Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HA NOI – INCHEON (Dinner)

07:00 Vehicle and guide pick up the group from Vietravel Ha Noi office (Number 3 Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi) to Noi Bai Airport, taking flightVN414 HAN – ICN 10:20 – 16:35 to Incheon - South Korea. Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, after immigration, the tour bus will take the group toJimjilbang hot spring experience.

DAY 2: SEOUL – LOTTE WORLD (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

After breakfast, guests are free to explore and shop at renowned Korean ginseng and cosmetics shops.

Afterwards, guests are free to enjoy themselves at Lotte World amusement park, the largest indoor theme park in the world. Not only is it the largest, but it also offers numerous unique attractions and games not found elsewhere, drawing millions of visitors annually. (Guests can enjoy unlimited access to the park with the included tickets).

Next, the group visits Starfield Library - Entering the library, guests will be amazed by the modern architecture and highly organized space design. Stacks of books form artistic displays throughout the hall. The library's ceiling resembles a skylight with a glass roof and a net-like structure. Large bookshelves, adorned with colorful book spines, are located in the four corners of the space.

The group will visit and shop at COEX Mall - Asia's largest underground shopping mall, situated beneath the Korea World Trade Center in the Gangnam district of Seoul. It is a premier shopping and entertainment destination for Koreans.

Dinner will be at a local restaurant.

DAY 3: SEOUL – NAMI ISLAND – SKIING EXPERIENCE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

The group has breakfast at the hotel.

After that, guests are free to shop at the red pine essential oil store.

The group visits Nami Island - located 63 km from Seoul. Visiting Nami Island is beautiful and peaceful due to the flora with over 200 different plant species. The most famous are the maple trees and rows of poplars that have appeared in the film "Winter Love Song."

Continuing the program, the group departs for the Ski Resort (in Gyeonggi province) - or Elysian Gangchon Ski Area. This is one of the top ski areas in South Korea, considered a holy land for young skiers. The slopes are designed with different slopes and distances, suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced skiers.(Does not include rental fees: skis, boots, ski clothes).Please prepare your own warm clothing such as scarves, gloves, socks, hats, and warm clothes.

Note: Ski Lift tickets are not included. Ski Lift tickets are recommended for experienced skiers.

Guests return to Seoul for dinner and rest at the hotel

DAY 4: SEOUL - GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE – THE BLUE HOUSE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

After breakfast, the group will visit:

· Gyeongbokgung Palace, considered a famous artwork with unique and beautiful architectural styles in Seoul.

· National Museum of Korean Traditional Culture - Is a top museum showcasing Korean folk culture.

· Cheongwadae (the Blue House) - Is the residence and workplace of South Korean presidents

· Bucheon Hanok Village - with traditional Korean houses

Lunch at a restaurant

In the afternoon, the group continues to visit: Natural farm product stores, visit Insadong district with many cafes, restaurants and galleries. There are about 100 galleries in the area that help tourists learn about various forms of traditional Korean art.

Dinner at a local restaurant and enjoy one of three special art performances:

- Hero Drawing Show: This is a unique performance combining world-renowned Korean entertainment with talented artists. Using 10 different techniques - everything from drawing action to drawing speed, accompanied by works created from 200 Rubik's Cubes - artworks representing 'heroes' from history, music and comics. The show is named "Hero" because the paintings are of famous figures Michael Jackson, Bruce Lee, and Marilyn Monroe OR

- Nanta Show: A hilarious, wordless musical performance skillfully incorporates diverse cultures, promising an unforgettable experience for your trip. OR

- Drum Cat Show: The special thing about the Drum Cat Show is the complete participation of girls with drums. Alongside lively drum sets are stylishly dressed girls in high heels. The femininity of the girls softens the fast-paced drumming, creating a harmonious style.

DAY 5: SEOUL - HA NOI (Breakfast, lunch)

Have breakfast at the hotel, check out.

Free time for shopping at the Shilla Duty-Free shop and Souvenir Shops for Korean souvenirs to bring back for your loved ones before going to the airport.

Then, the group will transfer to the airport to catch flight ICN HAN VN415 18:05 20:55 back to Vietnam.

Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, the vehicle and guide will take the group back to the initial meeting point, ending the tour.

Notes:

· The schedule and itinerary may be adjusted in order of visit based on practical conditions.

· The blooming season, autumn foliage season is easily affected by external weather conditions. This is an unavoidable circumstance, and we hope that you understand and will be compassionate.

· The hotel might be located outside the city center, approximately 1-1.5 hours by car during peak seasons in Korea, such as cherry blossom season, Golden Week (April 30th-May 1st), and holidays/Tet holidays.

Pricing for Children

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (NO separate bed).
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with separate bed)
• In case there is only 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old - the child pays 100% of the tour price so that 2 people can share 1 room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

After paying, if you want to cancel the tour, please bring your ID card and payment receipt to Vietravel office to complete the cancellation procedure. The company does not accept cancellations by phone.
The tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
If you do not get a visa:
1. Vietravel will refund the deposit after deducting the visa fee (VND 3,000,000); airfare according to airline regulations and tour service fees from providers.
2. If you register for the tour together but one or two people... (such as husband/wife, friends, relatives...) in the group are denied a visa, the customers who do not get a visa will be charged the above fee, but for those who go together, the cancellation fee will be calculated according to regulations.
3. Late Visa issuance: unable to depart
- Non-refundable Visa fee VND 3,000,000
- Vietravel supports working with partners on the air ticket penalty rate, service. Customers will pay the remaining amount as requested. - Before the departure date from 25 working days: 25% of the tour fee
- Before the departure date from 14-24 working days: 50% of the tour fee
- Before the departure date from 10-13 working days: 70% of the tour fee
- Before the departure date from 2-9 working days: 90% of the tour fee
- Before the departure date 1 day (working day): 100% of the tour fee

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- Before the departure date from 45 working days: 25% of the tour fee
- Before the departure date from 30-44 working days: 50% of the tour fee
- Before the departure date from 25-29 working days: 70% of the tour fee
- Before the departure date from 10-24 working days: 90% of the tour fee
- Before the departure date 1-9 days: 100% of the tour fee
For holidays: The cancellation fee will depend on the regulations of airlines and service providers abroad.
