Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HAI PHONG - SEOUL

Main activities: Start of the South Korea discovery journey

• Fly to Seoul and begin discovering the distinctive colours of the Land of Kimchi.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 2: SEOUL - NAMI ISLAND (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Touch nature – Korean cultural experiences

• Visit Nami Island – a romantic destination famous for its straight rows of trees and changing seasonal scenery; brilliant gold in autumn and pristine beauty when winter arrives.
• Experience Jjimjilbang – the Korean culture of sauna bathing, relaxation and wellness.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 3: SEOUL - LOTTE WORLD PARK (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Colours of Seoul – Entertainment, shopping and city discovery

• Shopping at the ginseng store and cosmetics store.
• Have fun at Lotte World – one of Korea's leading theme park complexes with many attractive play zones and experiences.
• Explore Lotte World Aquarium, admiring the vivid ocean world in the heart of Seoul.
• Stop for photos at N Seoul Tower (Namsan Tower) – a prominent symbol of the capital Seoul, located on Namsan Mountain.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 4: SEOUL - GYEONGBOK PALACE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Royal palace traces – Colours of Seoul

• Shopping at the red pine essential oil store and the Shilla Duty Free shopping centre.
• Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace – a representative symbol of court architecture and the history of the Joseon dynasty. Experience wearing a traditional Hanbok while touring the palace.
• Explore the National Folk Museum of Korea, learning about the life, customs and traditional cultural values of the Korean people.
• See the outside of the Blue House – a special political landmark of the capital Seoul.
• Stroll through Bukchon Hanok Village, where traditional Hanok houses preserve the beauty of old Seoul amid the modern city.
• Explore Myeongdong Street – one of the capital's liveliest districts for shopping, fashion and city life.
• Overnight in Seoul

DAY 5: SEOUL - HAI PHONG (Breakfast)

Main activities: Farewell Seoul – End of the journey

• Transfer to Incheon Airport, with a burger breakfast at the airport.
• Take the expected flight VJ925 ICN – HPH 07:15 – 09:55 back to Hai Phong.
• End of the journey; farewell and see you again on future trips.

*Notes:

• Times & the itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on actual conditions.
• If a group has fewer than 15 guests, the tour will not depart. The company will advise you to move the tour to a nearby departure date or notify the extra cost needed for the group to depart.
• Hotels may be far from the city centre in Korea's peak seasons such as cherry blossom season, the week of 20 – 31/10 in autumn; Golden Week (30/04, 01/5), public holidays, Tet….
• Guests are responsible for the validity of their own passport as required. Ensure it remains valid for 6 months from the end date of the tour, and pay all costs incurred (if any) from problems with insufficient passport validity
• Foreigner surcharge: $130/guest
• Surcharge for Korean nationals: $250/guest
• Group-splitting fee: $150/guest/day – this is a Korean-side regulation.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (no private bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price (with private bed).
- Children 12 years old and over: 100% of the adult tour price.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

Any form of cancellation/non-use of services abroad will not be refunded as all services have been paid in advance. According to the promotional program signed with the Korean partner, you will go on tour throughout the journey. Guests who separate from the group please inform us in advance and pay an additional 150USD/guest/day.
1. In case you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is VND 2,000,000 (For Taiwan, Hongkong, Dubai, India, China markets), VND 3,000,000 (For Japan-Korea markets) and VND 6,000,000 (For Europe-Australia markets…), VND 3,650,000 (For the US market). Excluding air ticket refund fees + service cancellation penalties. Vietravel will inform you of this cost according to the actual situation at the time of tour cancellation and visa results.
2. In case you register for the tour together but one, two people…. (such as husband/wife, friends, relatives…) in the group are denied a visa, the customer who does not get a visa will be charged as above, but the accompanying customer will cancel the tour. Cancellation penalty will be calculated according to regulations.
3. Vietravel staff can only advise on visa applications according to the regulations of the Embassy and cannot guarantee visa approval, so it is entirely up to the Embassy's decision.
4. Regulations on tour cancellation/refund conditions are implemented according to the attached Conditions of Sale of Travel Tickets.
- Groups with less than 15 guests will not depart (the company will announce a postponement 15 days in advance). Because the selling price is calculated for groups of more than 15 guests, the additional costs to start a group of less than 15 guests will be notified by the travel company to customers according to the actual conditions of each group. In case the tour does not depart, Vietravel will refund 100% of the amount paid by the customer and will not pay any other costs.
- You check and are responsible for providing complete, accurate information, ensuring that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour (for international travelers) and your ID card is valid within 15 years (for domestic tour customers) before submitting to Vietravel to book travel services for you.
- Customers who want to issue a red invoice please inform the consultant when booking. At the latest 07 days after the end of the tour.
- If children go with relatives, they must have their own passport, authorization from their parents and confirmation from the Ward/Commune where they are registered.
- Once issued, the ticket is a group ticket and cannot be cancelled.
- The program and hotel can change the order to suit the actual situation of the group, but the total number of attractions will not change.
- Vietravel has the right to change different airlines for the most convenient trip
- Guests returning not according to the itinerary of the group will bear the cost difference of air tickets.
The decision to allow entry or not is made by the immigration officer on a case-by-case basis.
- Guests from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the Company. Guests from 75 years old and above must have a full health certificate for traveling abroad issued by a doctor and a health commitment with the Company. A relative under 60 years old (in good health) must accompany. In addition, customers over 75 years old are encouraged to pay an additional premium insurance fee (fee varies depending on the tour). Do not accept guests from 80 years old and above.
- Pregnant guests please inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration for more information. Do not accept pregnant guests from 5 months onwards due to safety reasons.
- If you require a single room or travel alone, in a group of 3, 5, 7 guests but no one to share a room with, please pay the surcharge.
- In case of foreign nationals with a 1-time visa to Vietnam, the fee for re-entry visa to Vietnam is VND 850,000/person.
- If the guest is an Overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner with a separate visa, they must bring it with them on the tour.
- When registering for a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions in the program, and tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. If you do not register for the tour yourself but someone else does, please thoroughly understand the program from the person who registers for you. o If you cancel the tour or switch to another trip 30-45 days before the departure date: The transfer/cancellation fee is 30% of the tour deposit.
o If you cancel the tour or switch to another trip 24-29 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
o If you cancel the tour or switch to another trip 20-23 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
o If you cancel the tour or switch to another trip 14-19 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price
o If you cancel the tour or switch to another trip 10-13 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price
o If you cancel the tour or switch to another trip 02-09 days before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price
o If you cancel the tour or switch to another trip 01 day before the departure date: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price
*Cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

o If you cancel or switch to a different trip 45 days before departure: The transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
o If you cancel or switch to a different trip 30 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
o If you cancel or switch to a different trip 25 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
o If you cancel or switch to a different trip 10 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
o If you cancel or switch to a different trip 9 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
