Journey: Hokkaido – Shikotsu – Toya – Sapporo – Otaru

Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ HANEDA – CHITOSE – SHIKOTSU (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Departure for Hokkaido

The night before Day 1: Check in for the flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Haneda.

• Overnight on the plane.
• Arrive at Haneda and continue to Chitose, starting the Hokkaido discovery journey.
• Visit the Atama Daibutsu (Buddha head statue) that stands out amid nature.
• Explore Takino Park with its typical Hokkaido scenery.
• Check in at the hotel, have dinner and stay overnight in Shikotsu.

DAY 2: SHIKOTSU – TOYA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Learn about the culture & explore the geothermal valley

• Take a boat ride on Lake Shikotsu – one of Japan's famously clear lakes.
• Visit the Date Jidaimura cultural village recreating Edo-period Japan.
• Explore the Jigokudani (Hell Valley) geothermal valley.
• Enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Toya from the Sairo Observatory.
• Check in at the hotel and have dinner.
• Onsen experience and overnight in Toya.

DAY 3: TOYA – SAPPORO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover Lake Toya & Sapporo city

• Ride the Usuzan volcano ropeway and enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Toya from above.
• Transfer to Sapporo – the largest central city of Hokkaido.
• Free time to shop and explore downtown Sapporo.
• Overnight in Sapporo.

DAY 4: SAPPORO – OTARU (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Nature & Hokkaido port town

• Visit Nijo Fish Market.
• Visit Otaru with its romantic canal and typical Hokkaido streets.
• Visit the Otaru Glass Museum and the local neighbourhood.
• Visit the Sapporo Beer Museum – learn about the history of Japan's oldest beer brand.
• Overnight in Sapporo.

DAY 5: SAPPORO – FURANO – BIEI – SAPPORO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Furano – Biei

• Discover Furano – Biei with the turquoise Blue Pond and the famous Shirahige Falls.
• Enjoy afternoon tea at Furano Fairy Tale Village amid the nature of Hokkaido.
• Overnight in Sapporo.

DAY 6: SAPPORO – CHITOSE – HANEDA ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Visit Odori Park and the Sapporo Clock Tower.
• Transfer to Chitose Airport, connect at Haneda and return to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the program.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
• Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- Sau khi dong tien, neu Quy khach muon chuyen/huy tour vui long mang Ve Du Lich, Bien nhan va giay to tuy than (cua khach thanh toan) den van phong dang ky tour de lam thu tuc chuyen/huy tour theo quy dinh cua Vietravel. Hoac Quy khach co the lien he nhan vien tu van Vietravel de duoc huong dan thu tuc.
- Doi voi nhung tour con thoi han huy nhung da lam visa, Quy khach vui long thanh toan phi visa; sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop phi visa: phi dat coc ve may bay se khong duoc hoan lai; truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi visa, le phi va dich vu xin Visa se khong hoan lai.
- Thoi gian huy chuyen du lich duoc tinh cho ngay lam viec tu thu 2 den thu 6, khong tinh thu 7, Chu Nhat va cac ngay nghi Le, Tet.
- Sau khi dat coc tour va truoc khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 2.000.000 VND (phi dat coc ve may bay)
- Sau khi Vietravel nop Visa: chi phi khong hoan lai la 3.000.000 VND
- Truong hop Quy khach bi tu choi Visa, chi phi khong hoan lai la 3.000.000 VND.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 20 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 30 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 15-19 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-29 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 12-14 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 20-24 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
