Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – BUSAN (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover the port city of Busan

• Fly to Busan and complete Korea immigration procedures.
• Enjoy a welcome gift of crispy biscuits and Korean banana milk.
• Visit Gamcheon Culture Village, notable for its colourful terraced houses on the hillside, small alleys, murals and unique artworks.
• Pay respects at Haedong Yonggungsa Temple – a rare sacred temple located right on the coast, notable for its open East Sea setting.
• Experience one leg of the Haeundae Blue Line Train – admire the romantic Busan coastline from this famous seaside line.
• Overnight in Busan.

DAY 2: BUSAN – SEOUL – SKIING EXPERIENCE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: KTX and winter snow sledding

• Experience Korea's modern KTX high-speed train, shortening the journey from Busan to Seoul at over 300 km/h.
• Arrive in Seoul, where you experience snow sledding at Elysian Ski Resort – enjoy the winter atmosphere (sled cost included; Ski Lift ticket not included. Ski Lift tickets are recommended for guests with skiing experience. Please bring your own warm items such as scarves, gloves, socks, hats, warm clothing...)
• Relax at a Jjimjilbang – enjoy Korea's traditional sauna space, resting and recovering energy after a day of fun.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 3: SEOUL – LOTTE WORLD – LOTTE AQUARIUM (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Free time at Lotte World theme park

• Shopping visit at the Government Ginseng Center and the Korean Cosmetics Store, learning about Korea's signature health and beauty products.
• Enjoy Lotte World Park – immerse yourself in a lively entertainment world with attractive rides, an indoor fairy-tale space and a colourful outdoor play area.
• Visit Lotte Aquarium – discover the fascinating ocean world through impressive tanks and a diversity of marine life in a lively, modern setting.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 4: SEOUL – GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Main activities: Discover Seoul's culture and shopping experiences

• Shopping visit at the red pine essential oil store and Shilla Duty Free – a duty-free centre with a wide range of goods.
• Discover Gyeongbokgung Palace – the largest and most representative palace of the Joseon dynasty, steeped in Korean culture and history.
• Stroll through Namsan Hanok Village – a traditional Hanok house space in the heart of Seoul, recreating the old way of life of the Korean people.
• Take photos outside N Seoul Tower – the capital's famous symbol, located on Namsan Mountain (observation deck not included).
• Free time to explore Myeongdong Street – one of Seoul's liveliest paradises for shopping, fashion and street food.
• Overnight in Seoul.

DAY 5: SEOUL – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast)

Main activities: End of the journey

• Transfer to Incheon Airport for the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City.
• End of the program.

Pricing for Children

- Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price.
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no separate bed).
- Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 90% of the adult tour price (with a separate bed).
- Children 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.
Note: If you travel with 1 adult and 1 child under 12 years old, please book a room with a bed for the child to get a room.

Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

- After payment, if you wish to transfer or cancel the tour, please bring the travel ticket to the registration office to process the transfer or cancellation and pay the fee as per Vietravel regulations. We do not handle transfer/cancellation requests via phone.
- For tours with cancellation periods but already have a visa, please pay the visa fee.
+ After depositing for the tour but before Vietravel submits the visa fee: The non-refundable fee is 2,000,000 VND (flight deposit).
+ After Vietravel submits the visa fee: The non-refundable fee is 3,000,000 VND.
+ If you are denied a visa, the non-refundable fee is 3,000,000 VND. **Tour cancellation period is calculated in business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours 30 days prior to departure, there is no fee.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours from 24 to 29 days prior to departure, the transfer/cancellation fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or transfer to other tours from 20 to 24 days prior to departure, the transfer/cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the tour is cancelled immediately after the Embassy/Consulate issues a visa, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour from 14 to 19 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour from 10 to 13 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour from 2 to 9 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour 1 day prior to departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.

- If you cancel or switch to other tours 45 days prior to departure, there is no fee.
- If you cancel or switch to other tours from 34-44 days prior to departure, the cancellation/transfer fee is 50% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel or switch to other tours from 25-33 days prior to departure, the cancellation/transfer fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If the tour is canceled immediately after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa, the cancellation fee is 100% of the tour deposit.
- If you cancel the tour from 20 to 24 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour from 11 to 19 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
- If you cancel the tour from 2 to 10 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
