DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY ✈ COPENHAGEN

Main activities: Departing for Copenhagen – Denmark

• Gather at Tan Son Nhat Airport and check in for the flight to Copenhagen – the capital of Denmark
• Overnight and in-flight services on the plane

DAY 2: COPENHAGEN (Lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Checking in at fairy-tale landmarks

• Land in Copenhagen and complete immigration procedures
• Take photos outside famous landmarks such as Rosenborg Castle, the Little Mermaid statue, Gefion Fountain
• Visit the exterior of Amalienborg Palace and have the chance to watch the royal changing of the guard at 12 noon
• Visit City Hall Square, the Statue of the writer Andersen and the colourful Nyhavn Harbour
• Free time to shop on Stroget street
• Overnight in Copenhagen

DAY 3: COPENHAGEN – HELSINGOR – HELSINGBORG – GOTHENBURG (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: From a legendary castle to the port city of Gothenburg

• Take photos outside Kronborg Castle – a UNESCO site tied to Shakespeare's play
• Take a European ferry from Denmark to Sweden
• Travel to Gothenburg and take photos at: Gustav Adolf Square, Masthugget Church on the hilltop, Skansen Kronan Fortress, the Concert Hall and the City Theatre
• Overnight in Gothenburg

DAY 4: GOTHENBURG – OSLO (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Conquering the capital Oslo

• Depart for Oslo – the capital of Norway
• Take photos outside the Opera House, Oslo Cathedral, National Theatre, Norwegian Parliament Building
• Free time to explore and shop on Karl Johans gate with its many famous brands
• Overnight in Oslo

DAY 5: OSLO – KARLSTAD (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: An art journey in the heart of Northern Europe

• Explore Vigeland Sculpture Park with its bronze and granite works
• Depart for Karlstad and take photos at: the stone arch bridge Gamla Stenbron, view Lake Vanern, the largest in Sweden, and the elegant white Karlstad Cathedral.
• Overnight in Karlstad

DAY 6: KARLSTAD – OREBRO – STOCKHOLM (Breakfast, lunch)

Main activities: Into the historic heart of Stockholm

• Travel to Orebro, visit and take photos outside the imposing Orebro Castle on a small island
• Depart for Stockholm and check in at the Fjallgatan viewpoint, Riddarholmskyrkan church, Stockholm City Hall, the Gamla Stan old town
• Stroll and enjoy the fresh air at Kungstradgarden
• Free time to explore and shop at Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, home to many famous brands, and have dinner there (at own expense)
• Overnight in Stockholm

DAY 7: STOCKHOLM – LINKOPING – JONKOPING (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Experiencing old Sweden

• Travel to Linkoping and take photos with the ancient Linkoping Cathedral
• Explore the Gamla Linkoping open-air museum with its traditional wooden houses
• Travel to Jonkoping, check in and rest

DAY 8: JONKOPING – MALMO – COPENHAGEN (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Crossing the Oresund cable-stayed bridge

• Depart for Malmo – Sweden's most liveable city
• Stroll through Stortorget Square; take photos at the Statue of King Karl X Gustav, Malmo Castle, the Turning Torso skyscraper, the Gamla Vaster old quarter, Oresundsbron viewpoint
• Cross the Oresund cable-stayed bridge to Copenhagen, check in and rest

DAY 9: COPENHAGEN ✈ HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: Saying goodbye to Copenhagen and heading home

• Transfer to the airport and check in for the flight to Vietnam
• Rest on the plane

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH CITY

Main activities: End of a memorable sightseeing journey

• Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport, complete procedures and end a meaningful trip.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2: 30% of adult tour price.
- Children 2-12: 75% of adult tour price (no separate beds)
- Children 2-12: 90% of adult tour price (separate beds)
- Children 12 and older: 100% of adult tour price.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to transfer or cancel the tour, please bring your travel ticket to the registration office to complete the transfer/cancellation procedure and pay the cancellation fee according to Vietravel's policy. Please do not contact for transfer/cancellation via phone.
- For tours with a cancellation period but with issued visas, the visa fee is payable.
- After tour deposit and before Vietravel submits visa fees: VND 5,000,000 (deposit for flight tickets).
- If visa is denied: VND 8,500,000 non-refundable fee. Cancellation terms for regular tours

- If canceled or changed to another tour 30 days before departure: no cost.
- If canceled or changed to another tour 25-29 days before departure: 50% of the deposit.
- If canceled or changed to another tour 20-24 days before departure: 100% of the deposit.
- If cancellation is made after visa approval (for visa-required countries): 100% of the deposit.
- If canceled 14-19 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- If canceled 10-13 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- If canceled 2-9 days before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- If canceled 1 day before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

Applies to tours during holidays/festivals according to regulations.
* Holiday/festival tours are tours with duration falling on holidays/festivals according to regulations.
- If cancellation or change to another tour is made 45 days before departure: no cost.
- If cancellation or change to another tour is made 34-44 days before departure: 50% of the deposit.
- If cancellation or change to another tour is made 25-33 days before departure: 100% of the deposit.
- If tour is canceled after embassy/consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring visas): 100% of the deposit.
- If cancellation or change is made 20-24 days before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- If cancellation or change is made 11-19 days before departure: 70% of the tour price.
- If cancellation or change is made 2-10 days before departure: 90% of the tour price.
- If cancellation or change is made 1 day before departure: 100% of the tour price.
