Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – BUSAN (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Starting with seaside Busan

• Fly to Busan and complete Korea immigration.
• Enjoy a welcome gift of crispy biscuits and banana milk.

For groups departing from 15/03 to 10/11:

• Visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple.
• Stroll along Haeundae Beach. (Sightseeing only, no swimming).
• Rail bike experience (4 guests per bike) and the Gimhae wine cave (wine tasting at own expense).
• Dinner and overnight in Busan.

For groups departing from 11/11 to 14/03:

• Visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple.
• Stroll along Haeundae Beach. (Sightseeing only, no swimming).
• Haeundae Blue Line Train round-trip experience.
• Dinner and overnight in Busan.

DAY 2: BUSAN – SEOUL (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Gamcheon and the KTX to Seoul

• Visit Gamcheon Culture Village.
• Explore Jagalchi Market.
• Experience the KTX train to Seoul.
• Visit Bukchon Hanok Village.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 3: SEOUL – NAMI ISLAND (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Nami Island and seasonal experiences

• Shopping visit at a ginseng store and a cosmetics store.
• Visit Nami Island.
• Only for groups departing from 01/01 – 15/02: Skiing experience at Elysian Ski Resort (sled included, specialised ski equipment not included. Please bring your own warm clothing such as scarf, gloves, socks, hat and warm jacket)
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 4: SEOUL – GYEONGBOK ROYAL PALACE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Seoul culture and shopping

• Shopping visit at the red pine essential oil store and Shilla Duty Free.
• Visit Gyeongbok Palace.
• Explore the National Folk Museum.
• Stroll along Cheonggyecheon Stream.
• Free shopping at Myeongdong.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 5: SEOUL – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Cultural experiences before departure

• Take photos outside the Namsan N Tower.
• Explore Namsan Hanok Village.
• Join a kimchi-making class.
• Hanbok experience.
• Have dinner and go to the airport for the flight back to Vietnam.

DAY 6: HO CHI MINH CITY

Main activities: End of the journey

• Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport. End of the trip.

Pricing for Children

For Vietjet flights:
• Under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price
• From 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price, no private bed
• From 2 to under 12 years old: 100% of the adult tour price, with a private bed
• 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price
 Note: If travelling with 1 adult and 1 child under 12 (the child pays the adult price to share 1 room).

- Quy khach mang 2 Quoc tich hoac Travel document (chua nhap quoc tich) vui long thong bao voi nhan vien ban tour ngay thoi diem dang ky tour va nop ban goc kem cac giay to co lien quan (neu co).
- Quy khach chi mang the xanh (the tam tru tai nuoc ngoai) va khong con ho chieu VN con hieu luc thi khong dang ky du lich sang nuoc thu ba duoc.
- Quy khach dang ky tour vui long theo doan ve dung ngay ket thuc tour va khong duoc tach doan.
- Neu khach la Viet Kieu hoac nuoc ngoai co visa roi (co the nhap canh vao Viet Nam nhieu lan) phai mang theo luc di tour.

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 20 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 30 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 15-19 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-29 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 12-14 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 20-24 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the trip right after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa (for countries requiring a visa): the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 08-11 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 14-19 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 05-07 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 10-13 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip 02-04 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 02-09 days before the departure date for all other tours: the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel or transfer the trip within 01 day before the departure date: the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

Cancellation Policy for Public Holidays and Tet

- If you cancel or transfer to other tours more than 30 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and more than 45 days before the departure date for all other tours: no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 25-29 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 34-44 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 20-24 days before the departure date (Southeast Asia tours) and 25-33 days before the departure date for all other tours: the tour transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
