Tan Son Nhat Airport to Narita, Japan. Overnight on the plane. Guests have a light breakfast on the plane as arranged by the airline.
• Arrive at Narita Airport and depart to visit Odaiba Bay.
• Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple, whose two main gates are connected by the Nakamise shopping street.
• See and take photos with the Tokyo Skytree from the Asakusa Temple area.
• Take photos outside the Imperial Palace of Japan.
• Free shopping at Ginza.
• Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 2: TOKYO – LAKE KAWAGUCHIKO – OSHINO HAKKAI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Ancient village and seasonal experiences

• The group departs for the Lake Kawaguchiko area, enjoying Japan's typical autumn scenery.
• Experience seasonal fruit picking at the orchard (the cost of fruit taken out of the orchard is not included).
• Visit the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai.
• Check in at the hotel, dinner with the speciality snow crab legs (each guest is served one portion of snow crab legs) and an Onsen bath experience.
• Overnight in the Yamanashi area (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Kawaguchi, Atami or Hakone to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 3: MOUNT FUJI – NAGOYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Mount Fuji and tea ceremony.

• Visit Mount Fuji (Station 1 or Station 5 will be visited depending on traffic and on the actual weather conditions the Japanese government allows access to).
• Experience a Japanese tea ceremony and a Yukata try-on in Shizuoka.
• Continue the journey to Nagoya or a nearby area.
• Experience the Shinkansen bullet train at over 300 km/h (about 10-15 minutes, equivalent to one station) – Note: The Shinkansen experience may change depending on operating conditions
• Dinner and hotel check-in (depending on actual conditions, the hotel may be arranged in Nagoya or Hamamatsu... to suit the next day's sightseeing program).

DAY 4: NAGOYA – KYOTO – OSAKA – KANSAI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Ancient Kyoto and lively Osaka

• Depart for Kyoto.
• Visit Kiyomizu Temple and take souvenir photos.
• Return to Osaka and take photos outside Osaka Castle.
• Free shopping at Dotonbori.
• Have dinner with famous Kobe beef.
• Overnight in the Kansai area.

DAY 5: KANSAI ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Breakfast at the hotel or a boxed breakfast.
• Take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport.
• Take the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the program.

Pricing for Children

● Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
● Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a private bed).
● Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
● Note: If you travel with 01 adult and 01 child under 12, please pay the child price with a bed in order to have 01 room.

- Doi voi nhung tour con thoi han huy nhung da lam visa, Quy khach vui long thanh toan phi visa; sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop phi visa: phi dat coc ve may bay se khong duoc hoan lai; truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi visa, le phi va dich vu xin Visa se khong hoan lai.
- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 20 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 30 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 15-19 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-29 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 12-14 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 20-24 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
