DAY 1: HA NOI – TOKYO (OVERNIGHT FLIGHT)

Guests will gather at Vietravel company (03 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem). Transportation will take guests to Noi Bai Airport for their flight to Japan.

Direct flight from Ha Noi to Tokyo. Guests will spend the night on the plane.

DAY 2: TOKYO – MOUNT FUJI (Lunch, dinner)

Upon arrival in Tokyo, the group will complete immigration formalities and have breakfast at the airport.

After that, the tour bus will depart for Mount Fuji.

- Visiting Mount Fuji - (If the weather is good, guests will be taken to observation point 5, to enjoy the view of the snow-capped peak of Mount Fuji in the sun.) - a symbol of Japan, this active volcano and highest peak in Japan is 3776m high.

Lunch at a restaurant.

- Visit the ancient village of Oshino Hakkai at the foot of Mount Fuji. This ancient village is an interesting destination for tourists who like to experience the original Japanese way of life.

- Shopping at the tax-free Gotemba Outlet.

The group will check into their hotel, relax, and enjoy the natural hot spring sauna facilities within the resort.

Dinner at a restaurant and return to the hotel for the night.

DAY 3: KAWAGUCHIKO – TOKYO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel. The group returns to Tokyo: - Visiting the ancient Asakusa Kannon temple, from where you can take photos of Tokyo Skytree. - - *Between mid-November and early December*, the group also visits the Meiji-jingu Gaien area – one of Tokyo's most famous autumn foliage viewing spots. There are many gingko trees in Meiji-jingu Gaien. The gingko trees turn golden yellow in the fall, creating a breathtaking scenery. - Taking souvenir photos outside the Imperial Palace – built on the former site of Edo Castle – a vast park surrounded by ponds and stone walls right in the center of Tokyo. This is also where the Japanese royal family resides. Lunch at a restaurant In the afternoon, the group visits and shops at the largest shopping district in Tokyo, Ginza or Akihabara. Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight stay at a hotel in Tokyo.

DAY 4: TOKYO – FREE SHOPPING (Breakfast)

Guests have breakfast at the hotel.

Guests will have one day of free time to explore, play, and shop in Tokyo.

Here are some suggested places to visit and play that guests can refer to:

+ Shopping districts: Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku,

+ Amusement parks: Disneyland, DisneySea...

Guests are responsible for their own meals and transportation.

Hotel stay: Shinagawa Prince Hotel or similar hotel.

DAY 5: TOKYO – HA NOI (Breakfast, lunch)

Breakfast and hotel check-out, guests depart for sightseeing.

- Odaiba Bay - a vast, developed, and bustling artificial island, a source of pride for the people of Tokyo, visit Odaiba Bay to view the Rainbow Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, and colorful buildings.

- Odaiba Seaside Park - enjoy Tokyo Bay, relax in lush green lawns, and explore the entertainment complex and bustling shopping area.

The tour departs for the airport to board the flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, Vietravel's car will transfer guests to the city. The tour concludes with a farewell.

Note:

- The schedule and itinerary may vary depending on the actual conditions.

- Flower seasons, autumn leaves, and red leaves are greatly influenced by external weather conditions. This is unavoidable; please understand and appreciate this.

- Hotels may be located some distance from the city center, approximately 1 to 1.5 hours by car, especially during peak seasons in Japan such as cherry blossoms, Golden Week (April 30 - May 1), holidays, and Tet.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 2 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (NO private bed).
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with private bed)
• In case there is only 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old – the child pays 100% of the tour price for the 2 people to share 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

After paying, if you wish to cancel the tour, please bring your ID card and the payment receipt to the Vietravel office to complete the cancellation procedure. The company does not accept cancellations by phone.
Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
1. In case you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is 3,000,000 VND. Not including the air ticket refund fee (Applicable according to the conditions of each airline.
2. Vietravel staff can only advise on visa applications according to the regulations of the Embassy and cannot guarantee visa approval as visa issuance is the decision of the Embassy.
3. Regulations on tour cancellation/refund conditions are implemented according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Travel Tickets attached to the contract. - 25 days or more before departure (business days): 25% tour fee penalty
- 14-24 days before departure (business days): 50% tour fee penalty
- 10-13 days before departure (business days): 70% tour fee penalty
- 2-9 days before departure (business days): 90% tour fee penalty
- 1 day before departure (business days): 100% tour fee penalty

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- 45 days or more before departure (business days): 25% tour fee penalty
- 30-44 days before departure (business days): 50% tour fee penalty
- 25-29 days before departure (business days): 70% tour fee penalty
- 10-24 days before departure (business days): 90% tour fee penalty
- 1-9 days before departure (business days): 100% tour fee penalty
For holidays: Cancellation fees will depend on the regulations of airlines and foreign service providers.
