Main activities: Start of the journey
Night before Day 1:
A car and tour guide will pick up the group at the Vietravel Ha Noi office (3 Hai Ba Trung Street, Ha Noi) and take them to Noi Bai airport for a flight to Incheon, South Korea. Overnight on the plane.
Day 1: SEOUL (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Arrive at Incheon Airport. The group will complete entry procedures. A local guide and car will pick up the group and begin the sightseeing journey:
- Gyeongbok Palace: This was the main residence of the Royal Family throughout the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). The palace has 7225 rooms with magnificent architecture and elegant halls. Gyeongbok Palace is considered a famous architectural work with a unique and beautiful style and architecture in Seoul.
- Seoul Folk Museum: A leading museum showcasing South Korean folk culture, attracting 3 million visitors annually. The museum houses over 98,000 artifacts, fully and detailedly depicting the main events and festivals of the country, especially the traditional intangible cultural values as well as the daily life of the South Korean people.
- The Blue House (Presidential Office): Also known as Cheongwadae - the residence and workplace of the South Korean President (view from a distance).
- Visit Gwanghwamun Square
- Visit Bukchon Hanok Village

Guests go for sightseeing and shopping at:

The group continues to visit:
Everland Park: one of the top 10 largest theme parks in the world. Guests freely participate in activities in the Park with theme areas such as: Global Fair - A castle designed in European style; American adventure & European Adventure - entertainment area with adventurous games such as T-Express, Roll - Xtrain roller coaster, carousel, etc.; Legendary Land - makes tourists feel like they are lost in a fairy tale; Zoo Topia - with many kinds of animals such as lions, bears, tigers, giraffes, camels, pandas...
Especially, guests cannot miss the Panda House: where the panda FuBao once lived. Here, guests can admire the daily activities with countless lovely expressions of FuBao's family and friends.

The group will have lunch at the restaurant. In the afternoon, visit:
- Nami Island: a beautiful small island located in Chuncheon, about 63km northeast of Seoul (Travel time ~ 1h30p, if traffic jam travel 02h30p). The island is crescent-shaped, from afar it looks like a giant boat floating on the romantic Chuncheon River. Notably, cars are not allowed to circulate on this island, so the scenery is very peaceful and fresh. This is the birthplace of many famous Korean television dramas, and prominent among them is the drama "Winter Sonata".
- The group continues to visit the Nanta Show or Painters Show
Dinner at the restaurant
Stay overnight at a hotel in Seoul
The group has breakfast at the hotel. Guests check out of their rooms. Afterwards, continue visiting the Cheng-Ha shop to buy souvenirs and food until it is time to catch the flight back to Vietnam.
Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, the vehicle and tour guide will take the group back to the original meeting point, concluding the sightseeing trip.
Note:
- The time and itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on actual conditions.
- The flowering season and the season of yellow and red leaves are easily affected by outside weather conditions. This is an unavoidable circumstance; we hope that you will understand and empathize.
- Hotels may be located far from the city center, about 1-1.5 hours by car during peak seasons in Korea such as the Cherry Blossom season, Golden Week (April 30; May 1), holidays, Tet...
• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (NO separate bed).
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with separate bed)
• In the case of only one adult and one child under 12 years old – the child pays 100% of the tour price for two people to share a room.
After paying, if you want to cancel the tour, please bring your ID card and payment receipt to the Vietravel office to complete the cancellation procedures. The company does not accept cancellations by phone.
The tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
If you do not get a visa:
1. Vietravel will refund the deposit after deducting the visa fee (VND 3,000,000); airfare according to airline regulations and tour service fees from providers.
2. In the case of customers registering for the tour together but one, two people... (such as husband/wife, friends, relatives...) in the group are denied a visa, customers who do not obtain a visa will be charged as above, but for those travelling together, the cancellation fee will be calculated according to the regulations.
3. Late visa: unable to depart
- Non-refundable visa fee: VND 3,000,000
- Vietravel will assist in working with partners on the airfare and service penalty rate. Customers will pay the remaining amount as required.
- Before departure date from 30-45 days (working days): 30% penalty of tour deposit
- Before departure date from 24-29 days (working days): 50% penalty of tour deposit
- Before departure date from 20-24 days (working days): 100% penalty of tour deposit
- Before departure date from 14-19 days (working days): 50% of the tour fee
- Before departure date from 10-13 days (working days): 70% of the tour fee
- Before departure date from 2-9 days (working days): 90% of the tour fee
- Before departure date from 1 day (working days): 100% of the tour fee
- Before departure date from 45 days (working days): 100% of the tour deposit fee
- Before departure date from 30 days (working days): 50% of the tour fee
- Before departure date from 25 days (working days): 100% of the tour fee
- Before departure date from 10 days (working days): 90% of the tour fee
- Before departure date from 9 days (working days): 100% of the tour fee

* If customers are late for departure, it is considered a cancellation 1 day before
* Holiday tours are tours that fall on a public holiday, as regulated by the state
* For holidays: The cancellation fee will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers abroad.
